I am a regular guest in this hotel. In fact a platinum member. Due to the lockdown order, I am not able to return. However,
In this time of lockdown, I am provided with all possible facilities to make my stay as easy as possible. Including basic necessities- food 3 times a day, screening of movies to pass time, not to mention the daily room cleaning (even with the reduced staff).
So, overall, 5 stars👍

I've been to this Ibis hotel twice now, and both times have been fantastic experiences. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shout-out to Siva and Lalitha, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always smiling and eager to assist with any requests I had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Kindly for information. Please change the room service menu with more choices of south Indian food.and more clean and hygienic required and staff need more training and the buffet morning 7.30 still not ready for service and the restaurant phone will never pickup on first call.

Hotel Brand is Good, but Service is not up to the mark. My Family disappointed with the stay.
1. Allotted Room in a Floor where Smoking smell was horrible (Non Smoking Room / Floor, some)
2. Tolietary items (Towel, Soap, Dental Kit) kept only for 1 person, even though booked for 2 guests
3. Followed up with hotel staff, including Front office manager (5 calls & waited more than 45min) to get Coffee Stirring stick
4. Billing Lady tried misguiding me saying not possible to give single Invoice for 2 Rooms made with same Booking
5. Reward points not credited, done after my follow up + after 10 days

Extremely dissatisfied
We arrived at the ibis omr at 9pm and before arriving spoke to front office 2times as I’m traveling with an infant to ensure the rooms are available yet it was not ready
Upon checking in they told the 3 rooms booked can be given from 3 different floors and 1 is a differently abled room. I refused to accept this and the receptionist was so mean she was treating me like it was my mistake
The manager on duty spoke as if he really don’t care about our inconvenience
I am truly ashamed to say I’m a member of Accor group to which this hotel belongs
And surely I will not consider this hotel for a revisit and neither recommend this to anyone

We stayed a total of 6 nights in February 2024 at this hotel.
The hotel had a driver pick us up at Chennai airport. He kindly waited two hours for us due to lost luggage. The staff in the restaurant were consistently polite, attentive, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The front desk employees were not always polite. They would allow male customers to interrupt my conversations with them on a regular basis. On one occasion, a lady at the front desk prevented us from taking an elevator to our room because she stated we had not paid for our reservation. We stayed the previous night, the hotel had our credit card information and could have easily ran the charges. Instead they chose to embarrass us in front of other guests at the hotel. Also, we had to call the front desk four separate times one evening to request a laundry bag. Another issue was we were approved for a 2 pm check out. However at 11:30 on the day of checkout, the front desk called and asked why we had not checked out.

House keeping was not good at all never ever seen such house keeping anywhere in India accor groups hotels. Please make sure to correct this in future for appropriate steps. Otherwise, customers may not come and stay in this kind of service! Kudos to Restaurant team, it was outstanding and happy face with warm welcoming. I'd say a great service only for restaurant staffs.

Beautiful stay I would say ! Let me first start with the support there. Right from check in till check out, it was ensured that everything was smooth. I would be really happy to give those credits to three people- KAVITHA, GOWSALYA and SHIVA. Kavitha made sure that my room had some creative hand crafts done in order give us a warm welcome since we friends were catching up after 3 years. Gowsalya ensured that we were comfortable throughout the stay by checking on our requirements time and again. Shiva ensured all our processes including feedbacks and offers and loyalty membership was at place.

I would Request the management to reward them for their great efforts.

The amenities, food , quality of Rooms , neatness and cleanliness and service support everything was so perfect !

Trust me guys if you want a five star stay at three star rate. Must visit this place ❤️

The hotel is located in a prime area and is very well maintained and modern. The rooms are tiny, but the space is well utilized and the decor is acceptable. The bathrooms are tiny again, but you can get the stuff done without issues. Breakfast is above average, though nothing to write home about.

The valets at the lobby were mostly carefree, except when they realized we were checking out - they started small talk and opening doors and stuff, which looked cheesy as they hardly bothered about us when we came in/went out multiple times during our stay.

To summarize, the place is "Business like" - in décor, in hospitality, everything. Didn't feel the warmth, but then, nothing to complain either.
