Very clean and neat rooms. The great thing is the location. It is located middle of the city.Negative thing is when we enter the room we found out cigarette smoke smell inside the room.Complimentary Break fast above the roof top was awesome..
Its an 3 star property but very well designed even the rooms are quite small but very well organized neat and clean also the restaurant on ground floor is served very tasty food you must try the butter chicken really very tasty..
Extremely disappointed, got carried away by their website and couple of reviews. Please don’t choose to stay if you want peace of mind.... Booked for an executive room, nonetheless it was just a small room pretty much the same as deluxe room in other hotels, not impressed. Room service was pathetic you need to ring them up for everything right from towel to soap. You won’t find anything in the room. Complimentary water bottle will be delivered at their own convenience. I have never seen 15” TV in the hotels perhaps made exclusively for this hotel I guess. Icky odour from the AC never let me to sleep well. Added to my surprise AC made a huge breaking noise while running, cover of the AC unit found broken hanging. I had to change my room midnight around 3.00am. Salty water runs in the bathroom which is really unpleasant. The list goes a long way....let me stop now Overall it was nightmare and bad experience would never think of staying again....…
The room is cosy. The plug points needs to be changed .Buffet breakfast is average. There is bar to reach the bar you have to pass through a passage with stink smell since a toilet is there . Not worth for the money paid and total revamp is required. Wfi speed is pathetic
Stayed in this hotel for one night . The hotel is located in Ashok Nagar in the city .Compact rooms but very clean and neat. Room service was good , complimentary breakfast was good which was arranged in the top floor with a view of the metro trains . The hotel has a small restaurant where they serve both veg and non-vegetarian food , taste is OK . Only issue is not much space for car parking . This hotel is quite close to Forum Vijaya Mall , lots of eateries are nearby . Overall stay was good .
This hotel is bang in the heart of the city, which makes it a place of choice to stay especially in a busy city like Chennai. They have a really good spread for breakfast buffet. But all good rooms ends there only. Rooms are very old and so are the washrooms, which were laden with seepage. Service was slow and is not something to look forward.
I had attended a meeting in this hotel last month. The staff was co-operative and the ambience was good. Conference hall had all the facilities and seating arrangement was good too. Since I was there only for an hour and half, I cannot comment on the stay.
Good hotel, with excellent food and service, we group of 12 went as team outing. It was nice experience, co-operative staff, very good location. Perfect South Indian food and affordable price. Please keep up the good work, Thank you team.
My first place of stay in 1999 when it was known as Gaytri International. Over the years it has remained a good choice for a relaxed evening along with dinner at Bharath Restaurant.Well connected with the airport...strongly recommended.
Don't drink water they will give any ex can bottel water. I have pic and rude staff saying all closed at 11 with stating get out all closes and they are very arrogant after 10 i can't get it it's like u pay all money then time up so get out soon
