I stayed here at the month of August 2021 in a Double Deluxe Ac room. The room, bed is neat and clean with centralised aircon . Toilets are clean and well maintaines with a fresh look. They do not have a dine in restaurant. But food can be ordered from the stalls in the premise. They do deliver to the rooms. Staffs and Front desk friendly. Best and safe Business and Family room just opposite of Egmore railway station which have access to any part of chennai by electric train , Metro train, bus, Auto and Taxi.
Stay was very happy and very good food.service are very excellent .The guest service very nice. Its clean quite modern and the rooms are very reasonable rate. The staff in general have been so helpfuly and so friendly staffs.
When we checked-in at hotel, allocated room double bed room, smell in the room/ bed sheet stain/ used towels whichis been year I believe. Where as double bed room it's should have 2 set off supply/it was not in the room, no drinking water. no information passed us.while check - in time only concern was after 24 check out. How can government give license to them were as quality not up to mark. Which guest are paying for them. For everyone please don't choose this hotel for any cost...... forgot take pictures.
check in/out was easy. inclusive breakfast - not very good. rooom cleanliness- ok. may be suitable for bachelors but not recommended for family. bathroom - horrible, bed/linen - babdly needs replacement

Decent stay at the smart budget , Good location very close to Appolo Hospital , stayed here for 2 Days and health checkup done in Appolo , its more convenient , they have in house kitchen all rooms with Full facilities , Good for own cooking , But no breakfast and no restaurant in the good , Staff are very professional , Over all recommended for Appolo hospital patients
Hotel is very good and services is best and upto mark nice staff and nice room service and nice room and the view is also good if you want to stay nice place I will recommended you all to go and stay there nice place to stay and nice view and orientation of room and best services and nice people and you can stay with family and friends and business meetings to and nice services by the staff
The room was good but the bathroom was a disappointment. It was shoddy. Only one small towel and soap were provided for 2 persons. Breakfast was complimentary but it was a joke. You dont have a choice. You get a plate containing one small idly, one small vada both with 1.5" diameter, one small plain dosa (1/3rd of a normal one), little upma and kesari bath. The two chutney bowls and sambar are miniscule sized. Except for being bang opposite the Egmore Railway station, there are not many plus points. Fare was 2000 + Taxes. One advantage was 24 hours checkout.
