I travelled with my family ( wife , kid and myself ) from Aug 12th, 2022 to Aug 15th 2022. My package included 3 nights, w/ breakfast and dinner. Checkin Process. My checkin was scheduled on 12th August at 3 pm. We got a bit late due to the drive and reached around 11 pm. Around 10 pm , I called the reception and enquired about the dinner for the night. They mentioned that buffet closes at 10:30 pm. I reached at 11 pm. Check in process was extremely smooth and was completed in 10 mins. They took copies of id's of each adult. Immediately we went to restaurant on 3rd floor. Mr Andrews who happens to be a thorough gentleman, figured we were famished and arranged for dinner at our room. Breakfast and dinner spread: Breakfast spread is extremely good. It is a mix of South Indian, North Indian, continental and couple of middle eastern dishes. Pastry section is fantastic for kids. Omelettes, pooris and dosas can be ordered from the live section counter. Quality of food needs to improve a bit. Few items such as medhu vada, wasn't cooked inside. Weekends can be a drag due to number of people. Same with dinner spread. The service at the table is impeccable. We had Mr Andrews and Lali approaching us at regular intervals and making sure every one at the table were comfortable. Lali is a thorough sport and makes the kids feel very comfortable. Sunday Pizza Kids seem to have had a day w/ the chef on Sundays. My kid went and tried her hand w/ pizza making with chef Adarsh. It was a wonderful wonderful experience for her. My kid is only 6 years old and it was amazing to see how Adarsh was explaining her the process with a lot of patience. Great job Adarsh. The pizza turned out great as well. ROOMS: Rooms are extremely clean. We used to leave the hotel by 9 am, and back by around 6 pm. Each day, the room was cleaned up, new water bottles kept, towels changed duly. There are lot of positives w/ this hotel and staff and I would definitely visit this again if i am in town next time around. The experience will be remembered.…

Two days back I visited here for a meeting regarding my business commotion and this hotel has one of the best atmosphere where everything is so pleasant also the service especially is magnificient especially special mention to Mohan raj since he took care of my vehicle and the issue I had he resolved it and was quick with it and he was so friendly overall the experience is good
