Starting from location..well located on main road 45 min ride from airport! Market near by cabs are easy to find as well as can be arranged by hotel if requested ! Rooms were clean spacious special mention for the man responsible for room service Mr prakash raj ! Kudus for him . Very good polite and mannered person ! Always service with smile ! Bathrooms were cleaned daily rooms are provided with tea milk and coffee sachets and complimentary water bottles! Swimming pool is also there in case you love swimming! Dining was not a good experience for me specifically, located in chennai everything they serve had south indian touch in flavors which was not good ! If you are north indian then being a 5 star hotel food is the only think they should work on. There are some standard dishes which are made specifically like the way it should be made pan world i.e butter chicken or chicken masala but here you will find south indian touch in that too..everything else was good.…

The hotel name may deceive you as there are several similar good hotels in the city. It is laid back run on the mill hotel with shabby rooms and unclean bath rooms. The staff are very not hospitable at all! The restaurant service was good, the food was above average. The management seriously has to invest in renovating the bath rooms at least clean up the tiles. Don't feel like going back!

I stay regularly in this hotel. Variety of food options with reasonable price. Room service is good. Staffs are helpful. Very close to Egmore and Chennai Central. Suitable place for business traveler.

Breakfast was the same during all the days of the week; b. mosquitos galore at the restaurant and food is kept open - risk of a health hazard; c. mosquitos at washroom - needs bit more of housekeeping and cleanliness. d. Menu not available in room..every time we have to call up the restaurant and enquire. e. wifi needs to be improved. f.Hardly any help at restaurant during morning al carte breakfast. need to operate toaster on your own.

This is just ridiculous that the hotel does not have Hindi channels in their TV subscription. They are not bothered about their non tamilian clients. What is the point of being having good rooms and food when they being biased on language. They think only Tamil channels is enough for the room and want to save money. This act is highly unacceptable. And they don't even think on improving when complained.

Not a Star category...But The service and Location compensate for all!..Rooms are bit old needs repairing work...Switches and Fittings are old fashioned still working perfectly!..The Excellent part here is they include Breakfast and dinner in the Room cost..And for that they are not reduced the quality...The best veg dishes are offered here...tasty and Nice...And Even if you pay for your food it doesn't cost much!..For Example we get Tasty Mutton Briyani for just 160 rupees only!..And i swear that this Briyani can beat the likes of Thalappakkatti and Aasife etc...Really loved the Food here..and so the cost of the food...Even if i'm not staying here i'll go for the Food here!!...

Good and clean hotel, even bathroom is very clean which i really appreciate.The manager and the M.D., both are very good and friendly. More variety in the breakfast buffet is preferred. But dinner timing is upto 10:30pm only and no dinner arrangement for guests arriving at midnight.

Very near to Egmore Station and Albert Theatre, this hotel offers a good and comfortable stay for guests. Housekeeping and service is good. Complimentary breakfast is also nice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious.

My friends' company had booked room here for Business meeting. Rooms were quite well-maintained and spacious for short trips and Business Travelers. Located near to Egmore Railway station, it offers quick access to anywhere in city. Lift facility is good and even staff are friendly.
