Om Niwas is very centrally located in Jaipur and though in a residential neighborhood, it is easy to access. The hotel has only suites on offer, which have a kitchenette, living and dining area along with a bedroom. It may not be very plush, but is scores 100% on practicality. It is best for families as well as for long stay guests. It is pet friendly too, with the pet having enough space to hang out while you are away. The food is simple but well made and the breakfast spread is good enough without being overbearing or sparse. The staff are very friendly and helpful and room service is fast too. There is a terrace garden which can be enjoyed on fair days or in the evenings (I didn't end up going there but my daughter and cat did spend some good time there). I would recommend Om Niwas to all those who are looking for a comfortable place to stay with family at a very reasonable cost.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms, very tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hotel is almost barrier-free, only to the roof terrace is a step. With a small ramp the hotel would be 100 percent barrier-free. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the basement is a restaurant with international vegetarian cuisine. The food tastes good and is very cheap. We were completely satisfied.

This property is centrally located in Jaipur and kept well maintained. It gives you the old contemporary flavour with Modern amenities.
Staff is quite cooperative and food is delicious. They have an in-house bakery as well - don’t forget to try some really healthy cookies
Overall quite comfortable stay highly recommend!

Room decor: Excellent Room size: simply optimally spaced. Room Closet: traditional yet appealing Service at restaurant: Amazing and simply wowww Food: Home cooked food served at hotel and what else do you need. Reception: True gentleman Recommended again and again to visit by family people. Tips: Don't treat any staff at Om Niwas as your servant as it is a small family unlike star hotels. Spread love and you will get the same in return.

We were staying in Om Niwas for 3 nights and we had one of the best experiences. The rooms were clean and adequately spaced. There was a kitchenette available with the room which made things quite convenient. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned but it was clean, well lit and quite spacious as well.
The noteworthy parts of the stay were the breakfast which was a delicious spread of different kinds of dishes, and the ready availability of people to provide any convenience or service needed.

One of the best property located in Bani park...a very good residential area . Om niwas is just like home.My apartment was equipped with a kitchen area having kettle and microwave and cutleries. Bedroom is quite spacious with a huge wardrobe and a dresser in the bedroom. Lots of space to store the luggage living room was adequately lit with natural light due to large multiple windows opening to a balcony. Rooms n bathroom is very clean ,well sanitized. Breakfast is absolutely awesome with a great variety of Indian fare along with continental items and live omelette available with fresh healthy juices (not canned). Hotel has a room service and a restaurant in the hotel and a beautiful cozy cafe located just in the garden area of the hotel. All in all my stay was very pleasant and comfortable . Om niwas and Arya niwas is always my top stay on the list . Keeping in mind the affordability of the rooms it's the best 👌...thank you team Om Niwas...see you soon again..🙂

Having stayed in a number of Hotels in Jaipur previously it was refreshing to stay in this property. As a solo traveller I felt comfortable and relaxed. My suite was large and well equipped with a kitchen and living area . The bedroom was spacious with access to one of my two balconies. Night time was quiet with no sound ir traffic or people outside. Breakfast choice was good with Indian or Continental choices with Dinner the same. The staff were friendly and helpful , spending sone time trying to check I my flight etc I will certainly return.

Good hotel. Terrace garden was Lovely.rooms are with attached open kitchen & drawing room and two balconies.washroom was very small.breakfast spreads were good during New year eve time. There were a dinning hall manager (type) during breakfast time(from north Bengal),who was managing everything by smiling face.
food is bit expensive.we went by our car.but, for city tour auto rates were very much high due to season.you can take cab service from hotel.

Very nice 4 night stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and the hotel is set in a lovely garden with trees and an outside cafe if you want. There is also a beautiful roof top terrace. Our apartment was spacious and airy perhaps just needing a paint as it had been well used. There was plenty of hot water and a good shower though the bathroom is a bit dated. Wi-Fi was very good and the public areas were very nice. The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do more for you. Breakfast and evening meals were very nice with very attentive staff and tasty food. The restaurant could be a bit brighter if anything but just a minor point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

its a nice decent hotel. I have stayed here few time.
more in april its Off peak for Jaipur.
The published tariff is also far less.
