Service is very bad and price is very high as compare in price. I stayed their on 12 April to 14th April 2023. big fight is food ordering and break fast, they will not take any order after 6 PM for dinner. even servant is asking room needs to be clean or not. they are not doing as per regular check list. their manager is no use.

I postefd this on another site but I feel I should spread the word. The Girisadan Homestay is a delight - full of character and charm. It is sometimes listed as a bed and breakfast but I would classify it as a boutique hotel. It is much better, and much cheaper, than the anonymous chain hotels we usually stay in and Capt Singh, his wife and staff are very attentive and personable. We had dinner on our first night there and I can recommend that too. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed linen fresh and it is a pleasure just to wander round the common rooms and balconies. It was definitely the best place we stayed at in India. Wi fi was a bit weak in one of the rooms we rented but very strong in the mezzanine suite my wife and I rented. The owners are aware of this and taking steps to improve it.

The place has great ambience. Servicing and food is very nice. It's like home away from home. Lots of great cafes in proximity. Rooms and lavatory are very well maintained and clean. Definitely recommended for long term stay in Jaipur.

on a group tour in November 2019 we stayed there and everybody loved the place. Especially if you are a first-timer to India this wonderful and safe place gives you the necessary security to build up enough courage to face India with all its wonderful and horrible settings. It is a family-owned guesthouse/hotel, but with all the help and warm welcome we got from the owners and the staff it really makes it a HOME-stay. The location is very convenient, too, and even the closeby holiday-function-location turns off the music at 10 p.m. - unbelievable, but true. I strongly recommend this little gem to both experienced and first-time India-visitors. Thank you and hope to see you again, dear Singh-family & staff.

We stayed at Girisadan home stay for 2 nights during our recent visit to Jaipur with family. We traveled as 2 families with small kids - we were given rooms on top floor and though the views are good from there going up and down with no lifts was quite a problem. The home stay is not well known and though its just opposite to a mall, the place is difficult to locate. The location is good and rooms are just about fine with decent facilities. The breakfast was OK - they made limited quantities basis what we told. However, they don't allow outside food which is unreasonable given the fact that they were charging 400/- per meal for normal stuff !! We had made bookings with breakfast indicating that there will adults and kids in the room - however the Manager insisted on charging extra Rs,200/- each for breakfast of kids aged 3 & 4. No hotel charges separately for breakfast of kids and adults and they made us pay extra in spite of booking with breakfast included. The attitude of the Manager was pretty deplorable and made the stay at this place a terrible experience !! Definitely a no go for families and people traveling with old members

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great place and very good location, in the heart of the city. The staff and owner were very courteous. In fact we were allowed to check in before time since we had taken an early morning flight and reached the place by 9.30 am. Again on the day of check out we were allowed to keep one room till 4 p.m., our time of departure. Indeed a very nice gesture. Thank you. Clean and spacious rooms and toilets, nice homely ambience with neatly decorated living room and balconies all around, this was really a 'homestay' for us. But food price is a bit on the higher side, a veg meal consisting of dal, chawal, roti, 2 veg dishes costs Rs. 500 per head. Breakfast is also priced at Rs. 250 even if you have only two pieces of bread ! Some of the fellow guests also mentioned this. Maybe this issue can be addressed. But would definitely recommend this homestay to all fellow travellers visiting Jaipur.

My friend and i were travelling in India for a couple of weeks and of course we stopped in Jaipur. We stayed at the Girisadan Homestay and loved everything about it. They were very welcoming, the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable and we had a nice terrace. It is situated a small ride away from the center of the city which means that after all the noise and hussle of the center of Jaipur, you get to escape to a lovely quiet haven. We loved everything about this guesthouse!

In a first glance, it seemed like a fun place to stay, however every commitment given by the hosts (father and his son) fell so short that you would definitely regret your decision. If you are looking to stay for more than a day, avoid this place. I stayed there for one and half month and my stay was horrible. The owners are just concerned about drawing money out of guests one way or other and if nothing would work out then they will tell their guest to vacate it without giving any prior notice. I came here and was promised many things, one was to have a room till December and that my rent included breakfast. After 15 days, owner told me that I need some more revenue out of your room so now we will start charging you for breakfast. Also he told me to vacate the place without a reasonable notice because he got some other booking of higher rent. Such pathetic people, they will be sweet and helpful to you for a week but after that, if you not giving them incremental rent of minimum 25-30k per month, they will start finding ways to either charge you or kick you out. Based on my experience, I would say (specially for working professionals) to stay away from this place. No promises would be kept watsoever.

I stumbled across Girisadan when desperately searching for a place for myself and my two cats to reside for a few weeks while searching for an apartment in Jaipur. From the very first communication, I felt a warm welcome and reassurance that this was the place to stay. On arrival from Japan, Midnight! I was greeted and was accommodated in a lovely room with balcony, perfect for myself and the cats. I have travelled extensively and stayed in various types of accommodation over the years and have never felt such warm and supportive hospitality from an absolutely lovely family and their wonderful staff. They have helped me beyond expectation, with a whole range of different requests and assistance to enable me settle into this culture. It was a blessing to fall into the hands of such warm and generous people. The location is also great! I highly recommend a stop at Girisadan for long or short stay travellers. Thank you so much! Helen
