Detailed Reviews

I am 3 months in to a 4 month stay at Nagar Singh Haveli. It is a clean, comfortable room with private bathroom.
The bed is very comfortable, firm mattress. Extra blankets provided for the cold months help make the room cosy. As the weather has warmed the fan in the room provides a cool air.
Roop and staff are very accommodating and will do their best to fulfill any requests I have. Full length mirror by door, tv provided and small table with chairs.
Bathroom is very clean and good size. Toilet roll is provided for guests wanting it. Hot water is limited to 6am-1pm and 8pm-10pn. On a few occasions I have had to request it be turned on in the evening time and it is usually ready within 10mins. Water is lovely and hot during these times and the shower usually has good pressure.
Room cleaning is provided on request. I get the room cleaned approx 1 time a week. Bed linens are always well cleaned and feel fresh.
Laundry service is provided at extra cost. Price depends on items washed. Small pieces 20 rupees, big piece 30 rupees, larger jackets 100 rupees.
Menu provided is pure veg and the food is often tasty and well prepared. Chai prepared by kitchen here is delicious. I am also a fan of their jeera aloo and stuffed paratha. Service speed is typically good, a wait time of 45mins stated on menu but often food is recieved sooner.
No outside food is allowed but many resturant nearby can provide a change if one is wanted. Food prices are reasonable. I have been happy with the food service for my stay despite no kitchen to cook for myself. Those looking for long stays may prefer kitchen.
Roop speaks English well and it is easy to communicate with staff most of the time. Language barrier is little to no issue, I have always managed to communicate with the staff well enough.
Overall, my stay so far in Nagar Singh Haveli has been pleasant. It is close to the company I am interning for here in Jaipur, local shops are 2 mins walk away, many restaurants nearby and uber provides an easy way to travel further across the city.

My partner and I really enjoyed our 4-night stay in this beautiful hotel. We didn't have any problems (hot water available, very comfortable and clean room and bathroom) and found the food to be of good standard. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and even offered us a complimentary breakfast one morning. Would definitely recommend!

I had booked a room in this hotel as it was centrally located and quite close to the bus services, it is not located on the busy main road and so it is calm and peaceful from the noisy traffic and crowd. It is neat and clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from especially Rawat mistaan bhandaar is quite closeby. The room tariff is also very reasonable and the owner of the hotel was also friendly and enquired about my stay at his hotel. Overall, a nice hotel to stay while in jaipur

I booked this hotel through expedia.in for 3 days , on the very outset I met Mr.Roop Singh, owner of the property, an ill-mannered and disrespectful person who asked for advance payment for 2 days, even though I had paid upfront for 1 day before check-in. He doesn't consider or respect the fact that guests are with family and children and talks in boastful and loud voice. He cancelled my booking and forced me and family to vacate hotel only after 1 day stay, causing inconvenience to my family.
To further add to the awful experience, cheap and stinky room with seepage are at offering and bad quality food sold at exorbitant price.Property is nothing like haveli, it's elongated match box with rude staff.

Stayed in a few places in Jaipur and this was the best by far. Superb room at great value. Owner and staff are attentive to your needs, will help with any questions. If I ever return to Jaipur, I will be booking a room again. Would highly recommend this place.

I am from Sri Lanka. I booked a budget double room for 1008 INR here for two nights (13th and 14th June 2022) via booking.com. I got a confirmation email also.
When we landed in India (Jaipur airport) and went there, they were rude. They said "Booking only confirmed when u pay here. We can't give the room for Booking.com price. I give you room for 500 rs per day, commission to booking.com and taxes, then it's not profitable. Room is 600 rs"
I said "You lied at booking.com. I will write a review explaining this". He got angry, said "Leave now" at 8 pm in night.
I was with my old mother and lot of luggage. She cannot walk much, so she asked to calm down and pay. We agreed, paid 1200 rs for two nights: 13th and 14th.
When I checked afterwards, they have cancelled my booking, to ensure I do not write a review.
If they can't give room at that price, they should not have lied like that in booking.com. They mislead me. Otherwise I would have confirmed another place for cheper rate.
Good:
Room is in good condition. Clean place. They connected Salim Khan (India Trip on Wheels). He was an amazing guy. Showed everything within a day for 1000 rs on tuk tuk.
Bad:
Location isn't great. Many tuktuks had a hard time finding directions
