Stayed at the hotel during Holi. The staff we excellent letting us checkin early, printed out a train e-ticket and booked an early morning taxi for us to the train station. The roof top bar is fun but noisy if your room is underneath! The shower had hot water.

This was one of our favourite hotels during our time in India. The room was basic, but had all we needed and was very clean. The hot shower was excellent and although there was not kettle, a flask of hot water was placed in the room. There was a wide range of dinner and breakfast choices at the roof top restaurant and in the evening there was live music. Service was excellent and It was easy to get into the centre. Be sure to check out the unique block print fabrics at the Indya Roots store.

When we arrived the room we were put in smelt really badly of cigarette smoke and so we complained and were able to luckily swap rooms with someone.
The rooms were nice enough although nothing special (from memory I’m not sure whether we even had a window in ours!). We were on the ground floor very near the reception and the first night we were kept awake most of the night by the staff being SO loud until around 2.30am. We mentioned this to them I think that it was better the second night.
The rooftop bar was quite special overlooking the town and had so many fairy lights - it was lovely. The food was also very nice - good breakfast included including pancakes and also good to eat there at dinner - great hot sizzling brownies for pudding!
We met the owner who tried to make us write a review in front of her which I thought was a bit odd but apart from that she was very nice and chatty and gave us a complimentary chai to apologise for the issues with the first room!
Recommended and probably would stay again.

I had booked and made advance payment for a Royal Delux room for 13th and 14th Aug 22 through Agoda in Hotel Kalyan. The plan was to spend a pleasant long weekend in Jaipur with family which eventually turned into a nightmare because of this Hotel.
So, the horror story starts one day before by scheduled arrival. On 12th Aug, 7 PM I get a call from the hotel executive that there was a plumbing issue on the room allotted to me and hence they would shift me to another property (Kalyan Heritage and Paradise)of the same owner nearby for 1 night. I was assured that the other property is better and only at a distance of 15 minutes. Further they would transfer me to the original property the next day and allow early check-in. Since it was a long weekend, all hotels across the city were already booked. Further, as I was traveling the next day early morning with a small kids, I had barely any time to make alternative arrangements and had no other option but to agree. They assured me again over the phone that the next day I would be shifted.
On 13th morning as we reached Kalyan Heritage and Paradise, we realized that it was completely on the other side on the city, within a residential area with no amenities nearby. The original hotel was at the city center and within walking distance of the famous tourist attractions. Whereas this property was actually a marriage banquet hall at a distance of 16 km and more than 30 min from the city center. The room which they had named “Superior Double Bed Room” was nothing but a small matchbox room. The room was small with barely any space to walk.
Since I had no other option, we reluctantly checked-in. In the evening, I called up the original property again to re-confirm that I would be shifting the next day morning, which I was promised would not be a problem and we may reach by 10 am the next day.
The next morning at 7 am the manager from the original hotel, Bhavnesh Gupta calls me to inform that I am not allowed to shift as the rooms are not yet ready. When I insisted and reminded him of the earlier commitment, he told that there was are only 2 options for me. Either I continue staying in the current location or check out and take refund for a day. He told this in a very unprofessional and rude way and disconnected the call. (literally meaning you may F**K OFF, we don’t give a S**T). He knew it very well that all city hotels were fully booked and I would more out with my family and kid.
When I checked further, I realized that this hotel was much cheaper to the original one. Since I had booked the hotel through Agoda, I tried to reach out to Agoda as well, but they provided absolutely no help. The Agoda team, informed that there were no other rooms available in the hotel. However, the rooms were continuously been displayed on Agoda website as available.

Unfortunately the worse experience I had in Jaipur which almost spoiled our stay for celebrating my mother’s birthday.
The service is highly unprofessional, the rooms are very basic for the high price they ask and you won’t be sure to find hot water during the day and at night. We had to pay in advance through Booking and thought it would have been a warranty of excellence. Yet, when we reached and paid at the counter (70€/ night!!!!) the nightmare has started. They had first appointed us to a double room on the side of the building through an old stair that looked like a driver room or staff room. We asked to change as it did not reflect the paid amount. We saw many rooms and all of them looked the same : dull and not very clean, no bed sheets but only those kitschy blankets that god knows when they got cleaned at last.
Eventually after hours of roaming around, we ended it what they call a “suite” or what would be a perfectly normal room in any other hotel around : Ratangarh Palace, former Sunder Palace etc (which by the way have lower prices for a much better service).
They tried then to make us pay for a breakfast that was declared “complimentary” . We decided it was enough of discomfort for a family trip . We asked for refund and had to wait for it for hours and eventually they have compensated a part of the second night we were supposed to spend in this horrible hotel.
The Sura restaurant, although expensive, was the only nice touch of this place. Absolutely not recommended.

The hotel is close to Jaipur old town with good access to taxis. My room was clean with a nice en suite shower with good pressure. I enjoyed the rooftop bar, had a relaxing atmosphere, well decorated and with live music that made a calm end to the hot days sightseeing around Jaipur.

We took train from Delhi, cost us about 950 Rupees per person, meals inclusive. This hotel include complimentary transfer to and from the train station, just contact them in advance. Jaipur is a lovely city, I would stay for a couple more days if I had the time. I was only there for 2 days, which was a little short I think. Ideally 3-4 days will allow you see everything around the city in a slower pace.
Yes it absolutely does i have stayed there with my gf n trust me its very comfortable n you wont be disturbed unless you want to n the staff is very supportive n they understand the constitutional provisions n rights of the citizens therefore its quite safe to say that you can visit this hotel with your gf without having any apprehensions
not sure about the checkout..but its a vegetarian restaurant (though it serves egg)
They provide a collection service.
