Dhulagarh is a lovely place surrounded by hills on three sides & is lush green in the rainy season , seems to be a place not explored by many. Our stay with friends was memorable. The rooms are spacious with all amenities, neat & clean. The property is well kept ( 300 years old- as we were told, with heritage guest rooms dating 300 years) . The pool is good though midsize. Views from the terrace was mesmerising. Lots of peacocks and birds were sighted in the morning and evening. There is a small area of sand dunes at a walkable distance. As we booked 7 rooms for our group, we enjoyed the privacy at the place. Gr8 place for small family get- together & individuals. It is a value for money heritage property The food was very delicious, very less oily, more like home food. The hospitality was par excellent- Mr Bhawani Singh & Mr Nirmal took Gr8 care. They were just a phone call away. The owners were also personally involved to take care of the guests

I found this on the web and suggested this place to my friends. All my nervousness and anxiety went away as soon as we stepped in side the palace. The Royal suits were very comfortable and spacious. . Nirmal jee and his kind demeanour was enough to win our hearts. The place was perfect for having a good quiet time with friends. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. They arranged a bonfire in the evening and were more than willing to grill some Shakarkandi for us. Highlight was the Singing team that was arranged for our entertainment. Thank you Bhawani jee and Nirmal jee and the entire staff for all your hospitality. Yess it was a little far away from Delhi but it was all worth it.

Stayed there two nights on our business trip to Rajasthan with team members. It's beautiful old kothi surrounded by hills in a small village. Staff are very courteous and services are really good. Food quality is appreciated. We enjoyed Rajasthani food too. Team enjoyed sunset in sand dunes and swimming pool.

My son and I spent an afternoon at this location, which was a side trip included in our Golden Triangle tour. It is off the beaten track, on the edge of a bustling village. The hotel and grounds are lovely, beautifully restored. Our host took us on a tour of the property before we set off on our camel safari. We rode through the village, which felt quite surreal - like being in a movie, til we reached the dunes. After a slight pause, we returned to the hotel for a delicious traditional Thali dinner. We had a lovely time, thanks to Mr. Sharma and his team.

The rooms give you a taste of past luxurious living. The property could be termed as heritage, its renovated from an old mansion of one of the ministers of King of Jaipur, if I got that right. Rooms were great, in the middle of an old village. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quite retreat I would say. Travelling in winter months, be aware of the marble flooring, you should ask for a heater. View of the fort is great and the staff is super friendly and very accommodative. Mr. Sharma, the manager is just a call away to help you if required.

Our four nights stay recently proved to be a wonderful way of unwinding and enjoying the amazing hospitality of the staff. Mr Sharma and his team are great hosts and the cherry on the cake was the special meals cooked by Mr Ram babu and served with warmth and care by Mr Shahrukh and Mr Puran.Apart from the luxurious stay we also trekked to the fort which lies in ruins but is a great treat for an adventurous soul. I was quite taken by the liveliness of the village, its craftsmen, lush green fields and enthusiastic children with some of whom we did interact. Overall a quiet relaxed holiday...exactly what we wanted!

We stayed here for one night during our Golden Triangle Tour en route from Agra to Jaipur. It is located in a friendly, small village off the main road. Have to say that one of the highlights of the entire Golden Triangle Tour is the camel ride here. The manager Mr. Niram is very accommodating and so are his team members who were all very attentive and welcoming. We also got to experience the hotel while a local film crew was there. Had a superb vegetarian meal for dinner as well! Just have endless positive things to say about this place. Definitely recommend if you want to see and experience a rural and less busy side of India.
