Starting to the welcoming its quite ok... Arrival process is not too lengthy. We got pool view room and in evening the view is mesmerizing. Clean room and clean bathroom. All supplies like dental kit etc. We got. Cleaning part is too good in entire premises in morning breakfast corridor was clean and in restaurant spreaded breakfast we got and it's very nicely made and prepared. Delicious one. Over all recommend to stay... Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who makes our stay comfortable. Over all staff is very courteous and always wear a, smile when you pass them.

This has to be the best stay for me in hotel renest Jaipur. Starting from the location, which is within the city it self everything was perfect. Although the country was coming to terms with the COVID-19 second wave, hotel staff made every possible effort to make our stay enjoyable and safe (most impotently). Rooms had ample space and the food was amazing (since there were not many guests, our meals were arranged in room"). The amount of commitment they put into maintaining that is a clear indication of their dedication. If anyone is interested in going to Jaipur for a vacation, this hotel is the perfect place.

Well how a smile makes a perfect day is experienced recently on my visit to the Renest Jaipur. We were greeted with a warm welcome and cheerful smile at the Reception and were warmly accompanied to whole check in process with proper hygiene and safety. The tension of COVID-19 Vanished as the staff specially Miss Shahina explained us how cautious they all are and how they keep it hygienic for the guests. This review is just for everyone who are looking for a hygienic and safe place on their visit to jaipur. The RENEST is the best place in this pandemic.

Good Place For Organizing Family Function & Parties in the city at reasonable priced menu. Location is pretty well, one can easily approach as it's located on the main road. I booked the banquet on 2nd floor to Celebrate my Daughter's 1st Birthday Party here.
I Specially Thank to Ms Shahina Pathan, she smoothly managed my event from the day of booking & to the end of the event, I would definitely suggest to anyone planning to book the venue may get in contact to her for better assistance.
Banquet Hall was pretty spacious & well organised with decent interior. Food quality & taste was up to mark, Chef Mr. Amit offered me to taste the food & suggest if any changes to be done before serving the food. Banquet Manger Mr. Deepak Raghav also responded me really well in resolving few issues during the event.
A little scope of improvement is needed in terms of cleanliness, the cover clothes of chair remained dirty even after the regular reminders.
Overall Experience was Good, Thanks to Entire team of Renest Jaipur & I would again like to plan for any of my upcoming event.

WORST hotel I have visited so far. The staff was extremely rude , inspite of calling them to confirm if the rooms are ready they made us wait for 45mins to give us the room on which they were arguing and did not even gave the desired room for which we paid. No amenities were given in the room, even towels were given when asked and also they were not ready to provide mineral water in the rooms which is such a shame . I would never recommend anyone to visit this place even if this is the last hotel in Jaipur.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Specially the housekeeping staff - Gautam Azaruddeen Naresh Pintu Really liked their service.

It is the first hotel we stayed at Jaipur. From outside the hotel looks old but the interiors gave us a different story, it was well maintained. The receptionist Avadhesh was quite helpful and also very humble.
The initial room that was allotted to us was faulty and the carpenter was trying to fix the bathroom door. Since it was taking time , we requested for another room. While the room was bigger than the earlier room the new room was dirty. After a late dinner, I could see the maintenance work happening in the opposite room with a lot of noise. Also As a hotel policy they don’t provide hot water from 10pm to 4 am which was quite bizzare while in the ads they say 24 hrs hot water. The room views are not good as it’s in the middle of the city.
The positives was that the staff was very courteous. The food is good at the Tribe restaurant and the staffs were very humble, quite attentive and always at your service. The connectivity to the markets are good due to metro. I didn’t try housekeeping so wouldn’t be able to comment there.
I would definitely go back to eat food at the restaurant but I would think twice before I stay there. Overall an average experience.

Alok and marziya both are good staff in restaurant, Both have very soft voices, which is a great advantage for hotel visitors. The environment of the restaurant is very clean and filth free, you can have your food in a peaceful manner. The taste of all kinds of food is wonderful.

The rooms are not well maintained, sometimes the access cards will not work properly, you have to keep calling the housekeeping to get that fixed. In most of the rooms / washroom, the lights won't work properly, AC of the room was not working got that fixed by wasting 3 hours. Hand faucets in the washroom was leaking, overhead shower was not working properly. The furniture has got teared paints all over it.
The only best part was the cleanliness and some part of food. It is easily accessible by road & metro.
