I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Renest Hotel Jaipur. While I had high expectations given the hotel's claim of being a 4-star property, my experience fell far short of the anticipated comfort and quality. One of the primary concerns was the housekeeping throughout the facility. Despite the supposed 4-star status, the cleanliness standards left much to be desired. The quality of linen provided was subpar, and it was evident that attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment was lacking. Moreover, the overall ambience of the hotel failed to reflect the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. The placement of furniture and room lighting seemed haphazard, contributing to an uninviting atmosphere. It was disappointing to see such lapses in attention to the aesthetic aspects of the hotel. The state of the toilets was another notable issue. The cleaning standards did not meet the expectations associated with a hotel claiming to be in the 4-star category. The hygiene of the facilities was questionable, and I found it necessary to bring this matter to the attention of the hotel authorities during my stay. I believe it is essential for the management to revisit the classification of Renest Hotel in the 4-star category, as my experience did not align with the standards typically associated with such establishments. The overall value for the price paid was not justified, and I sincerely hope that necessary improvements will be made to enhance the guest experience at your hotel. Alok and nitesh Overall experience was all good.I checked in this hotel on 17 November 2023.Staff was polite.Ambience of the hotel was good cleanliness was maintained.Restaurant service was present in this hotel on ground floor. We too visited the restaurant.Interior was fabulous.Must try.

Had a comfortable stay, thanks to service staff and hotel manager Vikram. The stay was booked and arranged on a call as it was a business trip and the booking was required the same day. Food was good and specially service staff Alok and chotu. Overall good stay at good price.
