Kanchan Kesari Village ( so named after the owner's parents) is an ethnic theme based amusement complex where there is something for all age groups. The village is located just 15 minutes away from Jaipur on the Jaipur - Ajmer National Highway, set amidst 10 bighas of sprawling landscaped gardens. Kids can enjoy the swings & slides and be enthralled by the magic show. Ladies can host kitty parties in the Pangat which offers a leisurely view of the boating lake. Gentlemen can show their chivalry by pedaling their better halves in the self driven boats. Elderly citizens can watch over their beloved while relaxing on the hand woven village cots. Camel, the ship of the desert, is also available for your distant guests.

I went there with my friends we ask them to show pool first so we went to the pool and the pool was so dirty you can't even put your leg inside 😂 Let's come to the boating part which is completely waist of money. We got only good food ( ask them Rajasthani Thali instead of Punjabi).

I went to Kanchan kesari resort with my family for day tour which cost us 400 rs/person. On that day water park for children was closed. There were some swings and slides for children but very poorly maintained. Boats also were not properly maintained and water was leaking into boats. After 4 PM there were puppet shows, magic show etc which were entertaining. We had Rajasthani dinner (another option was Punjabi food). We thoroughly enjoyed that food and service was very good especially "Manuhar" while serving. We all end up eating more than our hunger. It is better to reach about 5-6 PM roam a little in resort and have dinner on 7/8 PM then was shows.

This was our first trip to this resort. The response of staff was appreciable and quick. We took rajasthani food and feel that the quality of items need to improve. Also resort management need to focus on the maintenance of the place and we saw that pool was in dirty condition and gardens were not maintained properly.

we were recommended to try kanchan kesari resort this time by our friends but definitely will not recommend anybody else to go for it. went there with family but the services are really poor, rooms are outdated as per decor bathrooms in shabby condition. the room service was poor and although we were the only guests in resort being a working day it still took them almost an hour to get a glass of milk which costed 45 rupees for my lil one. we were told the village entry was included in the hotel stay cost but when we reached there were surprised to see that only puppet show magic show and rope dance were the only three items available in village theme evening entertainment for which any local would need to pay 400 rupees although it did included the dinner cost. but the camel ride wheel ride sort of things were charged at 20rupees per head. the manager was rude and didn't even know how to talk to customers. chokhi dhaani does charge a little bit extra but still its worth going there. no welcome drinks were provided and we were also told that water station was closed that evening due to not been cleaned and that my daughter would be allowed it to use next day morning. but even the next day we were asking the manager whole day till our check out time to get it ready so she could play on it but was never ever responded to and to add to it when we tried to ring their head office about the problems the manager of resort was rude to us about why we were ringing head office to complain and even he told them lies that water station was working since morning, so we had to tell the head office that their staff is lying about it and it never ever worked the whole day and i feel they should have better staff and facilities for the customers and it can be alot better place if they want. but right now its not worth spendin your hard earned money over here, the village entertainment hasn't got anything much on apart from just 3-4 free things i.e puppet show, magic show, rope dance and that too is too outdated and boring to be very honest. the food is also not very nice standard and staff is not at all pleasant and friendly. i read somewhere on there website that people have left bad reviews on trip advisor but they tried to clarify that its not the case and they do their best to serve customers but now i can say that yes all these negative reviews actually best describe this place.

The resort has beautiful landscapes with lots of activities making it ideal for an outing for a large group with young kids. But it is not good for a stay as the place is simply not geared up to entertain inhouse guests. The whole set up is a carnival like atmosphere with fooding and activities at value for money prices. But if you are looking for boarding with comforts you take for granted for the price you pay, you will be disappointed. Cottages are just basic, cleanliness of linens not satisfactory, toiletries comprises only miniscule pieces of soap, no room service. But the location is very convenient. They allow pets and did not object to our checking out at 2:30 pm instead of 12 noon. Food was good though options are very limited. And the staff was quite helpful. They served food to our dog and even taken him for a walk when we were out for a long duration.

We were family member of 15, went there for daily outing on 10th of june, nothing organized, service staff is like worst, they even don't know what is meaning of service, food is pathetic. Staff is so rude. Swimming pool is also not clear, they allows non family person. Environment is also not good. I feel like looted and fooled by them. I would suggest everyone that please don't go there if you want to go please go to some other best resorts. Food service place also not good, please see my attached pictures. No Manager or person to whom we can complaint about services, when I asked about manager then service staff said His name is kamal, when i go and meet him he doesn't seems to me manager, he even does not have adicates to talk to guests and respect them. It's like once you paid you paid. I request everyone please don't go there, if you go you will relized that you did a big mistake. Please see my pictures those I attached and what they use to serve food to guest.
