I highly recommend everyone travelling to Jaipur to stay in this hotel. I was there for 3 nights last year. The staff are very friendly, helpful & humble. Any request made to the staff are taken care of within minutes. The food is very good.
The tariffs are very friendly on the pocket. the best you can get at that price. I haven't had a slightest of problems or issues with the hotel, the staff, the food, the room service, the drivers or the quality of service.
I highly recommend anyone travelling to Jaipur to stay at Hotel kohinoor and I will only be staying at Hotel kohinoor if I ever happen to go back to Jaipur.
Kudos to every member of the Hotel kohinoor team for making the hotel the best place in Jaipur.

I stayed in the hotel with my family in last week of december. It was a very nice experience as the staff is very cooperative and food is really nice. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Has an easy access to bus stand and railway station.

We stayed in Hotel Kohinoor about a year ago. Hotel is really good and really good value for money. We had booking through a agency which was of our family friend. By chance there was a confusion from travel agency (not from hotel) and there was not any information in the reception. But still person on the reception gave us room saying we will manage and alter they got details of booking. Very pleasant and good manner by hotel staff. We appreciate it. Room was nice and bathroom was clean like any star rated hotel. Restaurant service was slow and we had to wait quite long for that. May be they would be cooking from starting. Food quality was also good. We enjoyed our trip in the hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty bathroom, no hot water 24 hours. Hot water is only available between 5am to 12 pm. Also when I woke up at 6 am there was no water in the taps and I had to ask them to start the water pump. Worst food in the kitchen. Also never opt for breakfast in this hotel as you will get a small plate of Upma and a tea for that. Better eat outside. Pictures are deceiving. Don’t go by them. OYO customers support is of no help either. Pathetic experience ever.

We found this hotel online, the photos are very deceptive, looked beautiful and price were cheap. We booked for 3 nights. On arrival in the evening , the staff were friendly speak only a little English. The lobby is small and dated. Staff took us to our first room, everything was not right, small, dated and dirty, so we requested a room change, we got a bigger room but it is no better, the walls were stained, paints chipped off all the dated wood furnitures, door casing etc. bathroom were very dirty. Mould on shower curtain, broken toilet seat. Beddings and soft furnishings stained. The hall way is full of extra mattress and chairs which causing a fire risk. Breakfast in the morning, dining room is not good, newspapers as table clothes. We decided we can not stay for another two nights so we just checked out after breakfast. Staff were polite at this point but not helpful.

Stayed there for 2 nights with family, i selected Super Deluxe roomS for comfort but not at all worth spending.rooms are very basic with stale smell.mattress is bad.. Breakfast - you will get bread slice(NOT TOAST) and butter or cold paranthas. they are charging very high in comparison with service provided. Reception staff was rude. if you are getting this hotel @600/700 rupees then recommended.

It is a comparatively cheaper hotel. Yet, it is still not value for money. Whatever money you pay, you do not expect a room with no plug points! But one must say, it is located centrally and the staff is very responsive.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose kohinoor hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

hi, I'm Naveen. We booked 4 double rooms for 4 days. we were asked to pay the advance for 5 days and that the final bill can be settled on the last day. It was a terrible experience!! Dusty, dirty, no room cleaning, the staff were rude, late room service, under-staffed, hot water on request... you name it. Please don't even think of stepping into it.

A terrible hotel. They say centrally ac, the AC never fills like working. They only keep the airflow on & ac shut.The rooms are unclean & dirty. There is no window & if you open the so called window you will face garbage. Not recommended at all.
