This was my second visit to Holiday Inn in last two years and it was as wonderful as last time. Despite the hotel being full due to ongoing weddings and other functions, there was no laxity or delay of any kind right from the check in to the check out. Infact, Mr. Dalpat in Front Office and Mr. Pavitra, the Duty Manager went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in. The staff at their coffee shop Monarch is one of the most efficient, welcoming and hospitable amongst the staff at the coffee shops of various other hotels that I have stayed at all across the country. They really go out of the way to cater to all the Dietary needs and make you overeat by insisting lovingly to eat more and more. Chandan and his team not only cater to all the dietary requirements but remember them also so that you don't have to repeat them, thereby making one feel special. Chef Mihir and his team are very skilled in their craft and it reflects in their awesome food at all times especially the Sunday Brunch.
The Housekeeping staff deserves a special mention too as they were neck deep in work because of full occupancy due to the various weddings and functions but there was never any delay or laxity in servicing any of the requests pertaining to their department.
I give full credit to Mr. Pankaj Gupta and his leadership which reflects in the behavior of the staff. I would definitely want to stay at the same place anytime I visit Jaipur. A big thanks to the staff.

Kumbric dos to Banquet Management Team especially Puneet, Bhoop and Pradeep who ensured all arrangements are made with safety- from distancing to hand sanitisation to disinfected crockery during different functions. At the same time; courteous, personalised and or professional services by one and all. Chief Chef Ojha Ji’s signature dishes and in general good quality delicious food added to our joy (& read weight too😊).
The room stay was well arranged and Housekeeping staff especially Ms Manisha who provided on demand support and services- keep up the good work...
I think worth mentioning the Monarch Services at the Breakfast where efforts are made to reduce contacts and keeping the crowd under control but given the occupancy; it was bit challenging. The tables and chairs are hopefully sanitized as written though did not see anyone doing the cleaning/disinfecting once the guests leave and other one comes. These are some of the areas where improvements could be made. Similarly proper wearing of gloves and if torn or soiled; these need to be changed immediately. The Resturant or Buffet venues are the most vulnerable locations for spread and needs to be really worked better than what they are at this stage.
All in all; an excellent experience n hope safety measures will continue to be adhered by guests and provided by the management.
Please do refer and use WHO guidelines for opening of Resorts and Hotels and measures to be followed as this would add to ensuring more secure and safer environment to guests.
Best wishes

The hotel is ideally situated in a very central (though very noisy, but you don't hear it inside) borough of Jaipur. Very comfortable rooms. The lobby is well decorated and quiet, although a bit too cold with the AC still runing during winter. All meals including breakfast at the Monarch restaurant are fantastic. The two ladies welcoming you work very hard nearly everyday to make you feel welcome and help you find the non-spicy options. The team is very dedicated and kind, with a special mention for Miss Ankita. The cuisine is fantastic an varied.
The Road House Bar is very nice too, they do everything to satisfy you and the western cuisine is a great option in town.
However, the Ten Kings whisky tasting bar is a scandal, with the manager insisting in serving awfully small doses of liquor for a high price. Not sure if it is for saving money or some puritanism regarding alcohol; anyway don't take a whisky even at the Monarch restaurant because it will be served by this joke of a bar.
Chao Chinese Bistro is a fantastic place to have gastronomic Chinese food. A special mention for the Chinese Chef for his efforts to make everything non-spicy for us. Food is probably the best Chinese food in town.
Arun, at the Travel Desk Office, has been so incredibly helpful and managed to find us a car and a driver in a short amount of time. Our car was upgraded just because it was possible. Great service.
People at the reception are very efficient too. Housekeepers were very quick to bring us our third bed and anything we needed. A special mention for Paras, always smiling and always at the service of all clients.

Stayed here for a night from 8th to 9th April 2021.
First day evening comes the biggest surprise, someone rang the bell at around 5pm and before I could get up from the bed and open the door, in less than 10 seconds Vijay opened the door and entered the room and said sorry he thought it's a check out room.
Next day breakfast no one escorted me to the table, found one dirty table on my own, table number 35, asked for cutlery and napkins. First day during breakfast no tea was served even after asking two people, one of them was Sumit and other one I don't remember the name. TV was not working in the room, took more then half an hour to fix it, changed the set top box later. The dispenser of watermelon juice was empty, someone told me he will get it refilled, never refilled till 10:35am, asked Ruma who apraoched me on the table to the check the satisfaction and I explained her the same, answer was sir restaurant gets closed at 10:30am, have to remind him that I ask d for the same 10mins before your closing time, same was served later. Again have to remind for tea to three people to get it served from 10:15am, they were Praveen who first took the order and forgot and then Bhoop and Ruma.
Sanitizer dispenser was empty in the elevator.

+1
Happy New Year to the team Holiday Inn Jaipur. It was indeed my best experience so far at a hotel and for New Year's Eve. The location is downtown and the Best part is a huge lobby. I enjoyed every single day with amazing services.
The first most Thanks goes to the staff of the hotel. Everyone is cheerful. But would love to appreciate few special employees who made our stay feel Home. Akash from Reception is so gentle and polite, who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with bathtub where my kids were delighted. His charisma is so delightful and he along with his team in his absence also made sure that every request was handled so promptly. Be it anticipating for a room heater when I asked that my kids are feeling cold or to assisting us with a City map without our request in anticipation, which is very rare to see. Amazing hospitality by him. Keep up the good spirit and give my regards to the team.
A lady housekeeper Durga has been an another cheerful assistant who my kids really appreciated. Her service as an assistant has been so prompt.Thank you and your team for keeping our rooms perfectly fine. During this scenario though it's difficult or not safe to travel much in public places but to be completely satisfied with the precautions and care taken by the team here makes you feel free to enjoy your staycation. The food is just amazing. Be the the lavish sweets & confectionery spread or the multi-cuisine options that you have in the Buffet menu. To my surprise, the prices as compared to other 5 Star hotels it way much cheaper which is wonderful. The gala dinner was amazing. Though missed the sound and music this time but can understand the situation.
The rooms are compact and have a modern feel not luxury but comfortable. The rooms have enough amenities and that too complimentary is just wow.
I'll highly recommend this hotel for every visit in Jaipur. Overall I would love to give 10/10 to the hotel. Would be visiting sooner. Please take care everyone and our best wishes.

Many times I use to stay here with my family and experience is always better.
Now on these covid crisis, hygine and safety measures/ precautions taken were par excellence. (Not seen in other hotels during my recent visit in other hotels)
Sanitizing at every label, and even during the buffet lunch and dinner, they have fixed their staff to serve on counter so each and every person may not touch the utensils, which minimizes the touch of outsiders and give us safety.
Hospitality was best as on counter Mr. Rahul and Mr.Jugendra helped a lot in allotting the room of our choice, really we admire their patience.
The staff in restaurant was very cooperative and helpful,
Mr.Mihir, Mr. Chandan, Mr. Mohit, Mr. Sumit, Ms. Lahiri and others worked very hard for customer satisfaction.

An outstanding stay i experienced. Had my stay for a week in the leisure category rooms. The service of the hotel was really awesome. They hardly take time delivering the amenities as requested by the guest. The food taste and quality is really very nice.
With all this what the hotel takes as a priority is the hygiene and sanitization.
Right from the guest entry areas to the exit the areas prone to guest are continuously sanitized.
The views from the room was really very nice.
We all stayed in a pool facing room. I keep on travelling hotels during my vacations for a stay and thing which i loved here is they know what things a guest can face problems with. So they are already prepared such that guest doesn't complaint about his stay.
I and my family are overall very much satisfied with the hotel and services..
