It was my first time in Jaipur and the receptionist made me feel very welcome and at home. He helped me with many things, including places to eat and visit and arranging a PCR test and a taxi. He even remembered it was my birthday from seeing my passport! It was 43 degrees when I was there and I chose a room without AC, but it was very cool and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The menu in the roof cafe was small as it was off-season, but everything I had was very tasty and fresh. I will be staying here again for sure next time I visit Jaipur.
The hotel is unbelievably good for the price. I usually visit here just for the ease and comfort it offers. Cleanliness is 5/5. Staff is courteous, respectful and helpful 5/5. Food is super delicious!! 10/5. Rooms are clean and spacious. They make fresh food on order and the preparation is world class. Definitely a recommended hotel. Few things to note. Hotel consists of 3 floors and their’s NO ELEVATOR.
Myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights in March 2020. Excellent staff - very pleasant Receptionist (can't remember his name). Rooms clean, comfortable beds, excellent value for money. Loved the artwork and artefacts on the walls and corridors and also the relaxation area - lovely bohemian feel to the place. Rooftop restaurant - lovely feel there also, again, a bit bohemian and loved the fact that it had fairy lights around the restaurant and in the trees in the entrance to the hotel - it also had large incense sticks burning outside the hotel entrance - these were in an Indian statue. Good food, good service. Loved drinking chai tea at breakfast time with my porridge and banana and watching the community awake. Also, a lovely authentic touch was the offering of coconut delacacies and coloured powder being applied to our faces to wish us Happy Holi. If I could take this hotel wherever I travelled in India, I would, I loved it.…
A very nice place. This establishment has a heritage feel. I received a warm welcome and felt very at home. The roof top restaurant was a great place to relax. I would recommend this as a good value hotel. I did have an issue with the toilet, getting wet feet when flushed but on the positive this was rectified really quick I brought to the attention of staff.
Very nice big room, clean bathroom with actual shower head and curtain. Hot water. Lots of english channels, movies, news etc. Good rooftop restaurant and sitting area. Another great restaurant Peacock, right around the corner. I used uber or tuk tuk to go to all the sites but dayrates for cabs very reasonable also, about $20 for 8 hours. Would definitely stay again if in Jaipur.
It’s really a good place to stay. Better than all season homestay. Food is good too. Well decorated structure and staffs are nice to help. Room service should be improved. I think they should put professional staffs in room service too ! Over all good. I am taking one star for room service.
Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel is located in residential area due to which it is away from city traffic which makes the place more pleasant. Hotel and rooms decorated nicely. 4 star as restaurant staffs were quite rude
This lovely hotel that actually looks like a palace with all his charming haveli paintings and ornaments, is one of the best place to stay in Jaipur! I totally recommend it! They have a great sunny rooftop with an amazing view on Hatroi Fort. The staff is super super nice and very helpful with anything you need, from paracetamol to plan a trip around the city. The room are wide and clean. The restaurant on the roof-top has a wide range of healthy food with gluten-free options and does room-service as well. The area is quiet which is very welcome after spending a day enduring the buzz of the pink city.
Very good hotel, with comfortable clean rooms and nice service. Good restaurant as well. The hotel sent us Tofik to pick us up at the Jaipur station and showed us around the best places for shopping, food and sightseeing. Very recommended.
Check in was good.. But they had asked for extra bed charges which was a surprise for us. Food was nice and as tasty as you would like as Mumbai or any other metro taste. Room service was average and regular rooms din't had heaters in winter. ..rest all OK.
