Detailed Reviews
My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights when we first arrived in India. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a day in the whirlwind of the city. We travelled everywhere via tuk tuk but the location was great in Jaipur. The room was gorgeous - we had two conjoined doubles which were beautifully designed and felt traditional and clean. The pool was just what we needed in the hot sun. Massive thanks to the staff who were brilliant throughout our stay, very welcoming and kind.

We were here for 2 nights on our tour and had a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive and our large room on the top floor was superb with an interesting view of the bus station. Nice to have a couple of chairs outside to sit in the last of the days sunshine and contemplate our sightseeing experiences!
We ate in the hotel and were not disappointed. Very nice food. (If you go for their mixed dish feast you'll probably want to share it between 2 as there is a LOT of food!)
It is in a good location for sightseeing but nowhere is walkable so get a guide/driver/tuk-tuk (we went out for a quick walk - one way to a park through a residential area and the other way is a main street with some shops and an ATM but it is a busy place to be on foot and we soon returned to the oasis of the hotel)

Had a lovely 3 night stay here.
Let me be frank to start with; this is India. Jaipur is a big city and this hotel is in a busy area, albeit down a side road. Don't expect it to be particularly quiet. And you're going to find other "problems" if that's what you look for.
We had a lovely room on the first floor with a beautiful enclosed balcony that was a terrific area to sit, enjoy a quiet drink and watch the world go by.
Our bathroom was perfectly adequate if a little old fashioned. As is common hot water is supplied via a bowser in the room. Shower pressure wasnt great and ideally give the system a chance to reheat between.
Food in the restaurant was good. Eating on the terrace in the evening was particularly pleasant.
Breakfast was more than adequate, a semi buffet with the offer of omelettes made fresh and waiting staff making toast and coffee. For the grumblers amongst us coffee, as in the majority of India hotels, is instant (Indians dont really drink coffee).
We didnt use the pool but others did and it looked thoroughly pleasant.
There was a mini bar in the room and a laundry service is available.
For us one of the main attractions of the hotel was the staff. Professional but friendly. Nothing was too much trouble it seemed.
In short we'd stay there again and happily recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Jaipur

We stayed in their super deluxe room at Dera. As the name states, part of home is converted to hotel. Room and bathroom were ok. Food was great and homely. They helped us by customizing the offering based on dietary restrictions of my child. Which was great as we were on a long Rajasthan trip.
The super deluxe room came with 8 hours of chauffeur drive car per day. This was a great value add as we didn’t have to worry about haggling for local transportation Uber/ Ola cancellations when going to visit America fort.

Our room was very comfortable and much larger than we had expected. Despite the hotel being close to the bus station it was a very quiet location but still close to the old part of town.
The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The buffet options changed slightly each day which was nice. They are also able to provide lunch and dinner. We had dinner there the first night and took the waiter' s suggestion to share the dish which was a good idea as the serving was huge.

This is a cozy boutique place in Jaipur and has easy access from airport and railway station. The staff are very courteous and flexible enough to ensure good service to their guests. We landed early morning at Jaipur and we were given free airport transfer to the hotel and we were also allowed an early check in and that was a very nice gesture. We were served with hot masala chai that was very good and refreshing. The owner stays adjacent to the hotel and is a great gentleman.
The breakfast menu is not very large but just enough and good. The chef was ever ready to cook us a good dinner as we wanted some chicken and mutton dishes.
The rooms are nice and cozy, there is a kettle with tea coffee packets, a small room heater is provided, bed is comfortable and linen is nice and fresh. A safe is provided to keep valuables.
Our stay was very comfortable and we would recommend to anyone visiting Jaipur for a short holiday. It’s a value for money place.

Dera Rawatsar was an oasis of gentility, hospitality, quiet and privacy in the bustle of Jaipur. Our children and I enjoyed grandiose and comfortable rooms, sumptuous breakfasts, and impeccable service. We appreciated our room being situated by the windowed library, allowing us to sip a morning coffee while pouring over one of the many books. At breakfast, we asked for and received the tastiest parathas with dahi. We were greeted by a family member who runs the hotel and were treated splendidly by all.

A super heritage hotel situated in a quieter part of Jaipur, but still easily accessible to the bustling city.
The rooms are very well equipped and ours was superb, large and with a separate sunroom/lounge attached to it with views over the pretty garden area.
The restaurant serves dinner, and we ate there during our three day stay. The meals were all delicious and freshly cooked. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and were happy to pass on our requests for not too much chilli in the food, to the kitchen.
Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of Indian and western food on offer along with a cooked option too.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Staying at Dera Rawatsar is always a delight. Its home away from home for me. The staff are genuinely courteous and helpful and at the same time are non-intrusive.
The food, while it is not an expansive menu, it has more than enough of each of the popular cuisines to give you a good choice of meal.
There is always some form of entertainment ( I experienced Holi celebrations and a puppet show)
I was with a group and all of them loved their rooms. Each room is different from the other and all extremely charming and comfortable. Nothing is wanting.
I am already looking forward to my next trip. Lets hope its sooner than later.
Keep it up Dera Rawatsar.

I never found a spa on this site in the time I was there. I was there over two weeks. Staff can’t seem to help either other than to offer you a leaflet for facilities off site.
Booking sites, and the tourism authorities, including this one, have been informed of misleading advertising.
I saw in total 6 rooms, one of them they described as their best room (301). It didn’t have any of the in room facilities you have asked about, and there would be no room for anything of that nature. They aren’t big enough, nor are they plumbed for items such as dishwashers etc.
I can see that they still advertise these facilities and state they are in each room one one booking site.
Clearly there’s a major discrepancy somewhere. Their management and owner are multi-lingual so they should have no difficulty in amending the information they have provided to these sites.
