This is one of the decent stays in Jaipur City.. The stay was pleasant and staffs were nice. The ambience in the lobby , lift and the floor where the room has been crafted well in such a way that we can feel the palace in the Jaipur. The rooms unlike people say in reviews that windows not available is false , We had one of the well furnished and maintained studio like room with view to the city from the windows and had all amenities provided. Airconditioning and Televisions were working great and lighting were prefect. I had visited few months back when the place was renovated and had good facilities. The only Cons I could say about the stay was regarding limited parking space and The options for breakfast buffet weren’t available , But room service and other foods tried were superb delicious. Also if you want to explore the city in the night just we can get a walk outside the hotel and many spots are available to just go for. I’ve added few snaps from my stay..

We are couple and we booked levender theme room there , this was so beautiful and room paint was very attractive and bathroom was so clean and spacious, there was staff so helpful and knowledgeable, food was tasty and low price , they have candlelight setup on the rooftop we booked also this , it was very decorative with balloons and many different colours lighting and smoothing music playing in background. Service was quick. this is very romantic for us we enjoyed every moment in sarang palace, many sightseeing places near from hotel location, and hotel location was centre of the jaipur city very easy to reach here we would recommend definitely our. Firstly, check in took soo much time. Since I am a foreigner, I have to write my information in their logbook. They said that it's for tourism purposes. They could have done it themselves since they are taking a copy of my passport and visa. After check in, we noticed the washroom isn't even clean and the commode had urinal stains on it! After multiple calls, it took another 30 mins for the reception to send someone to clean the washroom. The person who came to clean the washroom brought just a dirty towel. He first cleaned the inside of the commode with it, then cleaned the outside with the same towel (not kidding) and then proceeded to clean the flush button on the wall. When I complained that why are using the same dirty towel everywhere and why are you even using a towel, his reply was I am the only person who is doing all the work!
And of course there were mosquitoes! They sent the repellent machine after multiple calls.
Breakfast options were okay. But the breakfast area is so small and cramped.
Definitely not worth the money spent.

Excellent property.. Our stay was so comfortable..they are providing what they are showing on website. Few suggestions - Toilet accessories needs to be added.. Hand towel and floor mat in toilet to be added. Hand wash can be placed in toilet. Thanks!

Comfortable Premiere Room Stay" "Our stay in the Premiere Room was extremely comfortable. The interiors were modern with beautiful mood lighting, making it perfect for Instagram. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, and the food was tasty. The guest relations officer and front desk were very efficient. The WiFi was reliable, and the location couldn’t be better. Luxurious Canopy Theme Room" "Staying in the Canopy Theme Room with a bathtub was luxurious. The room’s interiors were classy and Instagram-worthy. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and dinner at the rooftop was a highlight. The staff was polite and attentive, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location is comfortable, and the hotel is very economical."

We booked this hotel through a portal . But after two days upon checking with them we were informed that since payment is not done, the room booking is cancelled and moved to waiting list. However we rebooked a four bed family room through hotel site and made full payment for two days .When we arrived in the evening check in was quick but we were greeted by the garbage bin and house keeping items kept right at the doorsteps of the four bedded family room. We asked one of the housekeeping staff who was around to remove both to which the person rudely replied that the items belong to that place and it will be kept there only. We informed front desk but nobody cared to remove it. Next day we were out for most of the day and when we came back we found that the garbage bin and other items remained there itself .Again we informed front desk and it was moved a little away from the room. Hotel should have a seperate place to keep housekeeping items and shoving it near the guest rooms shows the poor level of commitment to guest service. Secondly the split AC in our room did not work .Since we were out for most of the day it didnt matter . But when we arrived in the evening ,we found it was not working at all . The room service and housekeeping staff who came to our room had no clue how to make the AC work. Again we went to the reception and complained. Third day , a maintenance person came and discovered that the filter had choked and hence AC did not work !! Cleaning of the same was done and the AC started working. Guests should not be taken through these difficulties and the facilities in the room should be checked and made functional and ready to use at all times . Third day we wanted to stay till midnight and the hotel charged for full day . There is an ATM right next to hotel. There are lots of medical shops and a good restaurant nearby . The hotel is centrally located. Overall we are not satisfied with our stay .

The mattress, bathroom and bath towels where not clean.
2) when you book your room from booking.com they will call and ask you to pay 50% they will send you the payment link through wats app. Screen shot attached.
3) in case if you book don't eat here over priced and mediocre food. Just go to Kanha sweets for a better clean vegetarian food.
4) there is a notice saying if you are found guilty with outside food they will fine you rs 2000.
5) don't book day trip taxi from them, actual price is rs 1600 for 8 hours but they will charge rs 2000. Try ola with multiple stops.
Don't take a guide you will get scammed.
Important: Got scammed by the taxi guy .
He will take you to bad restaurants where he will get commission and you will be over charged. Other shops where he will get commission.
He will take you to elephant village

Per elephant rs 1100 with 2 people on it.
He will say rs 2000 per person and taking behind where you will get scammed for a 20 min ride. Attaching the picture of the scamster taxi guy.
