Detailed Reviews
The house is beautifully set back against a garden which is very green and beautiful. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, large, and super clean. Amita, who is the owner of this airbnb is very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for sight seeing and even fixed the cabs to take us to forts and to abhaneri. The driver she fixed, Nooreddin , was extremely nice and helpful and showed us a lot of sights along the way. I would totally recommend staying in this home away from home in Jaipur.

An excellent Homestay. Safe, secure, welcoming and very clean. The owner was very lovely. She was kind and generous.
The room was very spacious, and although the first night the aircon didn’t work, the owner pulled out all the stops and got it fixed by the next day, for which we were grateful for.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. Towels were provided and were clean and smelt lovely. Extra provisions such as body and hair wash were available.
Tea and coffee facilities were available, along with bottled water. Free Wi-Fi was also available for us to use.
The owner gave me details regarding a local taxi/tour guide and we took it up. The advise the owner gave to us was invaluable and we simply had the best time in Jaipur.
I would highly recommend this Homestay to any British person wishing to visit Jaipur.

This was my first visit to jaipur and it couldn't have gone better. This is a small, beautiful place and totally worth the amount charged. Clean house and rooms, just outside the busy crowded city and a lovely host.
Breakfast is very basic but you can swiggy food anytime. There's free water refill and coffe/tea sachets available round the clock so you can brew it yourself. Transport is not an issue as ola/uber works. Also, you can use tuktuk or auto to the main road and then walk here.
Amita has been very helpful recommending places to visit and arranging cabs and auto. She also accompanied me to the light and sound show at Amer because she thought I may not go on my own as it's night time. Was a lovely gesture.
One thing - this is a pet friendly homestay so you can expect dogs to give you company, so please bear that in mind.

This place is just avarage. Stayed there for 3 nights with my girlfriend. It gets very loud in the neighbourhood during the evening and the rooms are a little softer then the floor. The rooms are clean tho and staff is good. We got thrown in a worse room after we settled in cause of their mistake during our arival. That was anoying and also you can not pay for the washing machine with card for some stupid reason. We only saved money for uber to the airport so we had to go out and look for atm last minute, would be good to know that in advance. Also on booking it said we could check out from 00.00 - 00.00 but she told us we had to leave at 11am the night before wich also sucked. Fix that plz.

Amita is a very helpful and enabling guest. She has a wealth of information disposable. Her Villa is beautiful and comfortable as well as clean and peaceful.
The Villa is only 3 km from the old town centre.
Amita can also give advice about Tuk Tuk drivers that are fair and helpful

The place is clean and in a cosy area of jaipur while also being right in the middle of the city. Amita is a wonderful host and can suggest the best places for food and just about anything. They also have a kitchen if you can cook. It is truly a home stay, You'll have to maintain silence, though, which is kinda worth it in a city.

The Magpie Villa is the closest you will get to being 'at home' in Jaipur. Well appointed rooms, high quality amenities, a delightful garden and a hostess par excellence; what better way to start your holiday or visit to the pink city. The location of Magpie Villa, on a quiet street next to MI road, make it a convenient starting point, wherever you are headed for the day. The staff is well trained and very courteous. Omprakash, the resident assistant to Ameeta, has a solution for every need and wish and it is his smiling face that welcomes you.
A special mention of Ameeta's warmth and hospitality, which added great value to our visit.
Once you stay in Magpie Villa, you will never want to leave, and definitely want to come back.

We were on private visit to Jaipur and our friend introduced and booked us in Magpie Villa. Amita-the owner of the property had been very prompt in responding to all our queries. She had arranged a pickup from airport. The first sight of the villa with lots of greenery was very impressive. The place was tastefully decorated and had a warmth of being welcome as we entered. Amita is a pleasant natured person and a very nice host. The rooms in the villa were good with spotlessly clean beds, linen and towels. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean with hot and cold water. Rooms are air-conditioned. We were served a hot & delicious vegetarian breakfast. One can even order vegetarian lunch or dinner. Magpie villa is centrally located and is just 2 minutes walk from the MI road and the main shopping centre. Restaurants like Dasaprakash is about 3minutes walk from here. Major banks are just walking distance away. There are five rooms in this villa. Any visit to Jaipur in the near future and this is going to be my place of stay. I am sure every visitor will love its ambience and the hospitality extended during stay in magpie villa..
