This was my first visit to jaipur and it couldn't have gone better. This is a small, beautiful place and totally worth the amount charged. Clean house and rooms, just outside the busy crowded city and a lovely host. Breakfast is very basic but you can swiggy food anytime. There's free water refill and coffe/tea sachets available round the clock so you can brew it yourself. Transport is not an issue as ola/uber works. Also, you can use tuktuk or auto to the main road and then walk here. Amita has been very helpful recommending places to visit and arranging cabs and auto. She also accompanied me to the light and sound show at Amer because she thought I may not go on my own as it's night time. Was a lovely gesture. One thing - this is a pet friendly homestay so you can expect dogs to give you company, so please bear that in mind.

An excellent Homestay. Safe, secure, welcoming and very clean. The owner was very lovely. She was kind and generous. The room was very spacious, and although the first night the aircon didn’t work, the owner pulled out all the stops and got it fixed by the next day, for which we were grateful for. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Towels were provided and were clean and smelt lovely. Extra provisions such as body and hair wash were available. Tea and coffee facilities were available, along with bottled water. Free Wi-Fi was also available for us to use. The owner gave me details regarding a local taxi/tour guide and we took it up. The advise the owner gave to us was invaluable and we simply had the best time in Jaipur. I would highly recommend this Homestay to any British person wishing to visit Jaipur.

Magpie Villa is centrally located, the rooms are comfortable and Amita is a pleasant and helpful host. What we liked best is that it's pet-friendly, and our dog was well looked after when we went sightseeing.

This place is just avarage. Stayed there for 3 nights with my girlfriend. It gets very loud in the neighbourhood during the evening and the rooms are a little softer then the floor. The rooms are clean tho and staff is good. We got thrown in a worse room after we settled in cause of their mistake during our arival. That was anoying and also you can not pay for the washing machine with card for some stupid reason. We only saved money for uber to the airport so we had to go out and look for atm last minute, would be good to know that in advance. Also on booking it said we could check out from 00.00 - 00.00 but she told us we had to leave at 11am the night before wich also sucked. Fix that plz.

The house is beautifully set back against a garden which is very green and beautiful. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, large, and super clean. Amita, who is the owner of this airbnb is very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for sight seeing and even fixed the cabs to take us to forts and to abhaneri. The driver she fixed, Nooreddin , was extremely nice and helpful and showed us a lot of sights along the way. I would totally recommend staying in this home away from home in Jaipur.

We booked bss TA reviews and were not dissapointed. Magpie villa is centrally located. For city visit, utilize Noorden +918290450182 for taxi. Since, we had already made arrangements, we utilized his services for airport pick up. Hostess Ameeta is very couteous and helpful for all needs. See attached Home Stay Rules, simple n clear.

If you can keep your voice low then this is a must try stay at Jaipur. Convenient location, clean rooms, beautiful villa. You can order food from outside and eat in the lovely sitting area. Welcome room is well decorated. Very thoughtfully managed. I will stay here again if i visit Jaipur in future.

The lane is misleading, the oasis awaits! Right from the moment you enter the building perimeter, you know that this is not run of the mill. (And you don't mind the polite instruction, "Would you mind taking off your shoes? We would provide you slippers inside.") The small little house which has five rooms on the ground floor (didn't explore the first floor) is very tastefully done despite being minimalist. Rooms are NEAT and beds NEAT & comfortable. Preassigned places for water, tea, toaster etc. The place even has a fully functional kitchen should you wish to cook! The location of the property couldn't be so central and yet away from noise and hustle - walk for a minute and you are on M I Road, the main market of Jaipur. Polite and helpful staff, crisp and hygienic interiors, heart of the city...You really won't mind that they don't serve you food! (Walk out to eat or order it in)

Magpie villa, or Maggie villa as the locals called it, is a conveniently located house- converted into a bnb. It is walking distance to great eateries like Niros and the Lassiwala (the latter one went to multiple times during our stay at Magpie!) And very close to the main shopping areas of the pink city. The villa itself is great. Everything was very clean and the rooms came with a little guide to the city which was actually a quick read to things we might want to check out (and check out we did). Eventhough we went in the middle of summer (mid June!), our travel around the city was made easy by hiring a driver for the day. Noordeen ensured we were always hydrated with cold water and guided us to stores which had items of quality. He was very friendly and helpful, and I definitely recommend getting a driver to take you to the forts and such, because otherwise waiting to get transport in the heat can become taxing. If you are looking to stay at Magpie, do contact Noordeen for a chauffeured ride around town. You can reach him at +(91) 82904 50182. He is affiliated with the villa, so you will be able to get more info from the host as well. Enjoy your stay in Jaipur!
