The hotel is situated at a very good location and all major tourist attractions like Raj Mandir Cinema, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Mesum, Amar Jawan Jyoti, City Palace, Jantar Mantar are very nearby. To be honest, I had not expected such an amazing stay experience at a low tariff rate booked through Goibibo. All the hospitality areas of the hotel like cleanliness, Amenities, Staff, food, Internet, etc. were up to the mark and beyond expectations. Rooms were fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, was well maintained, the washroom too had all the basic things and was clean and hygienic. I had reached the hotel too early before the check-in time, but the Front Desk Executive Mr. Nikhil ensured that I do not have to wait much time to get my room and made possible effort for hassle free and early check-in. Then I was escorted to my room by another staff member and he also gave me an overview of my room amenities and facilities in the hotel. Talking about the food, I didn't try much as I already had some other plans, but whatever I tried at the hotel was good quality and quantity wise. The biryani I had ordered was very tasty and delicious, with a good amount of quantity. Also on request, I had got complimentary Papad along with it. To conclude, the hotel is worth staying and has value for money. If in Jaipur, one must definitely experience a stay in this hotel as it offers great service at a very affordable rate.

This 4 star hotel on MI road has got a few things going for it. The main thing is the location, some of my favorite haunts are within walking distance Raj Mandir, Jal Mahal Ice Cream Parlour).
It's also reasonably priced for a 4 star and had everything I would expect at this price.
Staff were polite - let me check in a little early, the doormen were helpful with Ubers which found it quite difficult to park outside (on a busy main road).
The room – comfy, clean, good a/c etc.
Why the low star? Well I think some of the rooms (mine basically) are poorly laid out. This resulted in an injury* to my leg caused by the tight space between corner of the bed (pointed), the desk chair & the entrance to the bathroom.
One other minor annoyance was bar/restaurant staff that didn't seem to know how to prepare their own 'Mocktails' (20 minutes!), and didn't apply any special daily offers unless they were asked.
I wouldn't go back, I do like the area, but there are other 4 star properties nearby which I would like to try.
*I also accept that I need to be more careful, honestly, if I had just walked around the room with my back against the wall, there wouldn't have been any accidents.

I am staying in this hotel from past 12 years and found excellent stay every-time. From past 2 trips due to frequent change in staff i saw wash room not properly clean and toiletries are not there when asked i need to give reminder to staff to arrange the same. After i got ready by managing limited material then the staff came to hand over the required material.

The reception staff is courteous and ready to go extra mile for customers.
The room illumination is very low - DINGY to be precise. The bathroom and bath tub cleanliness is not worth mentioning. On my request the WC was cleaned but the staff showed inability for the cleanliness of bathtub

Visited Leisure in Grand Chanakya for a day trip as city was sold out ,so opted for this.
Experience gone for a toss with non professional attitude of staff which is reflected on service.

They have a sepage issue and foul smell which was informed to Front Desk but no action taken.
Food and Beverage
Dined for Lunch with my kid and asked for zero spicy food which was not conveyed to chef and in result got spicy food.
Dinner time service was slow and server was not aware of the dishes and portion sizes hence ruined the dinner without serving mineral water which we asked many times.In December they have chilled bottles and no room temperature water was available to serve.

Pathetic food which was laid on buffet.
Cutlery was not cleaned ,server was not attentive for what guest requires.

Hi we stayed there in April 2024 and it came highly recommended thru a family friend .The hotel is very centrally located and room rates are very reasonable in comparison with other hotels and facilities. The hotel was under renovation when we visited it. The rooms are pretty good and the food too.
The staff needs to put up more smile on their face while welcoming the guest at the reception or restaurant.

Excellent service and a great stay. The food at the hotel was excellent. No complaints at all.
Highly recommended for any kind of stay.
Mr. Akash showed great hospitality and made all arrangements. The offers were on point.
