Visited this property last week for a friend's birthday party.
Ordered a pizza from zolocrust ...sply a thin crust pizza, which is their speciality,all the hygiene standards are taken care. Plus due to covid all the standards are followed , from the reception's check in till the check out everythings was taken care.

I recently organised my daughter's wedding at Clarks Amer, Jaipur. My guests arrived from many countries across the globe. It was a two day event and we organised three major functions in the hotel.
All my guests were very happy with the arrangements, hotel location, rooms and over all upkeep of the hotel.
Hotel Manager Mr Bhavuk Arora coordinated hotel arrangements well and we are very happy with the approach of Mr Bhavuk and his readiness to ensure comfort of my guests and success of my functions .
The food from breakfast to lunch and dinner were superb. The staff at all food services were very very hospitable and their personalized services to me and my guests can never be forgotten. Overall all staff were very cordial and ready to serve, esp. Bhagwan Ram, Vikram, Sakti, Mohidin and K.K.Shef.
It was a wonderful experience for all of us with Clarks Amer and with all it's staff. We look forward to be their guest again.

We had gone for a anniversary and thought we had landed a 5 star deal at a great bargain. However, to our dismay the hotel was not at par with other 5 stars like Taj, Oberoi, etc
The sound isolation in rooms is pathetic, we can hear neighbor and even their TV's. Someone knocked on their door at 3 am and woke us up.
The bathroom was white in color and therefore even small spots shone.
One pleasant thing was the staff of restaurant which was friendly and helpful. But the reception and maintenance were bad. They did not address our concern of a noisy air conditioning unit in the room.
I would recommend it only to price sensitive visitors.

If you give complaint reception staff they will not get back to u. When i arrived i saw bed sheet has stain & lots of hair it means they are not changing linen. I will share you pictures as well. If room is dnd staff will knock the door. Wifi is not working at all. When you complaint about dirty linen instead of sending any manager or call housekeeping guy he came & told madam do not give complaint as we do not have associates & he remove the linen from another room that also i found stain. Rooms are nit clean at all. Phones are dirty & corridor as well. I like only the pool side area. Requesting you to trained your staff.

Before check in the hotel ,I met with an accident and the hotel not just arranged my hospital visit but two female from hospital accompanied me to get the plaster done on my ankle Because of the love , support and the family like feel they gave me I decided to stay 1 month and leave hotel once I am well enough to walk . The whole property is accessible by wheel chair , zolocrust and ta Blu bar is always a happening place to visit. The people are ready to go extra mile to help you and I never felt that I am in a hotel and not well ,I felt like among the family who are taking care of me .
Thankyou so much for making it possible and I recommend the stay to all age groups weather you are looking for peaceful place to calm or party to chill out this place has everything to offer a spacious room , clean washroom and Greenery all around with very close proximity from airport , city centre and malls.
In a nutshell one point solution in Jaipur for your stay with clean , calm and caring environment .

First impression when you enter the hotel, the gate keeper or a security guard, an old retired guy checking the car just as a formality. Once you enter there is a beautiful garden with metal structure of horse welcoming you. Huge lobby and efficient young reception team to welcome you. The room number 519, good size of the room with a view of the hotel garden and skyline of Jaipur. The room had all the basic amenities, though I never switched on television. Good lighting, ideal bed cushions for me. The room needs updation of colour and better housekeeping. The floor was sticky and with strains. Bathroom was very much mediocre. Oddly designed bathroom shape having round washbasin which was hardly below the tap. Many times repaired washbasin was shabby. Basic toiletries were there. In the shower area there was no place for keeping soap and shampoo. Surprised! It's basic requirement. Room had no room service menu and details about the facilities in the hotel. Room bar was empty. Business centre in non working condition but the guy at the reception was good enough to give laptop to finish my simple two minutes work. Internet of 512kb mentioned but hardly working even at that speed. The breakfast was most basic with minimum options of food. Even in bread only one option of brown bread was available.
As I understand, after Covid 19, hospitality industry is in shambles and due to that they are not able to maintain hotel. The tariffs are at the rock bottom, stand alone hotels are finding difficult to survive. Minimum staff, minimum service, minimum facilities, and so cutting corners.
Hope this beautifully made property revives soon.

To start with, i want to clarify that I never stayed at this hotel and after much deliberation, i have decided to not continue with my booking with this hotel.
I booked this hotel to celebrate a family occasion via an online service provider, where it was advertised that on booking this hotel we will get free room upgrade (complimentary) and was really excited to get such an offer by paying decent price (screenshot attached).
I dropped an email to the front office of the hotel that in case of availability, please do keep in mind for our booking so that when we arrive, we will get the requisite upgrade without much hassle.
However, the front office reverted on my email that irrespective whether the upgrade category of room is available or not, we will expect you to pay us 1500 per room per night which was shocking to me as i have never experienced this before. I asked the FO executive to make me speak to his FO manager, who called me and said this is company policy and we can best do is charge you 1000 per room per night and that is the best we can do even if an upgrade category room is available.
As a consumer I felt cheated and defrauded by unacceptable marketing strategy applied by this hotel and the online service provider and blatantly asking for money and that too in writing (screengrab attached). With this I could safely say (again my opinion and people may differ) but the hospitality industry is no longer a customer centric industry because of such institutions.

stayed here for a week and was impressed with all of the safety measures the hotel was taking by having sanitation stations throughout the hotel including having wipes stocked in my room. I have stayed at other hotels the past 2 months and this was by far the most sanitized prepared hotel. I have Ambassador status at this brand and will definitely be coming back during the current crisis due to the hotel going out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and safe.

i have travelled across the world and always boasted about Hotels and Services in India. However, my experience with Clarks Amer was horrible. I checked in yesterday for a day and even before giving me a room, the hotel wanted me to pay at the time of check-in, this was my first such experience where a 5 Start hotel asked to pay upfront. Then we went to the room, the internet speed is 512 Mbps, is it a joke? Railway station in India gives you 2 Mbps speed. There was only one dental kit (1 brush) in the Bathroom for a couple. Bathrooms were extremely dated, it looked nothing has been done to bathrooms for over 20 years.
Overall, a waste of money.
The hotel is more of a marriage center rather than a 5 start hotel. It should actually be immediately changed to 3 Starr Hotel by Authorities. They are cheating public.
