Pros: 1) Clean rooms, bathrooms and linens. 2) Room service is slightly expensive but the taste makes up for it. Sometimes a bit slow too. 3) Lovely lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful, the staffs too. 4) Took the luxury room on 3rd floor @ Rs 1200 Cons: 1) Bathroom fittings were not good. Tap on wash basin moves, Jet spray was not working properly. 2) Do not take rooms at ground floor. They are stinky and dingy. Even the luxury ones.

This is a average hotel for budget family travel ...the rooms are equipped with just basic facility for the traveler .. no mini bar .. is there ... not much room if you have a kid .. there is just a mattress provided on the ground for sleep .. the restaurant is underground which gives a very wired feel while having the breakfast... but good hotel if you consider the rates that this give... the T.V. Remote can be operated only if you are a nasa astronaut.. it is so complex ..... ...

Its a regular hotel but a little bit expensive, its clean and with an enjoyable breakfast, both continental and indian. The AC in our room works very well, but the curtains let the light in and theres no way to keep the room dark.

I was visit with my wife in hotel golden heritage, Jaipur. Really very good for family and all over. Welcome is superb. Staff is very good and service also very well. Communication was good with guest. There are 100% pure veg family restaurant with AC.
