The Radisson Blu Jaipur garners mixed feedback, with guests frequently commending its stylish ambiance and convenient location near the airport. Although the cleanliness of rooms receives varied reviews, many acknowledge their comfort and design.
The service quality fluctuates, with accolades for attentiveness contrasting reports of disorganization. While some travelers consider the hotel overpriced, especially citing the dining costs, others appreciate its amenities, including the luxurious pool and spa.

Detailed Reviews
I have stayed in many hotels and they frequently have problems with room lighting ( its too dark) and bathrooms which are generally unsafe. This hotel struck me as having the smartest room lighting I have ever seen. There are many switches for all sorts of room lighting to make sure you have just the right areas lit. The bathroom is also very good. It only has a shower , but a big shower, hot water very reliable and is much safer than showering in slippery baths. The front desk and housekeeping staff were always very elp we needed.

The hotel is great is you want to be close to the airport however with traffic it's a bit far out from the old city. Taxis are hard to come by so location is key when traveling in Jaipur.
Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fairly large and well equipped. The bathroom was well stocked and other items could be requested from housekeeping, my wife requested hair oil and just loved it, we spent the next few days trying to find it in a store!
Breakfast offered a huge variety and the food quality was fantastic. Room service food quality was just as amazing and the restaurant even helped with stuff we really wanted but wasn't on the menu.
The staff were always friendly and willing to help, great customer service.
The spa was was also great after day out, the massages were fantastic.
All in all its a great hotel not in an ideal location.

As I was typing this review, I kept bouncing back and forth between the excellent and very good ratings.
From the moment you stepped out of your car till the final moment you said goodbye, everyone was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room temperature seemed to be fixed around 21 C.
The food for both breakfast and dinner was flavorful and abundant .
The reason I wavered on the 4 or 5 stars is because everything except the rooms could use a good professional scrubbing and polishing: the lobby, the stairs, everything!

Safety lax though temperature checked. Check-in had the separation and 6ft markers. Check-in was smooth but the key would not open room kick. Twice.i stopped a random hotel staff and told him my problem. He assured me he will get it fixed. And he did. Nice responsible staff. No hearing in room. So I asked the reception if some geating could be arranged, and they did send a blower to hear the room. Nice. The room was clean and descent toiletries. Limited no contact food menu but good food. Breakfast was all hit items. No fruit juice or cut fruits etc as a Corona safety procedure I guess. Overall a good experience, made better by responsible and responsive staff.

We stayed in a a second hotel in Jaipur, because our travel agent had the wrong information and we lost a flight. This hotel is near the airport and far from tourist attractions, so an early flight or a business trip are the main reasons to stay here.
The décor is simple and elegant, with a very comfortable bed and wooden floor. Thje bathroom is separated of the bedroom by a glass and you have to walk through the shower to reach the tub.
With the special schedules that an airport may involve, it´s nice to know the restaurant, Market Place, is open 24/7.

I stayed in the present oak suite of the Radison Blue Jaipur and the room is horrible with water leaking of the shower , the doors not getting locked and had to run the water for half hour to get hot water. They claim the room to be one their best rooms and I took my parents to that room and they were about to fall in bathroom due to the water all over the floor. Had asked for two twin beds and they gave one bed and an extra foldable bed which was very uncomfortable .

Hospitality business is all about service.
This place needs improvements in a many areas. We stayed here two nights including New Year,s eve.
1) Paid 6500 Rupees PER PERSON for New Year 2020 Gala Dinner and received absolute disastrous dinner and party. How can you have a New Years party without Sparkling Wine or Champagne? The food was horrible. For 6500 Rupees you could drink and eat like a Maharaja elsewhere. By the way 6500 Rupees is about what we paid for rooms per night and the complementary breakfast had better food than New Years Eve dinner....
2) The staff in restaurants, front desk and elsewhere in the hotel provides way below average services. Food in their Asian restaurant Atsui is horrible. The chef and staff seemed to be lacking training in food preparation and serving.

Dear Guest, Greetings From Radisson Blu Jaipur ! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and sparing time to share your feedback. I appreciate both your positive and constructive comments. I regret to know that we couldn’t meet your expectations. However I would like to inform the New Year eve inclusions were very much conveyed to the guest that it will include unlimited IMFL liquor which does not comprise any Champaign. Also the buffet dinner and activities were also conveyed to the guests in written. We did have guests enjoy the evening till almost 0130hrs. Considering that not all the guest would love to join it was not a mandatory supplement for the guest to avail as like any other 5 star hotel where the New year eve is a mandatory Dinner. In order to accommodate the sit down dinner at the restaurant team would have been happy to accommodate provided this request was forwarded to the team. We have discussed all the concerns internally with all the relevant department heads for corrective measures. The team has been briefed and necessary action has been taken in the form of relevant training. Conscious that any explanation does not erase the unsatisfying experience you have been through; I hope you will give us another opportunity to regain your confidence. Warm Regards Ashish Kaul

We were based in Jaipur for 5 nights during a cricket tour with my son’s team, staying at the Radisson Blu. The hotel was pretty typical for a high end hotel in India, from what I experienced, comfortable, with good amenities and ambience.
Being on a tour we tended to eat with the group and enjoyed the buffet both in the morning and evening, the quality and selection of food being very good. We also ate at the rooftop bar which was a treat as we found the food to be excellent - note the naan breads provided with the drinks!
If there is any criticism, the service was a tad slow in the restaurant certainly by western standards which I found a little surprising but was common to everywhere we stayed. However the staff in the hotel generally were extremely helpful and responded quickly in terms of room needs.
Good base and I have to say liked Jaipur, I would go again to explore more.

We stopped here for 2 nights on a "Golden Triangle Tour". The hotel photos gloss over the things that aren't quite right about this hotel. Our tour group all agreed that design got in the way of practicality. Another reviewer commented about the poor lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Alot of us commented about the strange layout of the bathroom, having to cross a wet shower floor to reach the hand towels and nowhere else to hang them. It might be fashionable to have blinds opening onto the bedroom, but why go to the expense?
I went up to the roof top swimming pool. Why have an infinity swimming pool at the top of the building that faces the hotel walls and does not overlook the view from the roof?
The restaurant on the 2nd floor did not exude 5 star ambiance, neither was it 5 star service. At dinner I had to ask for rice to accompany the curry several times before it came, and the breakfast choices could have been so much better.
It was not the best hotel on the tour, but neither was it the worst.
