Stayed here during our India trip we were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was nice, the restaurant was reasonable and the staff very polite and professional the food we had was also good with a wide choice on the breakfast buffet. Myself I always stick to the omelette option when in such climes. There was however a bit of an issue on checking out where we were told our card had been declined so we paid in cash only to find two payments taken from our account so in effect we paid three times which we are still waiting for it to be refunded

We were here for 6 days and our stay was very comfortable. The resort is very clean, corona related safety measures are in place. Staff are always in mask and sanitizers are present at several places.
Restaurant serves good food, good variety in ala carte and buffet too.
Very close to all major landmarks and monuments. Happy with our stay here. !!!

I could not stop myself from writing down an appreciation letter to your esteem resort “Club Mahindra Jaipur” for making our stay such a memorable one. We were staying at your property in January and I was there with my wife for our very first wedding anniversary. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for making it an experience to remember for life.
I must say that all the requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the best possible levels. At the time of the booking I had mentioned the reason for visit and to our surprise, the room was beautifully done with a complimentary cake to make us feel special. Your Front Office Manager Ms. Sunita, was very helpful and every demand we made to her, it was taken care.
My wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we are sure that we are going to come back to stay at your property. You are truly the address if someone wishes to come to Jaipur will suggest all our family and friends.

We arrived on day 1 to find the hotel under renovation and very noisy. The main bar and a restaurant were closed for renovation leaving only 1 restaurant which provided a reasonable evening meal, good value and with good service by the staff. The room was clean with a reasonably priced mini bar and edible sundries. Breakfast and service by the staff were to a reasonable standard. However in our room (102) we had a disturbed nights sleep due to external noise from the traffic and locals leaking into our room plus the air conditioning did not work making the room very warm. We reported the air conditioning in the morning and upon our return at 15:30 it still was not working. A further request was made and we are still waiting for action 1 hour later. Not good enough. The inside of the hotel is now having a major clean so the only place to sit is in the reception to the accompaniment of banging from a hammer. Our room was even noisier! The pool is now also under renovation so only after a lengthy discussion by another party member with the manager has there been agreement to open up a grassed area in the garden. We opted for a 2 day stay and very much regret this now. I would not recommend this hotel until they are honest about the status of renovation work bring carried out.

Paid extra per person per night for an upgraded room, which was 3 room suite. The room & bathroom looked lovely, however, The air con was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. The cleaning staff seemed to be waiting outside room all the time, we obviously took all valuables out with us. The breakfast was average & on second day in a different room which was confusing. The staff were attentive but we tipped constantly which is acceptable but it became tantamount to begging & made me feel sad for the staff & uncomfortable. We decided to eat out locally for dinner at the Green Pigeon which was popular & good food.

We stayed here on our trip around the golden triangle. Great central location close to most attractions. Nice rooms and bathrooms with toiletries supplied. The restaurant provides reasonably priced varied menus. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The stay at club mahindra was not at all pleasent. The hotel converted to resort is in bad shape. Its quiet old and worn out property which has not been looked after well. The room condition is bad and the bathrooms are specially very badly maintained - from shower to WC - basin - everything is pathetic. Not at all at an acceptable level and above all the house keeping is not at all proper . The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly giving the guests a very shabby and dirty feeling . The location is on Jal mahal road which is out from the main city.

Our June stay at Club Mahindra Jaipur was a delightful escape, and I'm thrilled to share our heartfelt appreciation for the entire team, particularly Mr. Ankush Sharma, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who truly went the extra mile to make our visit extraordinary.
One incident, in particular, highlighted Mr. Ankush's exceptional care and dedication. It was past midnight when we found ourselves in a tight spot – we had run out of diapers for our infant son. Feeling slightly helpless, we reached out to the front desk, hoping for a miracle. And a miracle is what we got!
Mr. Ankush's response was nothing short of incredible. Despite the late hour, he immediately sprang into action. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he sourced diapers for our little one, ensuring his comfort and our peace of mind. His swift and caring response turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a heartwarming memory.
This thoughtful gesture was just one of the many instances where Mr. Ankush's commitment to guest satisfaction shone through. His warm and welcoming demeanor put us at ease from the moment we arrived. His insightful recommendations for family-friendly activities in Jaipur added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.

Though the resort has all the typical Club Mahindra paraphernalia such as a well provided activity centre with a range of activities, the typical buffet spreads, a gym and a spa, the location is unpleasant....it is a multistorey hotel taken on a temporary lease by Club Mahindra and is located along a busy, noisy and dusty road with buses, e-rickshaws etc crowding the area in front of the hotel.
The lease being short term, as a temporary arrangement till an owned resort gets ready, little investment has been made on rooms. The beds are very uncomfortably soft and slumping at the edges. The sofas are too deep to rest the back. All this makes relaxing in the room difficult.

It was awesome visit at Club Mahindra Jaipur.The rooms were clean very comfortable and staff was very helpful.i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service was exceptional.
The front desk staff are extremely efficient pleasent and helpful.I had wonderful experience with all staff members The front office took us very few minutes to check in and while escorting to the room we were told about all features and facilities of the hotel.
