Visited the property for two days with family. Big property. Stayed in Deluxe category rooms. No two rooms were alike. Had a sharing sitting courtyard between four rooms. Rooms were good. Food served was tasty though slightly pricey. Staff very helpful. However the property could do better with maintainence in electric sockets, door locks, and water plumbing lines. Tap water quality not good. Brownish and oily. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to the GM and his team.

Mandawa Haveli is a beautiful and atmospheric hotel in Jaipur. The staff are easy-going and friendly. Their service is top notch. The kitchen is fantastic. We can recommend replacing the otherwise excellent buffet with a la carte and asking for local dishes.

First time staying in a heritage hotel, rooms need refreshing touch ups. Good enough to spend a couple of nights. Had breakfast every morning which was good. Location is ideal, tourist attractions are nearby, not really walking distance. Easy to get rickshaws and staff were helpful especially Mohit. Internet was a problem and would work only at the reception area. Please team work on this, as its a necessity in today's world in the comfort of a guest's room. We were there for christmas, dissapointing there were no christmas vibes.

This Haveli is located on a road and you can hear the traffic noise (honking cars and mopeds) unfortunately clearly. On top of that, the muezzin calls to prayer, which was the case for us at 06:00 in the morning. The hot water supply did not work at all, so we gave up showering in the morning and helped ourselves with wet wipes. The room made an unkempt impression, although we changed and got a Deluxe room instead of a Standard room. The food in the restaurant wasn't exactly outstanding either. For the first time in our 15-day trip to India, we were also served not by Indians, but by presumably guest workers from other Asian countries

We were assigned a room that was reasonable for us, but it soon became apparent that there was a water leak in the bathroom. So we moved to another slightly smaller room (room 206). Unpacked everything again and went to sleep. Every 3-4 minutes a hellish noise could be heard on the upper floor. Unfortunately that didn't stop. Went to reception and asked for sat et schilde. I was told that there was a water reservoir with a motor just above this room. The proposal was to change rooms again. So back to another (slightly smaller) room. Meanwhile it was almost midnight. This room turned out to be quiet. The breakfast and dinner were quite good by Indian standards.

The pipes are very old which made the water in our room brown. After letting it run for a while it was okay to use. However the Restaurant cooked with that water and did not wait a while... So our food tasted horrible. Almost like sewage. If you eat at the restaurant be sure to not be the first to order and request that they flush the water before they cook food. We had to send our food back twice and ended up leaving hungry. It is a charming place to stay with nice service, breakfast was great too but just be cautious about the dinner.

A beautiful heritage, boutique hotel with a wonderful garden. We loved the place. Nice spacy room, great breakfast and excellent dinner options - we arrived late but the kitchen was still open and we could sit wonderfully outside in the patio. Food was excellent. We had to good nights in the hotel, despite that some rooms share an inner-patio and therefore other travellers could make some noise Great location to go anywhere

Without a doubt yeah, the worst hotel ever stayed.
When I arrived and they didn't have room available except for a room that was leaking water profusely Down the Walls. To add insult to injury it was December and very cold. The room had no heat. It was 56*f and damp. The Hotel solution was to bring us 1 space rusted heater that barely worked and was definitely a fire hazard. The heater was meant to heat a room 10 x 10 at the most. The room we were in what's at least 20 by 18 with 14 foot ceilings. The heater was absolutely useless even though we sat it in a chair right next to the bed. Oh yeah,The bed was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes that sagged in the middle.
The breakfast the next morning was absolutely hideous. I won't even go into it. I will tell you that there's no elevator to the dining room can you do must walk up 20 very steep steps. Keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
We ended our stay immediately and went to check into a different Hotel. These people charged for the rest of the nights we didn't even stay. Avoid this hell hole at all costs

Seeing the guys at the reception is an anticipation of all the rest. Rooms are medieval, walls are scratched, bathroom has not been cleaned since months, noise / music reigns till midnight, food would be suitable for the army. I invite you sincerely to look for other alternatives,

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Mandawa Haveli. The rooms were clean and the facilities worked well for us. It was very quiet as most of the rooms are set back from the road so we weren't woken by horns and cars. The courtyard area is nice and we enjoyed a traditional puppet show one evening after dinner which was nice. The breakfast was good and had a wide range of items ranging from traditional Indian to cereal and toast for those who wanted it. There was also a chef making fresh omelettes and scrambled eggs if required. Difficult to fault his hotel from our experience, if I was being picky I would say that the pool is quite small but that didn't stop the children on our tour from enjoying it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we didn't use the bar but it looked very comfortable.
