Just completed a 2 night stay here and everything was very nice. The property is absolutely beautiful and the service is very good as well. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner at Cinnamon where we dined on excellent authentic Indian cuisine and were well cared for by Manoj who was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We recommend asking for Manoj when dining at Cinnamon.
As we have come to expect from the Taj, Jai Mahal was next level with its service and majestic as a palace should be, set in an 18 acre well manicured estate with peacocks amongst other birds. A room upgrade, staff forthcoming with every request and solution, personal interactions by chefs and ultimately that homely feeling that keeps one going back to Taj. Our gratitude to the Jai Mahal GM and his entire team for a wonderful stay. Miriam, Esaak, Sosha and Thanush
I recently visited Giardino restaurant , the food was really good , service was also fast. Thanks to Japneet from front office for being a great help and telling us about the property. The hotel had really great ambience, will surely visit there again. Great hospitality by taj.
Everything you expect for leisure trip. Helping staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Delightful local folk art. Delicious food. Always helpful. Always smiling. Glimpses of glorious past and steps towards future
The hotel was nice but after staying at the St. Regis in Mumbai, it felt like a let down. The check in staff did not make us feel welcomed at all and we were given two rooms in what felt like the dungeon. Service from the rest of the staff was inconsistent. Some were excellent and others not so much. Though we were told breakfast would start at 7am, the two mornings that we were there, they were not ready at that time. Though the staff was pleasant enough, management should have been better. The room conditions were also average. I would try another hotel, next time I’m in Jaipur.
This is a very unique heritage property with a great history, combined with modern facilities, and awesome service. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Some highlights Best omelette by Chef Burman Big size chess Well maintained landscapes Great staff
I have been coming back to this property so many times as I regularly travel to Jaipur for work. this time around, my first after the pandemic, I really had my best stay. first I really liked the room I stayed in and hopefully I will be able to return to the same in the future, and I have to say the staff was exceptionally nice and caring.
An excellent stay, fantastic service and hospitality. Thanks to Akashdeep Mathur who is an excellent manager and really helped make our stay wonderful. The staff were all excellent and the food was great.
The sprawling lawns with roaming peacocks are the highlight of this hotel, closely followed by its more than 200 year history and legacy. Great service - courteous and competent and good food make up the rest of the experience!
Tajness....this word is personified by the staff at jai mahal palace, of particular mention are Mr Aslam, dyaneshwar, chef Kuldeep, chef anil Singh, and Mr bhang. Our stay was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The rooms are well appointed and spacious.the toiletries are super luxurious as usual ...a hallmark of Taj hotels. The food is of highest quality. A highly recommended palace in rajasthan.
