As we have come to expect from the Taj, Jai Mahal was next level with its service and majestic as a palace should be, set in an 18 acre well manicured estate with peacocks amongst other birds. A room upgrade, staff forthcoming with every request and solution, personal interactions by chefs and ultimately that homely feeling that keeps one going back to Taj. Our gratitude to the Jai Mahal GM and his entire team for a wonderful stay.

This was our first trip since the lockdown lifted and it couldn’t have been anywhere else but a Taj property. Jai Mahal Palace is the ideal location for anyone wanting to travel during these testing times with its large grounds and great service. They are taking all the necessary precautions to make it safe for the guests. The Front Office team led by Mr. Akash and Yatharth made sure we were comfortable at all times. We had booked a garden view room but got upgraded to a garden sit out room near the swimming pool. The room had a private garden sit out and sanitised. The housekeeping team, Mr. Manan insured that our room always had sanitizers and masks. The F&B team were extremely welcoming and made sure that we were fully satiated with our meals. Mr. Mukesh the F&B Manager organised a wonderful private dinner for us with a traditional Rajasthani thali. However, the best meal we had was at the Italian restaurant Giardino. Chef Pankaj treated us to the most amazing Italian food we’ve had. The freshest ingredients and the handmade pasta were our favourite. Mr. Santosh, the servers Aslam, Manoj gave us excellent service and were very prompt in getting us whatever we wanted. Overall everything exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful experience. Nothing can beat the Taj hospitality. We will definitely be back.

A unique heritage style Palace property set within large and beautifully landscaped gardens. The team members were all very  friendly, attentive, and helpful. Doorman Umed Singh ji is a great asset to Palace who knows all guests, he actually welcomed us with last name and wished us for the occasion. Duty manager Piyush and Ravindra at front desk went out of his way to welcome and look after us with a warmth and enthusiasm.
The hotel maintained all the safety and security measures for the guest, Upon arrival, there was a thorough security check which made the hotel feel very safe & secure. They follow exacting standards of hygiene for our wellbeing.
We found Continuous sanitation of all entrances,  touch points and surfaces in all areas. Hand sanitisers were placed in guest rooms & public areas. Masks & gloves worn by team at all times.
We had a great time at the hotel, everyone exceeded the expectations, would like to thank acquiescent  Udai Singhji from housekeeping and Dhoopsingh from security who helped us in clicking pictures. Shashi was extremely courteus and knowledgeable. In the morning the person who was playing the flute was very melodious.
Overall the ambiance of the hotel was quiet good. Lush green lawns add to the beauty of this palace. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

My wife and I stayed at Jai Mahal Palace for one night, two days after our wedding. We needed some quiet, relaxing time to ourselves and that is exactly what we got at Jai Mahal Palace along with the luxury of the Taj group. Each and every component, starting from the buggy ride to the reception and finishing with the checkout, surpassed our expectations. The staff was very polite, courteous and well informed. We enjoyed our sleep so much that we missed our morning complimentary breakfast but the Marble Arch restaurant staff was kind enough to allow us to have in-room order on the restaurant premises. The food was tasty and the portions were hearty (we couldn't even finish our breakfast completely). Everyone at the hotel made our stay memorable but few people made it unforgettable with their personal touch. Piyush Jain and Shiv Mathur made sure that we had a royal welcome, especially prepared our room for a newly married couple and also made sure that we had a smooth checkout experience too. Such small gestures by the staff made our stay even better.

Short 1 night stay with family for celebrating my wife’s birthday. We were upgraded to the suites which were huge and fantastic. Perfectly maintained property with all precautions for COVID. A+ ambience and service, excellent food. We being Jains, pure vegetarian food was provided with all precautions and no onion and garlic on request. They also took special care of my infant daughter by providing crib, baby products and by arranging special food for her. Overall a solid 9.5/10

Note: please provide bumpers along with the crib

Tata in itself is a brand name which gives a feeling of trust and safety . I had stayed with my family for 24& 25 th of April with hassle free checking in to safety protocols being followed all were top of the class . Notably I will like to make special mention to the below staff amongst others who were also best in there service.

To begin with

FO and room - Gaurav : He ensured our checking in and out of the hotel were hassle free and there was no discomfort at any level . He along with his team were very accommodating

Housekeeping - Saini( I hope that's the right name ) he had my room cleaned up at 1 in the night and sanitized he ensured all protocols were followed with proper kits being worn and he spoke to me at a distance but during our interaction a brief one I got to know he's been with the group for approx 30 years this shows how dedicated he is to the organisation .

Restaurant and Banquet - Bhanu/ Rajendra/ Satyajeet

The trio of these three ensured the quality of food and hygiene were well maintained .I had a wierd request I really loved the coconut cookies which they freshly serve with cofee . I asked them if I could get some for breakfast it ws not on the menu they had it made for me and served it to me .

Do try laal maas you can't miss it .

Lastly an area where people tend to thank but they are also an essential part of your experience in your stay Security and Gate services ( Devendra)

I really liked his way of working and carrying on the smile with always carrying a welcoming behaviour on my checkout he ensured the cab i was travelling in was sanitized as soon as it arrives prior to me sitting in that.

Such small acts definitely add pleasant memories to your stay.

I was so engrossed in the luxury treatment I missed out on taking pictures but would definitely take some on my next stay and I hope it's soon enough this time.

Taj is known for its exquisite class and hospitality. With Jai Mahal Palace, it has definitely maintained its aura.
I visited the Palace right after the lockdown with my fellow colleagues and oh boy what can i say, it was exactly what we wanted, after being exhausted with all the staying indoors part.
The palace is located in the heart of jaipur and was pretty easy to locate by Google maps.
The property was radiating with its rich culture and soothing vibes. We booked 2 rooms with all meal plans for 5 people.
Coming to the food section- the taste was super authentic and i mainly ordered indian. All the meals filled my satiety centres and believe me there was nothing worth pointing out.
The rooms- however a little smaller, had a very unique design. Ceiling had the ancient designs worth staring for a while.Washrooms were neatly designed and used the space intelligently. My room was park facing and gave me a very royal feeling everytime I looked out of the window.
I was even provided with a complimentary fruit cake for my brother's post birthday celebration.
The next morning started with a melodious love flute play by ustaad ji while we enjoyed the breakfast.
I'd definitely want to visit Jai Mahal Palace the next time i plan to go to jaipur.

Stayed for the last two nights during a one week trip to North India. The entire tour was a packaged tour including all meals, hotels and transport. By the time we came to this hotel, I had been quite disappointed with the meals, especially lunches that apparently were where tourists are often taken to, and the evening meals at the hotels, because they didn't have the level of spiciness and richness I had hoped to enjoy during this stay. This hotel was different. The thali course on the first night was very enjoyable, so was the buffet dinner the following night, with a quite extensive range of Indian dishes including some from South India. The rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities. This was a group tour and our guides arranged the check-in for the entire group. I had a problem with the wifi because I could not log on with the room number and surname. This was the second time during the stay that the rooms and guests got mixed up. I called reception and asked for help. I was pleasantly surprised to see a young IT staff come to my room in five minutes and eventually solved the problem. The evening Rajasthan dance performance on the hotel terrace was also very enjoyable.

We experienced this palace property for two nights (27-29Sep), as soon as we entered the property (around 7AM/27Sep) we were greeted by Ms Priya and Ms Aisha they did all check in formalities and allocated us Room, this nice gesture amazed us to experience the TajHospitality, its not only the early check in but also we got updgrade to The Peacock Suite (needn't to say that how luck we were to experience palace suite 😚).

Later we went to Marble Arch for lunch and there we greeted by Ms Rukhsar i must say she is truly a gem and great asset for Taj, she assisted us for Lunch and Breakfast meals during our stay and treated us like a family, way beyond expectation - outstanding *****

Our special thanks to Mr. Shashi Mishra, he play vital role during our all meal plan, whatever we require he tried to fulfil that, we were mesmerized to see him doing everything for us due shift over from table setting to serving to cleaning this is called training to handle guest again a great example of "TajHospitality" (as we reached quite late by 4PM to have lunch) my son was feeling thirsty and he realised it and without taking much we got "FreshLime" on out table, his kind gestures made our trip more memorable as nost of time we spent our time in "Marble Arch" thanks to all Meals package ☺.

Mr. Anish (restaurent incharge), Aslam (server and a great masala chai maker), Chanchal, Laxman always present to assist us there.

Ms Shalini & (Tej Bahadar ji) made our day of arrival more memorable when we see surprise Cake and fruit platter in our room (celebrating anniversary).

Property itself is very huge sprawling over 18acres of landscapes, indoor palace zone, lot of photography spots etc. Don't need to go anywhere and we enjoyed every bot of almost 60hrs of our stay (inc early chk in and late chk out🤪)

Coming to the new normal the safety/hygeine standards are of world class from in-room to restaurents to common washrooms, lobby, everywhere you will find sanitizers, face mask, staff covering head gears, face coverage etc we really feel home away home with Palace style, Royal feeling.

My special thanks to Ravi Kothari (Resvn incharge) as well he took time to chat with me on my many queries and resolve it quickly , received a pre check in call which shows a great gesture.

During our check out Mr. Amit and Ms Alisha and helped us a lot and offered us for late chk out which is again 👍👍👍

We left this palace with a great unforgettable memories and a sad heart as we don't leave but we will definently come back soon and experience it ofcos the Pool (and Jiva Spa which is a Taj Signature)which was not available this time.

Kudos to team Jai Mahal Palace you made our trip memorable.

Always expect Taj hospitality to be professional, warm and top class. This time was no different. Despite running on extremely low staff count (due to COVID related issues), every person we came across from the hotel service staff was polite, helpful, and extremely competent.
Large property with huge gardens & open areas. Feels royal outside, and contemporary inside the room. The lawns are well designed and maintained with fountains at places. Very nice space in the middle of the city. Location also allows you to visit all touristy as well as local hangout spaces.
Special call out to Aslam for service at breakfast. Was clearly doing the work of 2 staff at a time, especially with the added pre-cautions of cleaning and sanitising every table and chair every once in a while, and yet was smiling, positive and helpful all the time. Also, Rishabh managing the Italian restaurant. Excellent food, and fantastic ambience. For a special occasion, got a setup done near the pool, which was pure luxury and royalty.
