Mansingh Group hotels has got one Mansigh Hotel at sindi camp jaipur. we booked this hotel as part of a vacation group on 26 march 2021.. Its website says "Hotel Mansingh, Jaipur, a five star hotel, offers the city's finest accommodation, dining options and extensive conferencing and banqueting facilities. the hotel has emerged as one the best city hotels in Jaipur" The actual truth is that it is worth zero star, bad policies, stale 100 year old environment and anti customer bahavior. One can estimate their policies with following 1. Out of 6 persons 5 had their aadhaar card and election card but one lady had only passport and lot of ruckus was creathed due to this. 2. It charges 60/- rs for ice cubes if you want cold water. 3. It charges rs.100/- for each plate and rs.100/- for each glass (for drinking water) it gives in your room. 4. It uses old and bad locks for its room. the lock for room 118 in my name was defective overall 3 days on 27,28 and 29 march 2021. 5. It charges rs.110/- for a water bottle. 6. It charges 170 for a 3 egg omlette but delivers only a single egg omlete. Summarily the hotel tries to fleece the customersoneway or another. There is no carpet in rooms and charging for ice and plate is insulting. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER. Amit Dhingra M15 Gurgaon phone +919811083712 email: firstname.lastname@example.org…
Without doubt one of the favorite resort I stayed during my time in Jaipur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Thank you Mr.Ankush
it does not have the grandeur that mansingh hotels have. rooms are small. leakage problems are there. parking lot is very small. but food is good. and there is a swimming pool in the main hotel. rest is fine. room service is prompt.
Had a visit to the Mansingh Towers,Jaipur this month third week. It was our wedding anniversary ,we were very excited to enjoy the same amidst a royal aura by one of the renowned hospitality groups - Club Mahindra. However, to our surprise the entire experience was a total jinx . The property as we entered ,started dropping the graph of our excitement. There was a dungheap on the left side of the entrance of the property. The room that we booked online was quite elegant and fancy. As we checked in the room -the room was not made well ,the bed sheets crumpled. After an hour of settling in the room , inadvertent as we were to the tidyness of the bed ,we saw some hair strands stuck on the sheets which was absolutely ridiculous for Mahindra hygiene quotient. The images shown online are a hoax , quite opposite to the real look. I would not even rate it 2/10 . During the initial ongoing Corona Virus Mayhem, the staff who served us - in-room dining, house keeping and other helpers were not seen with masks which was an unusual sight to see specially in this panic situation. We asked for a toaster or a microwave for the room so that we could eat self made- hygiene food They didnt allow us either. Till date, have been to numerous properties of the group , never encountered such a cold and vapid experience. A good hospitality is the one where requests are met,the ones which are do-able and within reach.I dont think they even tried to appease us. There is just one thing worth commenting, that each staff wore a pleasant smile , very warm to talk too. Else, I will have to think twice before hitting to this property again, will never want to have a sordid experience.…
The Mansingh towers property is an average property in the centre of the city. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Mediocre restaurant, but the ghazal singer was outstanding and his performance made us come back every evening. Hundreds of pigeons sit in the window sills and make unbearable noise throughout the day. Will not recommend.
Jaipur is a fabulous place to visit and definitely a stay at this Mansingh Towers is also fabulous. I have visited Jaipur in the Month of July and it was very nice stay here. The food is very good here and also the staff was very co operative. The driver also had ample space to park the car and stay.
Mr. RAJENDER hasija JI IN FOOD SERVICE IS BEST AND POLITE TO TALK , THE BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD SO FAR . I would recommend the hotel for its best service provided in every aspect and best hotel in Jaipur .
Had gone for a vacation to Jaipur with kids . The location of the hotel is very central being close to MI road which has all the top brands .The staff is very courteous and helpful and guide you very well . City palace ,Hawaii mahal and jantar mantra are at a distance of about 12_15 minutes So is the street shopping area Bapu bazaar and johari bazaar.
Personally, we felt that 6 days is too much for Jaipur, 3-4 days is fine, and that we should have split our holiday with time spent at another city of Rajasthan. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay at the Mansingh Towers Hotel, very well located, courteous staff and cuisine to suit all palates. The rooms were bright and spacious and well maintained. Lots of culture in Jaipur, and also a lot of shopping at the Jauhari and Bapu Bazars. The visits to forts of Amer, Nahargarh and Jaigarh threw us back in time. Also worth spending time at the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar. All in all a very a very gratifying experience.
Ambiance of the Hotel is very good. Located in center of city. Food rates are also reasonable. Travel desk is not good. We have engaged Etios vehicle for onward journey. But they have provided Dzire vehicle. AC condition of the vehicle is not good. Luggage space is very congestive. Driver is obedient.
