What can I say, this is 6* luxury, stayed in 5* hotels all over the world, The Oberoi, Jaipur is pure heaven. We were on vacation from UK, doing the Golden Triangle tour, visiting Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambhore, Agra, staying in Oberoi throughout, I can't recommend Oberoi Hotels highly enough and spoilt for anything less
I am delighted to share my feedback on our stay at The Oberoi’s Rajvilas at Jaipur. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary! That sure was a great decision that we both took! It was an awesome experience indeed - right from arriving at the Hotel with the opening of our car door to our departure and closing of our car door. The General Manager (GM), Vishal Virmani and the entire staff made it a memorable experience at every perception point of our stay. ‘They made each moment count’. The GM was personally present to receive us most warmly on arrival at the Hotel. This was followed with a heartwarming welcome ceremony and drink. I believe the culture of an organization to a large extent depends on what the leader demonstrates to his team to emulate. There was an atmosphere of warmth, hospitality, greetings, vibrancy, smiling faces created across the board from the GM to the junior most member. An incredible culture indeed. I found that the entire team under the leadership of Vishal were outrageously enthusiastic to do the best in their respective roles with a high display of ownership, accountability and responsibility. The Oberoi’s, Rajvilas team made our 43rd Anniversary so special by upgrading us to an exquisite luxury tent, anniversary greetings, gifts, balloons, champagne, celebratory cake and much more of genuine, thoughtful care with a personal touch. I wish to specially compliment the following: • GM, Vishal Virmani – an incredible, dedicated and highly committed leader who seemed to be present everywhere! I could clearly sense he is one who ‘leads from the front’ and one who has inspired his team to excel and deliver their best at every perception point of a customer’s stay at the Hotel. It was under his credible leadership that our stay in the Hotel has become a lifelong & memorable experience. • F&B Head, Nitin – a high energy and vibrant leader who made our dining experience so very special. The cake and champagne for our anniversary were indeed a very thoughtful gesture. I observed a small incident where a team member of Nitin, broke a glass shade…instead of scolding the team person and shattering her confidence, he remained composed, rather he picked up the broom himself and cleaned the floor of the glass pieces. Great demonstration as a leader of grace under fire. • I wish to specially compliment the following team members of the F&B who we interacted with and were exceptionally gracious and caring in their service – Ayush, Isha, Saanvi and Neeraj. • Kirti and Shashank of the Housekeeping were absolutely amazing. Kirti specially took care of our accommodation wonderfully well and we were touched by her pleasant disposition and her nature to genuinely serve us with excellence. Kirti even presented us with a picture of us that she had taken on our wedding anniversary day. Very thoughtful of her indeed! • Abhishek and Anshuman at the Reception made our checking in and checking out extremely efficient. Abhishek took personal interest to make us comfortable with all the controls in the luxury tent. Anshuman was caring enough to even give us some bottles of water for our journey back to Delhi. They both were most responsive and accommodating to all our requests. • I would not do justice, if I did not mention the doorman Lokesh who touched us by the way he warmly, energetically and respectfully greeted us on arrival and also during all our comings and goings from the Hotel. He always offered to click our pictures too! We have had a delightful experience at this beautiful property and what truly differentiated was the service excellence at each and every stage of our stay at the Hotel. Right from the top…the GM, Vishal Virmani and down to every staff member – their focus was to create a memorable experience for us and in the process, we have developed a timeless relationship with them. We would strongly recommend this Hotel for a lifetime experience to all our circle of friends and contacts.…

Amazing stay at The Oberoi! The room was always impeccable, the grounds are beautiful and service overall was always attentive. Special thanks to Binita, Dharam and Raghu for making our stay amazing! thank you.
My wife, 2 year old son and parents spent 4 nights with my parents in the premium room with a garden and I, my wife and son in the luxury tent. We just stayed in the resort as we know Jaipur well and our focus was to have a relaxing holiday. First of all I wish to apologise to all staff I encountered that I'm very poor at remembering names, but hope my account below should highlight your contributions. The reception to the hotel was efficient and warm, our son was given a cute wooden car which he continued to play with during his entire stay. We had two bookings (2 dates) and reception ensured that we remained in the same rooms over the 4 nights. The buggy service can also be used to take you around the resort and is very helpful. Both rooms are of a very high standard. The shower is powerful and the beds are very comfortable. There is also a pillow menu to select what is appropriate for oneself. House keeping is superb and our rooms were kept spotless all the way through and the staff were really flexible and kind. Our veranda was also regularly cleared for bugs and mosquitos, and also upon request. We used in-house dining regularly for drinks and sometimes food. We stayed far away from the main building so delivery would take about 20 mins. The staff were again polite and always cheerful and I used the service until very late. The pool is lovely and the temperature was perfect for us. The staff provided towels and complimentary snacks such as fruit and sorbets which we really enjoyed. We primarily ate at the Surya Mahal which has Indian and international dishes. We really enjoyed the breakfast where we ate combinations of porridge, dosas, Idli, pancakes, etc. For lunch my son primarily ate pasta which was generally very good and the rest tried many of the Indian dishes. The quality is generally very good but can vary depending on the dish, I would recommend their in house chicken curry as its tasty and quite unique. The courtyard has in-house folk music and dancing which my son especially enjoyed. The service in the restaurant is warm and good, I would however say sometimes "less is more" as people want space and privacy in addition to all the service. We also ate one night at Raj Mahal which needs to be booked. The building is gorgeous and I can imagine someone throwing a great party there. The food is regional Indian and there are some very interesting dishes in there. I ate the lamb laas maas with romali roti with was a truly authentic Rajastani experience. Most of the clientele don't stay as long as us and spend time during the day visiting the tourist sites in and around Jaipur. This meant, we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. I think many people who stay here are missing this trick, it's an extremely tranquil resort worth visiting just for itself. One suggestion I would have is to have more amenities for children, possibly a kids room with toys, entertainment and supervised activity. It should be clear from above, my family and I would love to visit again. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable stay.…
We had an exquisite stay. The room and grounds were immaculate. The staff were friendly and quick to attend our every need. We were so appreciative that the waitstaff helped “translate” traditional Indian cuisine so that we could understand and enjoy what we were eating. There are other wonderful world cuisines to try as well. Don’t miss the henna or the puppet show by the pool.
This hotel is the best place to stay in Jaipur, try staying in the tents, absolutely amazing experience. The staff is so polite and attentive, the food is amazing and the Rajasthani thali is to die for. The chef has created some very unique dishes and kudos to the General manager Mr Vishal for running a super duper hotel
The staff who work feel you like at home. The staff are fantastic and the service is fabulous . Dharam was fabulous who made personalise bookmark for me. This is my 7th visit here with Rajvilas. For me it is the best hotel in the world. The food is delicious too. The best thing is when you come from work, I find the gesture on my bed ,so delicate present made by one person from the staff who is Dharam . That’s why I want to share with you the surprise.
We stayed for two nights in a beautiful and exceptional room with a below ground bathtub and windows facing a small private garden. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner and were perfectly taken care of by all the staff and greeted by the peacocks in the morning.
Had dinner at Surya Mahal for my birthday. Everything was perfect! The staff was lovely as well. Isha & Prisha are a delight at the restaurant! Thank you so much for making our dinner so memorable. ❤️
