The hotel is very nice, both clean and comfortable. We utilized both the breakfast buffet as well as room service. Food was very good, served timely and hot. The staff is remarkable! We had to wait a bit to get into our room upon check in. We were greeted with cappuccino and a cozy place to wait (which wasn’t long). Once we arrived at our room, we again were greeted with a sweet treat for our inconvenience. The staff could not have been nicer or more gracious, offering greetings and help at every turn. Our stay was only two nights. We wish it could have been longer.

The buffet food is pathetic, we have booked buffet dinner and breakfast for 12 guests and everybody was disappointed with the quality and taste of food. Desserts are too sugary and most of the time you have to remind the staff that there is not adequate quantity available in the food serving bowl

The staff as well as the property was indeed very welcoming and we had a super warm stay. We chose to book due to the presentation of the property we saw online and we were not disappointed. The staff and the managers were ensured a comfortable stay and were always available when needed and even went out of their way to assist us with whatever was needed. I will surely recommend it to anyone going to Jaipur for a nice chill vacation

The stay and hospitality was excellent in particular GM was very courteous. The location is probably one of the best in Jaipur just infront of Jal Mahal palace and 10 minute drive to heart of the city shopping

An excellent stay with great memories. It was my first stay at this chain and I was happy to have chosen the option to stay at Trident Jaipur. It was my son’s birthday as an occasion, and the hotel made the check-in extremely memorable by personalizing the room with a birthday message and decoration in room to compliment the occasion. I had opted for breakfast and dinner buffet. Honestly speaking, my wife felt a little wanting from the breakfast menu for options, but if you happen to have an international pallet, you are in for a treat. The place is fortuitous to have more than a fair share of international travelers, and it’s not a surprise that it has adapted to cater to that pallet in the breakfast menu. I don’t recall having had an egg benedict like the ones I had here after my NY stay before corona. However, the dinner buffet more than makes up for any shortcomings you might have felt for breakfast for being elaborate and expansive to cater to all pallets. The property gives an entirely different meaning to the term “feedback” in the kitchen. I have been to this city and its hotels more than a few times, and I have seen the chefs “touring” the restaurant and asking if the food is fine in more than a few properties. Hilton has been the top of my list and I can personally vouch for this as a healthy practice witnessed by me where the kitchen actively seeks this as a feedback. THIS hotel takes it to a completely new level, by having the kitchen staff and chefs circulating with serving staff by taking and personalizing the order to EXACT specifications and soliciting feedback from guests live! I think this is practice initiated by Chef Takmeel himself and his second in command Monika, who was diligent enough despite her ill health to cater to our family’s needs and made our stay most memorable. I somehow feel that corona knocked the wind out of the “spirit” of hospitality, it was the first time I felt valued as a guest, with no baggage of tips and associated financial gratitude for buying that experience. I would give this hotel all possible stars for my stay at the property.…
