We went for a night's stay during the weekend. The hotel was on a high occupancy. However as requested previously, they provided us with a room upgrade. The services and hospitality at this hotel are exceptional. Many other hotels would be available at a lesser price than this but the level of services can not be matched ever. It a brand of the Oberoi Group and it does complete justice to it. Be it the front office team or housekeeping or FnB team , each and every individual is exceptional. The rooms were very clean and all sanitised. We could see labels as being "Sanitised" on a lot of equipments in the room like hand faucet, telephones. The lobby area, restaurant, every place was being Sanitised every now and then. The staff wore face shields, masks, gloves all the time. The checking in and checking out formalities have all gone digital inorder to maintain social distancing. They have followed all the measures to prevent Covid religiously. The garden is so well kept. We stayed in a lake view room whose view is actually a treat to the eyes. It's breathtaking. The jharokha in the room actually lets you stand there and enjoy the view of the Jal Mahal, Aravali and the lake. This is something no other hotel in Jaipur would be able to offer. I would recommend a stay here to everyone. And once you go u would always want to go here.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Trident in Jaipur, and we were delighted with the experience. The accommodation is beautiful, and mirrors the beauty of many of the buildings in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The service provided by everyone we encountered in the hotel was excellent, from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. The location, across from the Jal Mahal, is great and nice and quiet, and the main area of the Pink City can easily be reached in a few minutes by Uber/Taxi. We were particularly pleased with the service in the restaurant where we dined for breakfast and for dinner one evening. The food and beverages were of exceptional quality, and the Indian buffet dinner was great value and delicious. We had fantastic service provided by Kalyan and other members of his team every time we dined in the restaurant, and we really appreciated the attention and hospitality provided by Kalyan. A puppet show is ran of an evening, which is very entertaining and impressive to watch.I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to visit Jaipur again and return to the lovely Trident property.

Excellent location. The hotel is opposite the Jal Mahal with beautiful views of the Mansagar lake and Jal Mahal and mountains. The hotel service is exceptional. Very smooth check-in. Buffet breakfast very elaborate spread and very well coordinated by Pallavi madam. The service during buffet was also very warming and prompt especially keshav and Saksham on duty ensured we felt most comfortable. Housekeeping team led by Mr thapa was always very prompt to look into our requests and daily sanitization of our rooms was done. Mr Sounveer from housekeeping was exceptional in his work and very cordial to interact. Overall wonderful experience and we would love to come back again.

Upon checking in the Manager was busy so he and an assistant came to our rooms to officially welcome us. He also remembered that I had requested specific items to be left in the rooms and it was a pleasant surprise. The entire staff takes pride in their service and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The New Years Eve gala / dinner was a feast to behold. Every kind of dish ( freshly made ) along with great service and entertainment was out of this world, While in Jaipur do not bother staying elsewhere. It was our first family break after 6 months and we are glad that Trident Jaipur was our choice to stay. They not only took care of all possible safety measures to ensure contact less check-in but also have room and dinning areas sanatised for safety. Food was great and even the dinner with rajsthani delicacy was finger licking. I thanks the entire team at trident jaipur and specially the GM Abhishek Sharma for the amazing hospitality and comfort.

After four months of quarantine, we couldn't have thought of a better getaway than the beautiful city of Jaipur. The Trident hotel, as expected, took every precaution necessary to give travellers peace of mind during COVID times. They even left the room empty for 24 hours after thorough sanitisation to give guests some extra peace of mind. All the precautions aside, the stay was an absolute joy. None of the usual comforts we're skimped on. We had a beautiful room overlooking the mountains and the garden. If you are planning to head out, it is highly recommended you opt for a high-end hotel-like Trident that promises to take care of you as much as you would take care of yourself.

We visited the hotel in the first week of January and were a bit scared given the situation. However, the staff of the hotel and the processes being followed by them gave us the confidence we needed. The hotel staff takes the safety of the guests as the priority and ensure minimal close interactions. Even in the restaurant, the food was served by the staff members themselves to reduce the chance of infection. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is bang opposite the Jal Mahal and on the outskirts of the city. The rooms had all the facilities and the housekeeping team was happy to arrange anything that was needed. The food options were less but whatever was served was excellent.

I had booked a twin room at Trident which to me was 2 separate rooms inter connected through a door to let the kids enjoy their space . The hotel staff on us checking in realised something was amiss as we got one room with twin bed instead.
Mr. Abhishek Sharma, the manager, their staff Amit and Sagar made sure we got the two rooms and inter connected door within 2 hours of us checking in. I would like to thank him and his staff for their kind gesture and quick action so that I didn't disappoint my kids and my promise stood as is. The hotel lawns allow us to walk as well as the kids to run around on the grass as much as they could. After staying at home for most of the lock down, getting a chance to run was a much needed relief Ms. Shoumi , F&B Head, was there at all times helping with the menu options and providing us the right kind of meals for the kids.
The room and its ambience, the design, the rest rooms, the kids play options and the table tennis table & pool table were an absolute delight.
The two main attractions for us were the swimming pool and the kids play area. We were the first in the pool in the morning and only ones so it gave us good time without any worry of intruding in to any one's space.
The pool is large and its well protected with nets against pigeons from entering the area. Thank you team Trident Hotels in making our holiday special.
We should have stayed at least 2 more nights to experience Jaipur old city as well as visit all the forts.

We spent 2 nights at this wonderful Hotel located across the street from the lake and street market. The hotel has great amenities, a wonderful restaurant and staff. I'd like to mention the great care that Lakshay gave in making sure everything I needed in the room was taken care of - even down to a hot water bottle. My family was very glad that we chose Trident, Jaipur for our Diwali break. We stayed between 15th and 18th Nov 2020. The staff, ably led by Mr. Abhishek made sure that we had a great stay. The front office , led by Urvi, were very helpful. Ruchi made sure that we had a comfortable check in and that we settled properly. This was really a welcome gesture since we had family members aged 8 to 70.
Saksham and Shara, along with others, made sure that we were well fed and tried the local food that was served. The breakfast spread was decent, with quite a few items on the menu available only for made to order. However, the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming.
The play area for kids is quite well equipped with board games, outdoor games and video games. The park , with swings and slides, and the swimming pool were unavailable due to COVID 19.
The rooms are good, airy and well lit. Each room has a view to the well kept manicured lawns, which have lovely trees, bushes and a variety of birds chirping through the day.
Overall, a very calm and soothing place. We all would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool is closed. The gym is operating from 6am to 4pm. For breakfast n dinner the hotel offers assisted buffet service. In case on a day the occupancy is extremely low there might be no buffet. Better to check with the hotel staff before booking
