During my three week stay I took Hindi lessons mornings Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 1:30. I was not a complete beginner, but one who desperately needed to actively use what I'd been learning on my own. My teacher, Suman, focussed right in on my weaknesses: I'd been too dependent on transliteration which resulted in some really mistaken pronunciations....

I adore Hindi and Hindustan (India) IS my country :))) I spent a month in the home of my Hindi instructor. Knowing other languages myself, I could appreciate the simplicity, the professionalism of Suman Minglani. I would definitely recommend her, with all my heart.

Her teaching techniques were brilliant. The family I stayed with were very hospitable and kind, and went out of their way to help me in anyway possible. The home I stayed in was...

I was lucky, and fortunate, to choose Suman as my cooking teacher for close to a week of my Indian vacation in December, 2012. As a bonus I had the pleasure of staying in the Minglani home during my education. A great, inspiring, and educational, part of my visit, and I recommend other " foodies" to do the same..

When I was in Jaipur in 2010 my Hindi lessons took place in this wonderful house that seems like a spot of paradise as it is embedded in a profusion of blooming flowers which are being grown and sold there in the Pushpawali.
