It is really a great option just near the railway station which provides quality services with a great room with all essential facilities. The manager of the hotel was also very polite and friendly. The food served is also worth trying.

From Dec 29 to Dec 31 2019 I stayed in this Hotel. Service was ok type, not so good not so bad. Room size were small but very neat and clean. Restaurant food quality was average. Staff gives more importance to foreign guests.

The front desk staff or reception staff is completely bakwas. there are 3 person working at front desk and thrice is not deserve for 3 star hotel. Reception staff was behaving as if they had given the room for free. When I asked him to show me another room at the time of check-in, he got angry. One day when I asked to clean the room at 4pm, he refused saying that here is cleaning is done only from 12pm to 3pm. I had asked for RO water 20 times but it came only twice. Kitchen staff also not perfect. I requested the hotel administration to please train their staff. Note Recommended the hotel.

Outstanding customer service, care and compassion. We arrived late in the evening at the train station and were waiting for our Uber to arrive. We spent 20mins being harassed and intimidated by rickshaw drivers who refused to take no for an answer. We asked them to leave us alone but they did not. We felt very unsafe (male and female travellers). We saw the hotel and asked if we were able to wait there until the driver arrived. They welcomed us in and could see that we were feeling very overwhelmed with what we had just experienced. They brought over water and offered us to sit inside. We then decided that we would just prefer to be somewhere safe rather than risk more harrasment and asked for a room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and friendly. They were concerned about how we had been treated and went above and beyond to help make us (my wife) feel better. Could not have asked for a better check in experience with kind and caring staff. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so lovely.

Room was pretty clean and the staff was good and polite. The needs of the custoner were well attended by the staff. Food was also tasty. Being close to the railway station, the location was convenient too.

Just Opposite to railway station Great location and hotel and food was too good. The manager of the hotel was also very polite and friendly. They provide me early checking. Very convenient for travellers by train. Just don't like AC position on room.

I have visited Jaipur along with my family on our Rajasthan trip in Oct'21. I booked hotel Raya inn well in advance. We booked two interconnected rooms. Pros: 1. Location is very good. The metro station is wakable distance. Railway station is just in front of the hotel. 2. Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean. The beds and upholstery were well maintained. 3. Service: Very good 4. Food: We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel. We also did not have breakfast in package. However, we ordered Parathas for breakfast on one occasion and they were good.
Cons: Did not find any.
We found the hotel really good for the price we paid.

Amazing Hotel in front of Jaipur Railway Station, clean, quite, helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here! Everything is there you need: comfy bed, good bathroom,there is fridge & WIFI.
