Rooms to the Front are brighter in the morning. A/C units are of old style but pretty effective. The toilets have an exhaust system [Good for smokers ;)]. However the loo was not cleaned properly and I had to call someone to get it cleaned again. The bed linen was clean and no extra sheets were required.
The staff are very helpful. However the food could be a little less spicy.
They helped me get a taxi for local use and can arrange for your travel via Air, Rail, Bus & Taxi.
They lack a sort of cloak roam where you can keep you luggage if required. For example I checked out at around 4 pm and had to sit with my luggage till 10:30 pm, which was the time for my bus to come.

It was a good room,with friendly staff and in prime location near to bus stand. I stayed for 2 consecutive days and was comfortable here. Kitchen here is opened for round the clock with nice food.so if you wanna hotel in prime location i recommend this hotel.

I stayed three nights, everything was nice. You can sleep at white bed (sometimes in india, we have to warry about the bedburg or something!) and you can get any service!
All of the staffs are very nice at every time also at night! I'm so sad about leaving this hotel and jaipur... So If you worried about the hotel of jaipur, Just booking this hotel, and call to them!!

I was un lucky to be staying in room 108 in which bathroom shower was not working .had to take bath with bucket /mug .AC was making lot of noise,had difficulty sleeping .remote was not given of ac to me .touch panels of ac were not working .could not encrease or decrease ac temperature ..food was little costly in hotel in room dining menu . I had to stay for night only so I managed ..

Stayed at Muskan Palace for just over a week. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Staff saw to our every need, very pleased with the level of service, the owner especially really is a nice guy.
Location is very good.
All in all very happy with our stay.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days, Hotel is Near to Jaipur railway station and reachable. visited Jaipur for my personal visit. Came along with my wife, hotel rooms are neat and clean with good timely service. Hotel staff was very friendly. All tourist places and shopping market is near by. Overall good place to stay.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff
We stayed two nights, place is nice and clean, staff always very helpful and kind, they also provide us a driver to visit the city and going to the airport. Breakfast has indian and continental food and you can also have lunch and dinner in the restaurant

My stay was in april ...rooms were ok but hospitality was very bad ...has to call staff for opening main door ..food delivery was very late after giving order..manager behaviour was not ok only 1 benefit of the hotel was place(city center)

nice staff,well behaved and good welcoming calm from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. The property has a great feel, even though it's not quite large. They served the best food I had in jaipur. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
