1. During these unprecedented times of pandemic, our safety was put to risk by the hotel staff and there was a sure defiance of the rules set by the government.
There were no temperature checks done for the guests at the entrance.
No sanitization station were present
The staff were not wearing any gloves or masks
It is very obvious that no staff was washing or sanitizing their hands during the course of service
2. Our guests and community were treated unfairly throughout the course of the 2 day event. The signed contract was breached and the provided service was gravely lacking the set menu and other terms of service. It has not only betrayed our trust in your property but also has led to severe emotional trauma caused to my family and the new life that my daughter is to start with her in laws.
There were a total of 4 servers/waiters present at the venue, we were promised at least a service of 25 waiters. Moreover, the waiters were not professional,clueless and could not follow simple instructions. It definitely makes us believe they were laymen hired per day for labour and we were definitely short changed.
The agreed upon food menu was not supplied.
The service was delayed and left our rituals and festivities in disarray. The lunch time was agreed as 1 pm but wasn't available until 2pm. The live counters started even later around 2:30 pm.
During the reception event on16th Feb, the hotel was supposed to make arrangements for dinner at 7 PM. The service only started at 9pm and the food supply was erratic at best. There were unnecessary lines and even then the food provided was not in line with the agreed upon menu.
3. Logistics of banquet halls and occupancy was challenged multiple times, creating undue distress and panic.
The Daffodil hall was booked until 4PM but the hotel's so called 'marketing team' demanded us to vacate by 3 PM. While we were discussing the matter, they had already started to pack and clean the hall. The team not only lacked compassion, but also blatantly admitted overlapped booking of the venue. We suffered a great deal of embarrassment as our guests were asked to leave the hall in the middle of the function.
The mandap area was asked to be vacated before completion of all the ceremonies, despite us booking the place for the entire day.
They would take keys of your car for parking but not take responsibility for it. And if God forbids your car gets a scratch or dent while your car is parked by their staff, in their parking. Then they would wash their hands saying it's not our responsibility.
And on top of it they would blame you that you must have already done this.
Their entire staff is completely untrained not at all professional. They don't even have feedback or complain form. The receptionist is clueless when you ask her for feedback form or complaint form.
At night loud music plays at a party area which is in their premises, but they would take any responsibility for that too. Loud music would play till 2 in night. And they would say they can't help it. And max what they can do is that the guest should change room in middle of the night.
Their manager won't mind coming to your room at night to check how loud the noise is coming irrespective even a woman is alone in the room. And he doesn't even bother to get a women staff accompanied before coming alone in room of woman in night at 1.30. Heights of non-professionalism.
Still if you think this so-called hotel is worth staying, please go ahead.
