The rooms in this place are a joy to behold, the staff are super helpful and it's tucked away in a relatively quiet location. It was exceptional value for money, pristine and once in your room you will feel like you are in a 5 star environment. Will definitely stay here again.

What a stunning little hotel this turned out to be. One of the best places we stayed in India. Being an Interior Designer I fell in love with the beautiful reception area in black and white with Royal portraits and photos of the Royal visits to Jaipur. The reception was friendly and super efficient. My Friend and I had booked a twin room and on arrival this was not set up so no problem we were moved immediately to the Viceroy suite with two large king size beds. The suite was beautifully appointed with stunning furniture and crisp white linen, a separate lounge area and a magnificently tiled bathroom.
The service from all the staff was phenomenal and not matter what we asked for we received including the offer to take us shopping for extra suitcases 😂😂😂.
Breakfast is a tuk-tuk ride away at the sister hotel and this you could choose from the menu to a certain budget. We had room service on our last day and this arrived hot. The breakfasts that we had were wonderful.
I would most definitely stay here again

A beautiful hotel, located in the heart of Jaipur, we loved our experience at Pearl Palace Heritage.
We stayed at their Jaiselmer suite, an elegant and impressively designed room with hand carved stones with intricate work on the walls, doors and ceilings.
We were treated very well by the warm staff who all follow strict safety protocols.
The Jaiselmer suite was extremely spacious and consisted of a large bedroom, a massive attached bathroom with a walk in closet, a living area, an extra bed, work station and balcony. It had all modern facilities too.
The best part of this property is that is so well located in the centre of the city, it’s very reasonably priced and you can choose affordable luxury with top notch service.
Due to the pandemic, they serve food made in house by an expert chef to your room, you just need to inform them of your meal choices a few hours prior.
It was really easy for us to go sightseeing due to the hotels close proximity to all major attractions.

Overall we had a great experience here. Thecrazyindianfoodie recommends.

Pearl Palace Heritage is one of my most favourites hotels in India. Stayed in a one of the new rooms that came up last year. It’s a gorgeously done up modern Rajasthani room. During this time of the pandemic, they are freshly preparing food on order. Nothing is pre-cooked, ensuring utmost hygiene & scrumptious taste. In general, they are taking strong sanitisation measures throughout their premises so we felt very safe & comfortable travelling during such a time.
Mr. & Mrs. are ever so warm!

One of the better places we stayed on our trip. Initially we thought it was too far from the old town but it's only 100 to 150 rupees in a tuk tuk. Was noisy the first night from trains but the next 3 nights were quiet so not sure why that was. Excellent staff on reception who you don't feel are suggesting things for their own benefit. We had room 402 which was well appointed and had a nice bed. All the staff were very helpful and responsive. Breakfast is at their sister hotel but it's only a short walk away or the hotel will organise a free tuk tuk. Would recommend.

I had a great time in this hotel for 3 nights last week. The rooms are nicely decorated, staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The reception staff are very helpful, they can arrange everything, including money exchange, day tours, etc. This hotel has a strong wifi, hot water plus complimentary bottled water in the rooms. I will definitely stay here again if I come back in the future.

I have traveled the world over and stayed in a variety of hotels, and must say that I was incredibly surprised by the beauty and craftsmanship of this hotel. We stayed in the Madhubani room which was exquisite and entirely hand painted. The staff were very professional and available to accommodate us as well as offer good advice. Their restaurant "the Peacock" (in their sister hotel 300 meters away) is excellent with a wonderful ambience. They supplied transport back and forth as well. The small touches in the room were fantastic (explanation of the origins of the art work, ..) and a very handy booklet on the city, history, prices, things to see, etc...
I would more than recommend this beautiful hotel which is very reasonably priced considering its quality. The Pearl Palace definitely deserves it's name as it is a real "Pearl ».

Okay, we chose this hotel based on the great reviews and our expectations were definitely exceeded. The hotel is delightfully charming in every way! The moment we stepped into the lobby ...till we checked out..staff was exceptional attentive. The manager gave us a personalized tour and all information we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We especially enjoyed dining in their exquisitely decorated breakfast hall each morning. We also dined at the Peacock rooftop restaurant located only a short tuk-tuk ride away (at their Sister hotel). We highly recommend anyone wanting a memorable experience stay here while visiting Jaipur.

Stayed here for three nights. We were struck by the decor in the lobby and the stair wells and the room was simply amazing very stylish with a huge comfortable bed. Everyone at the property was very helpful and although there is no restaurant or bar on site, the sister hotel is a 5-7 minute walk away and has an excellent roof top restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Jaipur. Highly recommended
