We are staying in the property, the property is beautiful no doubt but the restaurant manager is so rude , we were sitting near the restaurant area on the benches having red bull and chips quietly as it was near our room and the ambience was good ... understood it was our fault of having outside eatables ( we were having chips as we were deciding on the dinner menu )but the manager could have been a bit polite he asked us to leave we took sometime to leave the way he spoke it totally unacceptable.. Sir you need to learn hospitality sorry to say ..this has left us with a bad experience might not refer ... Ladies beware as this sir is very rude and arrogant

the staff was rude that they asked me and my lady colleague to pay in full or we will be asked to leave the hotel at 10:30 in the night at the time of check-in although usually every hotel you have to pay at the time of checkout the staff mr. Amit at the reception was so uncourteous that he did not offer even water to us we had booked two rooms. the beds had spit marks on the cushions and pillows hairs all over the room cigarette all over, basic amenity like toothbrush and bathroom slippers were not given to us. the rooms were so noisy full high volume music from the bar or cafe whatever it was. I have pictures of my experience to prove my points

Sorry, for writing late. My manager tries to contact the hotel manager for booking and pricing, he didn't pick the call and they are confused with pricing of rooms. We stayed here for 3 days with family. Don't go on photos uploaded here. Hotel rooms are very small in area. We thought location will be somewhere on quite place, but its in the middle of the city. Hawa Mahal and old city is just 5km from Hotel. Construction was in progress all the time we stay there for 3days. Forresta restaurants and Trove Bar restaurants both are overprice and expensive. Trove opens till late night on Thursday and Saturday so you will have a sound problem on these two days. Overall, we didn't enjoy the stay. Not recommended from our side.

Room Tip: Pick room 204, 205, 206. These are quite rooms and are a bit spacious than others.

I’m sitting here unable to sleep because of the doof doof music that permeates the otherwise lovely ambience here. It’s 12:50am. Not a great place to stay if you want a good night’s sleep!! The restaurant is good. I used it for the included breakfast and dinner. Rooms are nice although as is so typical for India, mine is desperate for some maintenance. I have a dripping mouldy hose in my bathroom and the shower head needed replacing a few years back (the water is hard here so the mineral deposits build up quickly). Staff have been good
