Cleaning Good, but we left some cookies open and we quickly got filled with bugs… I know it was our fault but they couldn't have been too far away. The bed was clean although the bathroom was terrible, not dirty but rusty, with lime... etc. Breakfast Breakfast is not worth it at all, if it is included take it but otherwise I would not take it It seems fatal to me that at breakfast there is not at least one unopened bottle of water per person since we foreigners cannot happily drink the tap water there. However, this hotel has quite a bit of charm and I thought it was relatively nice and the staff was friendly although they offered us water and charged us for it and offered us change and tried to give us a very low one that we finally didn't take. You have to be careful with everything but hey, I had low expectations and this hotel was well located, we were able to have dinner and walk around the surroundings. I leave some photos

I received a lovely friendly welcome when I arrived and was taken to my room at the front of the hotel. Everything was well maintained and this was the best of all the hotels I stayed in during my holiday to India. Reception was clean and in good order, public toilets were well looked after and the upper terrace area and restaurant area were both clean and well kept. It was a similar story in my room and, while some light switches and the toilet flush were occasionally dodgy, the rest of the facilities were fine. I was told how to get my room cleaned and this was not a problem as it was in other hotels. Water bottles were replaced when this was done. Security was also very good at the Nahargarh Haveli which not only had a room safe but one which worked. All my other accommodations while in India either didn’t have a room safe or had one which was broken. A working room safe is so important to myself and to many other travellers because it took my train tickets, my passport, medical documents, flight tickets and cash. The lock on my bedroom door was sturdy and had not been badly repaired as happened at some hotels. Sleep quality was very good except for part of one night. That saw everyone with a room facing a derelict plot of land opposite woken at 1.15am by a large lorry, an excavator and a gang of men turning up and beginning to scrape up and load rubble from a demolished house on to the back of the lorry with a tremendous amount of noise. It went on beyond 3.30am and staff said they hadn’t slept either. Very strange incident but that’s India for you. Apart from that one brief loss of sleep I slept very well and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were incredible and went out of their way to make my stay with them as enjoyable as possible which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant consistently served me great meals both at breakfast and at dinner while evening meals were boosted by a little puppet show performed at the end of the eating area by a father and son proudly keeping a family tradition and craft alive. A really nice touch and very interesting to watch them perform. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was clearly the best of the three city hotels I stayed in at Delhi, Jaipur and Agra although it was later matched by the Corbett Machaan Resort near Ramnagar where I stayed for my tiger safaris.

Had a lovely and memorable stay at Nahargarh Haveli. Right from booking to check out we had a great experience. We had also booked Jaipur city tour through them. Since we needed an innova , it was very reasonably priced.. We got reminder messages and calls from the hotel about our pick up and whereabouts. Which really made us felt welcome to the unknown city!! Also, The driver was very friendly and kept sharing information about the city.we had a great city tour.
We had traveled with sr. Citizen patents and 2 kids, The hotel proactively provided 2 separate room with a common door. Which helped us immensely. We needed late check out, which was very cordially accommodated without any extra cost. The entire hotel gives a very royal and heritage feel at a very affordable price. Thanks to the entire team, especially the GM Mr. Ibrahim for his extended support.Felt like we stayed among family..!! Highly recommended..!!!

First impressions are great. The reception area, corridors and rooms are very nice. On closer inspection there are 4 critical points I want to raise: 1. The food was inedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich from room service and it was so disgusting I had to refuse it and send it back. It was made from the worst possible pieces of boiled chicken, all brown, fatty and grisley. I ended up ordering from outside (which according to house rules you are not allowed to do!) 2. None of the 6 switches at the side of the bed operate a single light in the room. To switch off a light before sleep you have to get out of bed, and similarly if you get up during the night. 3. The wall mounted tv didn’t come with a remote control, and was WAY too small for the size of the room! You certainly wouldn’t be able to read subtitles if you were watching tv in bed. 4. The small in-room safety deposit box does not work. In any case it is not bolted into place as it should be, which means anyone could just pick it up and take it away in a carrier bag!

The property is in a great space, quiet overall clean. The service is amazing they certainly connect with you! The room was clean but! The bathroom has a bad smell. In the property, they have a puppet music show, but heads up, it's not free. You'll have to tip them something or buy something. Now we were enjoying our dinner which was AMAZING fresh good price and the group of entertainment gets you and will ask for you to purchase something being in the hotel that's the least you want.! You want to relax and enjoy the rest. The rooftop is so nice, great view although if you need to use restroom you must go back to your room. Our server was great. We missed his name but good guy. Thanks for the stay :)

After much research, we found this hotel, and thank God we made the right decision.
What we liked about the hotel are, 1. It's near to the railway station, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach. 2. The location of the hotel is very calm and peaceful. 3. It does have a rooftop restaurant with nice food. 4. The room is clean and furnished. 5. Quick assistance. 6. Staffs are polite and ready to help.
Things to focus on, 1-more options for breakfast should be introduced. 2-round clock pickup and drop off facility should be there so that it will be added advantage for the guest.
Ibrahim was very helpful in terms of assistance and the person at the rooftop breakfast service whom we asked for specific tea and he did not refuse It was a great gesture.
InshaAllah we will visit you soon.. Keep up the good work. 👍

Very friendly staff and comfortable hotel. The hotel is centrally located, a short distance from all nature sightseeing locations in Jaipur. The breakfast and dinner were also very tasty, and since we were some of the first Western guests in a long time for the hotel they really catered to us to make sure that we felt right at home. Will definitely visit again!
