It was a wonderful stay of 2 nights. Rooms are nice & clean , they have a big swimming pool for adults as well as a small one for kids. Kids playground and games room with facility for table tennis , chess, video games, Dots, carom etc can kept my kids happy and busy.
hotel have small lawn for parties/ activities with service.

Both the restaurants serve very good food and at a reasonable price. Staff in the restaurant was very nice. I did not go to the bar so no idea. Heard a lot about not to eat south Indian so did not tried. Staff is very good and cooperative.

Overall experience was good except the location of the hotel was more towards outside of main city but if travel through own car it will be nice.

hotel is slightly away from city. Good property seems like 3star cat. While going hotel from city there are heavy traffic in evening.food is good and value for money. Location is remote. Hotel is good place for party and marriages.

Staying at this hotel was a compulsion coz some membership that we had offered us no choice. We drove from Delhi on our car and the first hurdle that we faced was locating the hotel. It is on the outskirts of Jaipur and I would suggest people to track its location first and then follow the shortest route. The hotel interiors impressed me a lot with a lot of elegant works put together, be it the sofa or a sculpture or the architecture. Overall when u enter the hotel it would give u a good feeling.
The rooms were good but very small(superior type). For food u have options inhouse (which is a necessity since u cannot find any food outlets nearby). The quality of food was average. Room service was something I have serious complaints about. We ordered lime juice and it never reached our room. Finally we had to cancel it. The hotel had aranged a grand party on the ocassion of New Year . We had some trouble in the middle of the party when some other group captured our seats and when we complained the authorities about it they said they couldnt help it. It was highly frustrating to see their attitude. One of the Managers came to the rescue and sorted out the issue .But that definitely left a bad impression upon us.
The reception people were nice and warm. But on the last day of stay we had to leave early for Ajmer and during check out they put a false bill on our name. That shocked us and it took some time before they realised their mistake.
I would say they can improve on a lot of departments and that can make it a better place for travellers.

Palak Paradise offers decent sized Neat & Clean rooms. The tariff is very affordable, Rs.1500 for a double room per night (negotiated), personally I feel breakfast should be included too. The food was good, especially the masala tea and Rajasthani Gatta. The lawn is good, clean indoor swimming pool & kids gaming zone (swings & video games) add to the attractions and reasons for kids to enjoy. The staff is polite and courteous. However, the location is far from main city about 12 Kms (although it is a straight road to Johri Bazaar) and the hotel is right next to the highway.

Pathetic experience. Hotel staff is extremly rude and arrogant. They do not have ettiquites how to behave with customers. They would rather shout on you even if they are at fault. They will provide you with expired food stuff and they dont even bother to check the expiry date of food stuff being served to the customer. Beverages provided are procured from retail sources and priced 5 times and then they are adding service charges and other charges on that. God forbid if you are not carrying any cash with you, you are gone. Card swipe machine does not work at all.

The hotel is a 3 star property with superb lobby, good food and good bar!! The interior of the rooms are also good...I was travelling with family and had chosen club room which had two rooms one king size bed and the other room with twin bed....room were good and superb for family... the staff were very polite and cooperative....
The only drawback is that the hotel is little far off from the city but for the rates and kind of room u get u will like to compromise for the distance!!
I would surely recommend this hotel...

Nice hotel to stay with but only two drawbacks are there which we observed:
1) Location of hotel from the city/attraction is very far
2)Location of rooms are not appealing.

We got room at first floor but the size and room was not looking good then we have shifted to second floor room.
The room was gud in size and decor but the location for the room is not good.
Bar was just front of the room door and washrooms of common area are just adjacent which were not liked if you are with family.
REgarding services and staff, a good experirence.
Veg restaurant services are not up to the mark.
Rest services we have not availed so cannot comment on those.

To be honest the hotel was very much far from the city ,though we hav the proper conveyance with us then to we face number of problem for the same.Staff was not at all concerned about the guest ,no one was there for service. As an when we reached the hotel room it was a shock for us bcoz no one from the service team was there for replacing the drinking water neither they were least concerned abut the guest.Phone was not working as an result every time we need to go to the reception tell them whatever we need, prior telling the reception and the staff related to the landline which were not working than to they didnt even listen,we stayed there for 2n and 3 days and they hvnt even try to resolve the problem of the phone.
Secondly related to the breakfast criteria ,they were not at all ready to give the breakfast in the room...for each and every service they were charging, though this was not been told to us by the tour operator who is in tie up with the hotel. We were there for valentine and it was the worst valentine we had ever in life.we had taken a package for the same and we dont with whom your operator they have tied up not worthied..Driver that is been provided to us was not at all ready to go .he has number of condition for the same .......we were there for a trip but felt like we are in a jail and whatever the driver will say we hav to accept that.

At last ill say providing swimming pool or gym doesnt mean that its a star property...the first and the foremost thing is the service been provide to the guest with smile and grace.
