Stayed in 2 room on 25th Dec'20 at tree house and their lake house rooms, for 1 night.
Pros 1.It's a Beautiful oasis in middle of a desert barren land around. Treat for nature lovers. 2. Nice food buffet with attentive staff at buffet. 3. Water area rooms are exceptional and built with great jungle ambience. A small sit in verandah amongst trees is awesome alongwith open shower area in washrooms. 4. Senior management goes out of way to ensure perfection in buffet area and had organized lovely musical night and camp fires. They were maintaining good hygiene precautions at buffet area for servers. 5. Nice activities like cycling and camel ride for kids, besides other sports which we did not get time to play.
Cons 1. No one outside to handle luggage when more than 1 guest cars arrive simultaneously. At reception, they ask the guests to leave luggage outside cars and they will collect shortly. Poor first impression of being short staffed. 2. Water front rooms water in pond is black or with dirty base. I understand that it is a forest look and these may be swamps. But sitting around unclean black water is not a good feeling. For eg there is a tuffened see through 2x2 glass in lake rooms floors , but you see only black water beneath. 3. Reception /Room service Staff refused coffee delivery 3 times in same day to our room, claiming that it will get cold and there is no point. On our insistence 4th time, they did deliver a nice cappuccino. 4. Room windows at tree house and lake house are dirty in channels and never cleaned. 5. My family member asked for archery area at reception and person who escorted till gate only, asked to look for it on left 100 metre away !!!

The tree house resort has a beautiful concept. I went here with my family and it was a different experience to stay in a tree house with branches coming inside the room as well.
The property was well sanitised and clean. All the staff members were wearing a mask and gloves at all times. The room had two masks and a sanitizer as well. The car was also sanitized before entering the property. They also sanitized our luggage.
The room were clean and well sanitized. The room has all basic amenities such as a television, tea/coffee maker, toiletries, locker, etc. The thing I loved the most was that they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic bottles. The room also had a heater which was quite useful as the weather was cold.
The tree house resort has a lot of activities which you can do for free such as cycling, badminton, archery, swimming. It also has a reading room and gym.
The food was good. We ordered dinner in our room and the service was fast. The food was well packed as well. In the morning, we had breakfast buffet. The buffet had good options such as Idli, Poha, Baked beans, Cornflakes, Eggs, Chole Bhature etc.
We went here for my parent's 25th anniversary, and the staff was kind enough to decorate a gazebo with flowers, candles and cake.
Overall, it is a good place to spend the weekend.

How much ever I write is less for a place like Tree house where the serenity,greenery ,solitude,warm and friendly GM and his staff always going that extra mile to make the stay comfortable and memorable. This time we two families wanted to just get away from the covid mania but were on a look out for a property that would be safe,clean,sanitised and yet easily approachable,less travel time and above all homely. What best than this place that fitted all our demands and cleared all our apprehensions and doubts. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance where our vehicle was sanitised ,and then to have the bare minimum contact our registeration was done online before we reached so that we went straight to our cool rooms(AC' s were running )in the hot peak afternoon.Our temperatures were checked and all the luggage fully sanatised before entering our respective rooms.The room also had masks and a sanitiser kept for our usage.All the staff including the GM wore masks throughout with gloves especially when serving food or any other item.The norms of social distancing was rightly followed by all at the resort,even the tables were at safe distance in the eating area whether at the gazebo or the dining hall. All in all we had a great time as always but this time because of covid19 it was certainly a very safe and comfortable stay,what little apprehensions we had were completely removed once we stepped in the resort.I certainly highly recommend a safe and healthy stay to anybody and everbody who wants a short or long break during covid or post covid. Thank you Tree house,the GM Mr.Mukesh,all the staff, for an awesome safe stay.

Great staff.. Very neat & clean room. The room was well sanitized, 2 masks and a santizer was available as soon as we checked in. Food was great and the service was courteous. Had a wonderful stay, the resort has a great vibe, very green and peaceful. Would definitely recommend tree house for a good weekend getaway.

Wonderfull to stay in wilderness feeling. Rejuvenate yourself at the TREE HOUSE RESORT. Stayed 2 nights with family and friends. Front Desk to rest entire staff is very helping and courteous. Proper sanitization of your vehicle before entering the resort premises. Good quality sanitizer and masks provided in every rooms. Food is very good and hygienic and served you on table only ....menu of each meal will be available through what'sapp ...no self service which is good for maintaining social distancing. Take a morning walk and watch lots of peacocks around you or do cycling within resort premises Nice place to refresh yourself during this pandemic. Will surely visit again.

We stayed here with our friends and kids. We were being upgraded to cottages which are designed on the water which has fishes in it. Our kid enjoyed feeding fishes. The rooms are spacious, it connects you with nature. It also has open shower along with sit out area area wherein one can sit and enjoy the evening in the lap of nature. All the rooms are naturally distanced, hence no hindrance from the nearby rooms. A beautiful property, nicely maintained. Service staff was extremely courteous. Mr Yadav at reception was quite helpful throughout our stay. It's a paradise for nature's lovers away from hustle bustle of the City. Avoid being noisy !!

Fabulous property and a very humble FMS team offering us warmest of warm hospitality. Exotic food served with personal touch and maintaining good standards of hygiene sanitation. Very peaceful and very well maintained vacation hub with amazing serenity. One wishes to come here more often to get rejuvenated completely. Beautiful concept and a creation very close to natural greens in the hustle bustle of Jaipur/Delhi NCR.

It was short & pleasant stay. Staff was courteous & service level was good. Resort is taking all precautions related to Covid. Whole staff was wearing mask, bags are sanitised while arriving. New masks & sanitiser were provided in room. I traveled with a small kid so I preferred to have food in my room. Resort people were kind enough to provide all meals in my room.
Resort is away from the city and close to the nature so it was much respite in such challenging covid times.
Overall it was nice & pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay at the Tree House Resort in Jaipur. The rooms are designed to let you connect with nature even as you relax in a well-serviced resort away from the urban din.
We were celebrating 2 milestone events with friends and families and had a great experience. The food was great and the staff were so very helpful - they went out of their way to make our celebrations so memorable - and they did all that with a smile, irrespective of the late hours!! Truly appreciated their hospitality and courtesy đź‘Źđź‘Ź

After 8 months of locked down unexpectedly we decided to take a break with Safety, Cleanliness and Hygiene as the top priority. Having planned to visit The Tree House Resort for many years but running out of luck with reservations, we managed to get a 2 days package.
It is like walking, living and breathing amongst greenery to its its fullest.
I always maintain any property is the baby of its General Manager. True to it's statement and beyond, after some minor initial hiccups, Mr Mukesh Chander displayed all his experience and forte into prowess. A spotlessly clean room was alloted with every necessary items rightly present. We were on cloud nine when we tasted the food presented. Dinner or breakfast, was planned to perfection.
Maintaining a property of this type is not an easy task and kudos to the entire housekeeping team for working day and night to keep it clean.
Cycling , archery, billiards, badminton were some of the activities we enjoyed. Ideal place to come with a big group or many families. A few more activities and a spa will be a welcome addition next time.
Wish there were more sign boards once we enter from the highway.
Overall a great experience so far.
