Together with my wife we spent 2 nights in this small hotel in April 2011. From the very beginning we were pleased by the attention of the hotel staff and the manager himself. The room we got was very nice, clean and comfortable enough, equipped with bathroom and shower. It was very new, cosy and trendy. The hotel is situated in a very quite area, sourrended by villas/family houses and is away enough from noisy main road. Still it is within 15 min walking distance from the shopping centre. We would like to thank for the hospitality and great service. We highly recommend this place and hopefully will come back sometimes.

Stayed for 2 nights (21 and 22 Nov 2011). The room was large and clean with room safe and TV (rare for 3 star in India). Wifi worked and service from staff was excellent. Wife was ill and the Manager went and got the medicine from the Chemist for us.
This by definition what a boutique hotel should be about.

Decent room and washroom. However the employee are insensitive to request/ feedback or complaints.
TV in the room was not working, requested the person available at reception for assistance but no one turned up to check the issue.
We were unable to sleep whole night as the people staying in the adjacent rooms were drunk, loud and abusive. We shared the concern at the reception, but no action was taken by them.
Breakfast was worst and had very few options. Tea cups and plates were dirty and had stain marks on them.
Employees need to be little sensitive towards complaint and maintain basic hygiene standards.

The most unhygienic place with dirty linen, smelly rooms and useless staff. When we said AC is not working, we were told to use the fan instead. When we said light had no switch, they screwed out the bulb and then did not bring it back. There were human hair and insects in the beds. My daughter got a bad allergy because of thos. Water was leaking from all pipes. Despite several complaints the hotel staff did not bother. This hotel needs to shut down, it’s a health and safety hazard. Untidy, unkempt, smelly furniture and linen. Shameful behaviour.

I'm regular visitor of Jaipur City (twice a month at least) for my business needs and Aurum is my First Choice always since its inception around a year ago. Staff at Aurum is highly hospitable and carry out all activities quite professionally with utmost personal care – and that makes Aurum unique!! It’s located at a good place, little away from noise of the city. Rooms/toilets are quite well done and kept clean spotless always. Hotel AURUM is any travellers dream hotel as its service, the rooms, the proximity to the Railway Station as well as to the market areas make it a very beautiful place to stay. Also the staff is very helpful and the room service is excellent. One can really have good food as well as the breakfast spread is excellent.. But overall a very good hotel and can be recommended to anyone visiting jaipur. Our office confrence held here & employee stay arrangment as well It was done flawlessly. Very cordial staff, management is alwayas ready to support. Restaurant & The GENERAL MANAGER MR.ANWAR KHAN really great he understand the anticipatry requirements & what he has to serve for the guest basically he is a smart Manager.
Room Tip: You can choose any room as it is slightly away from the main road due to which there is no noise pollution.

The hotel i must say is fabulous in all aspects. The best thing i like about it is very friendly atmosphere plus the food is fantastic. U get it the way u want it by just talking to chef by urself. The staff is so much efficient n awesome specially Mr. Anwar who takes care of guest like a family member. In the hotel i feel like my home.whenever i visit jaipur i always choose Aurum which is best in all regards.

We spent two nights here and were impressed with the coziness, cleanliness, and smiles from the staff during our stay. We arrived early in the morning on the train from Jaisalmer and we were able to do a check-in at 6AM and get couple of hours of comfortable sleep. The breakfast was excellent - we tried both Indian and Continental styles and were very satisfied with both. Overall, I think this is a great place to stay while you are in Jaipur.
