The Royal Heritage Haveli maintains its ancient roots while being modernized in terms of facilities. The staff is amazing and helpful. Dinesh, and Piyush made the stay really comfortable for us while Dr. Ajith prescribed the most apt massage to heal my backache. A must stay in Jaipur!!!!!
EXCELLENT SHOW OF INDIAN HOSPITALITY. ALL HOTEL STAFF IS EVER SMILING & HELPFULL. Very Spacious, Palatial , Well Maintained Room, Including the Whole Property. Good Food & SPA the drawback is the Restaurant & SPA Charges are extremely expensive
Stayed here for 1 night on the occasion of my anniversary it was one of the best property super spacious ambience was so beautiful and clean just. They made it even special by upgrading the room which was so spacious and the interior was just mesmerizing. Enjoyed some play time near the pool with my son. Spa was just exceeding the expectations it was so soothing and relaxing highly recommended and its quite affordable for the impeccable service. Food was so delicious and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating would definitely visit again.
I recently stayed at the RHH as part of a larger trip across India so it was only a few days. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, most of the usual amenities available, food was good, and the hotel itself was a pretty historic havelli. Unfortunately the WiFi went in and out so it couldn't be used, so I used paid international roaming instead on my phone, the TV kept asking for a top up to use (not a big deal when on holiday though), the pool wasn't in use as it was green which was unfortunate as I love a good pool dip, they do give a complimentary head and neck massage to encourage booking of spa services which was nice, although I'm not a spa person myself. The hotel was quite pretty at night, and the hotel manager was particularly cute if not a bit pushy when asking me to fill in a feedback form which he then read and grilled me on my less than 'excellent' ratings on how they could improve. An online form instead of being put on the spot might have been a better option... Still, for a few days stay in Jaipur I could recommend it.…
We were very happy and satisfied.Mr Ikshit and Mr Dinesh are very cordial and soft spoken people. The head chef took care of our meal and made all jaipur delicacies for us on request.Dr Ajith at the spa is very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall the property is a real treasure and a real royal one. Very nicely maintained .kudos to housekeeping too.
It was one of the best experiences I ever had .The rooms and the ambience is way more beautiful than what it appears in pictures .The place gives you feeling of being royal .The staff is just too sweet and humble .Their impeccable service added to the glory of staying there .Highly recommended..it's definitely worth a visit ..
Nice boutique heritage hotel, takes you back to the era of maharajas… Try their signature rooms or even the supreme rooms… each unique in design and quite spacious with living, bedroom and a walk in bathroom, takes your breadth away. Staff is extremely courteous. Food choices are less but taste is quite good. Internet connectivity was a issue, which normally you should not care for in such a location but I had some work to do. Also, some shoot was ongoing which was bother for me as a guest as it spoils your experience. Overall would surely recommend anyone to stay there for atleast a day or two. Just check for any shoots though.😊
I stayed at the Royal Heritage Haveli for 4 nights. The staff was so attentive, warm friendly and accommodating. The Haveli was beautiful, a Maharaja's hunting lodge from a bygone era. Rooms were large, very comfortable and clean The food was excellent, really good Indian food, but other great choices as well. The landscaping was beautiful. I felt like I was in a hidden palace in the middle of a busy city. They were able to supply me with a driver that took me around everyday, was always on time and ready for any adventure. Thank you so much to everyone for such a wonderful stay at the Royal Heritage Haveli!
A wonderful and memorable stay of 4 nights and 4 days ! Amazing property, beautiful landscape, lovely rooms and a restaurant that serves such great food , fresh and flavourful ! You feel you are part of a bygone era, rich Rajasthani Heritage experienced to it's best ! The location is on the outskirts of the city and is a blessing during these covid times! All covid protocol followed and felt perfectly safe here ! Special thanks to Mr.Ajith, Mr. Dinesh and Chef Prithvi , for taking care of us , and being a part of our most memorable Holiday !!!
My fiancé and I booked the Royal Heritage Haveli stay for March 2020 but were not able to visit because of the sudden lockdown. However, the RHH team made it possible for us to stay in December 21 for 2 nights. It was a short stay but everything was perfect. The rooms were very well decorated and well equipped, also with sound proof doors. The room was very well heated as well. The restaurant serves food that tastes like home. We had dinner and breakfast at the Haveli Twice and it was prepared immaculately with fresh ingredients. They also had an amazing dal bati churma and provided us with a private bonfire for dinner one night. A taxi was arranged for us at a moment's notice to take us around all day for sightseeing and the driver was very knowledgeable about the city and extremely friendly and polite. To conclude our stay we took massages at the Haveli which were so helpful to get rid of our tiredness from the long day. A variety of massages are offered with very experienced professionals. We can highly recommend the Royal Heritage Haveli and a special thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable :)…
