The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!Specially Aditya From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and efficient. Throughout my stay, the team were always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations. The food was delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The team were always refilling my water, clearing my plate, and checking in to ensure everything was perfect.

Staying at The Fern in Jaipur was nothing short of a nightmare. Indian hotels can be hit or miss, but this place is outright dangerous, especially for foreign travellers. Safety standards are non-existent, with the hotel blatantly disregarding basic precautions. No bathroom mats mean the floor is dangerously slippery after a shower, and management clearly couldn’t care less.
The management team seems to be a group of shameless money-grabbers, only interested in squeezing every rupee out of guests, especially foreigners. We received just one towel and one face towel for two people—no slippers, either.
Shockingly, basic amenities were lacking: two tiny shampoo bottles but no shower gel. The room was cramped beyond belief. When we inquired about the extra amenities for our club room, we were informed bluntly that there were none. When asked why we were charged more, we were met with silence and more lies—a sadly common experience here.
To top it off, we were told no outside food was allowed, yet guests in neighbouring rooms were openly consuming takeout (see photos). Again, we did not get an answer from management when we questioned the double standard. Dining was another disaster: the food quality was abysmal, barely edible, and communication in the restaurant was a challenge due to the lack of English-speaking staff.
Thankfully, we only stayed one night. If you’re a foreigner travelling in India, avoid The Fern, Jaipur, at all costs. This hotel is dodgy, with incompetent staff, a spineless management team lacking basic courtesy, unsafe rooms, and inedible food. If a travel agent suggests this place, find a new agent immediately. This place will leave you feeling cheated and, worse, unsafe.

Chef Name is Mr. Ujwal Ghosh and Manager is Ashish pancholi just appreciatable . I was in Mumbai and My Husband was in This Hotel Onli for Office work. It was his birthday 4th Oct 2023. I was in dull mood in Mumbai as my husband is a Foodie and I can’t treat him as he Likes. We Bengali has some special menu for our birthday Fries, Dal, Fish etc. But in Jaipur I learnt Dur Dur Sei Bhi Bengali Swad Nahi Milega. I first called the hotel they transfer the call to Mr. Ashis . I asked him if there is any possibility to get a Bengali Chef as my husband told me before Khana is very oily and and Bengali food is not available in this Hotel. The Manager Ashis Pancholi is really an Gentle Man. He gave a positive response . I was literally overwhelmed that I got a Bengali chef . I talked with the chef MrUjwal Ghosh . And should appreciate his Gesture. As he was staying long back to Jaipur the cook was also not familiar with Bengali recipes. But Mr Ujwal Hats off to u , U follow the total instruction as oil will be too less , Potato in Mutton Gravy will be cut Half Onli and Dal will be without onion Garlic jst with Hing. My husband was totally not aware of these incidents so as of daily he returned with his two friends. Cake cutting was there which was also requested by my side after that when he got the food he was jst shocked . He can’t believe sitting in Jaipur Bengali Food and O Bhi Ghar Wala Feelings. Even the Fds was also very happy as the food was totally no oil and taste was superb. Thank you so much Mr. Ashis and Mr. Ujwal for presenting such a worderful gift to my Husbsnd .

It was very pleasant and welcoming experience with Hotel staff Ms Kajal and Mr Sitaram,behavior and way of talking was very polite and helpful. The Hotel Fern is a lovely, fresh and clean hotel with everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and spa areas delightful and the pace had a really peaceful feel about it. Our room was large and functional, the bed comfy and bathroom well equipped. The only negative for us was the laundry service which should be 24 hours service (or less) but we had to chase ours up on the morning we were departing. Overall, well pleased with our stay.
