Location of the hotel is nearby station. They have arranged our pick up from station which was free.Rooms were clean and we're exactly same as showed in picture. Breakfast was good too.
Polite and friendly staff. Hotel manager has really helped us for arranging transportation for sight seeing at a very reasonable rate.

I visited in December 2022 with my fiancee for a 2-day visit to Jaipur. The stay was very comfortable with all requisite facilities in place and well provided for. Spacious room, nice balcony, cozy beddings, delicious breakfast, etc. But the highlight of the stay was the helpful staff, especially Narendraji. He helped us with the sightseeing by arranging for an auto rickshaw at a very reasonable price in a short time. Further, he was really helpful when I misplaced my luggage on my way to the railway station after checking out from the hotel. He could have shrugged off my request considering we had already checked out of the hotel, however, he went out of his way to locate my luggage from the the minimal directions I could give and arranged for it to be delivered to my address at an economical cost. It saved us a lot of hassle and stress, and also from the loss we could have incurred from losing the luggage. Really appreciate the help, thank you so much Narendraji!

Hotel lacks basic complimentary facilities like water bottle , toothpaste,tea/coffee machine etc which is a serious put off in today's customer friendly environment.

They mention about free pick up and drop from railway station but its subjective to etc.. vehicle availability as they probably have only one car.

Old structured rooms and beds with old equipment like heater, Water Geyser etc.

Room and bathroom were big and clean.

Breakfast and dinner is good with plenty of options.

Overall an average experience.

Staff were helpful and friendly, we had good food in restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights, the location was good for us as we wanted to be in Bani Park, however it it’s a busy street which may be noisy. Like many of the reviews, we found the rooms very grubby and cleaning was not up to standard! Features were nice, but things weren’t looked after well enough. The phone in our room had years worth of dust on it. Bath mats, towels and bedding felt 5 years too old and needed to be replaced. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We booked the hotel online. Check in was easy.

We were shown up to our room on the 3rd floor by the porter. He explained how to use the air conditioning controls and which way to turn the taps to get hot water.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, tea station, TV (which we didn’t use or even turn on), hair dryer.

Wi-fi although free was very slow! On our first night it stopped working. We phoned reception to let them know and they informed us that a technician would sort it the next morning, which it was.
Our first shower was luke warm but we let reception know immediately. All showers after that were nice and hot.

We didn’t eat dinner or breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment.

The location was ok. Not in walking distance of the sights but not far in a tuk tuk.

This beautifull hotel, was a great choise in Jaipur.
From outside, the hotel is impressive beautifull, as also from the inside.

The rooms are huge and very nice.
The breakfast, although is simple, is very good.
Amazing dinner (vegetarian). The dinning room (breakfast and dinner) is on the rooftop, with a impressive view.
I recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jaipur. It's near the train station, and 10 min (by car / tuktuk) to the city center. The surrounding area, it has a lot of cars / tuktuks (it's India) but we felt very safe.

The hotel is very pleasant. The staff are honest, courteous, helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and well furnished. The only drawback with my room was that the air conditioning in the room next door was sometimes very loud on the balcony. There is a roof terrace with a good view, a good breakfast with a large selection and reasonable prices for India. And the dinner I had was excellent. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance and from there it is quite easy to get to the old town center by Audo (Tuk Tuk). Banks and small kiosks are within easy reach. Thank you for your hospitality.

I love this hotel. Kind and attentive staff, lovely room, well sized, nice bathroom. Great laundry service, well priced. I also feel the property is well priced in general. Lovely rooftop for breakfast lunch and dinner as you wish. Nice energy. The hotel manager and all the staff were great. But in particular when I arrived at the airport and realised I left my laptop, Narendra organised a taxi to bring my laptop and he came with it personally. What outstanding service. I’m so grateful for this experience and I would love to stay at Hotel H R Palace again in the future. Very highly recommended!
