Good location, rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Shower is good with hot water. And most important the owner and staff are the best! Especially Dashrath who took care of everything we needed with a big smile. They offer bus and train tickets, taxi services and sight seeing. The reception is opened 24 hours. Thank you guys so much! We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will come back when in Jaipur.
We lreally liked the arrangements the place has. We were a group of 4girls visiting Jaipur for 3days. The services provided were very satisfying. We actually arrived late night but then also the staff really helped us by providing all the initial services needed that time. The place is clean and quiet which made us comfortable with the surroundings. The food provided is really nice and even the ambience of the rooftop is very peaceful and positive. Our stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. The bonus point of staying here was we were able to enjoy very well in the budget we had with us. 😊
I am very happy to find this calm and safe place here in Jaipur . People are very helpful, the dorm is clean and there is lots of space . the rooftop restaurant is a wonderful place to relax, also the food tastes great and is not expensive at all (: i would come again . thanks guys .
My boss had booked from Agoda booking ID: 443799525. It was for 17th Jan 2020 to 20 Jan 2020. I arrived on the 18th evening after numerous hours of flight delays, which as you all know can be frustrating. Moreover a day prior (17th) my boss had called up the Establishment and asked them to keep the booking on hold as I would be arriving and checking in a day late. To which, the manager in-charge agreed. Upon Arrival I learnt that they had cancelled my booking because I arrived a day late and as per Agoda Policies if there is a no-show on the check-in date the booking gets cancelled. And as a result they had given my room to someone else. The manager in-charge did not know how to handle the situation and contacted the owner. He came down to the hotel and asked if he could put me into another property. With my heavy backpack and a large suitcase I was in no mood to move. The owner completely lost it and was very rude. He told me to do whatever I wanted and asked me to leave. I and my boss calmed him down and told him that it was his employee that conformed and assured that the room will be put on hold. After much waiting, he cleaned up one room and gave it. All this after having waited for 1.5 hours with Flight delays, and travel time. Problems don't end here. After checking in to the room, there was no toilet paper, dirty staircase and reception area, a condom floating in the toilet and absolutely no Heating facilities in the room. There was also a woman's underwear left in the bathroom. The window was left open (10 degrees celsius outside) and no way to close it as there was a mesh blocking it. Room service was shut at that time of the night and I ordered from outside. I called for plates twice on the phone and then physically went down to remind the person at the reception that I needed a plate and cutlery. After an hour of waiting (food went cold), they sent it. Another thing to note, I've noticed a bit of bias in how the owner and manager treat local Indians and outside guests. I wish the owner and the staff learn how to communicate with guests after they arrive from far off places with rampant flight delays and treat every guest the same way without partiality.…
The facilities are good - every bed has a curtain, the room is big, there are spacious lockers and enough showers, which are working properly! :)) Further, the staff members are super nice and very helpful! Thanks and see you soon! :))
