Extremely neat and ambient place to wake up to each morning. Aesthetics are wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay of two days ending on 18th October 2021. Owner Mr. Abhishek remains around and makes sure each guest is attended to nicely. Away from city crowd, this hotel is set in residential area and could be a good option for longer stays. Food is freshly and hygeinically prepared as per preference. Although they serve 2-3 cuisines we could try Indian dishes which were delicious and prepared with less oil. Service is prompt.

I will write a long review. I was moved by all good reviews about the property and decided to stay there, we stayed for four days from 13th March to 17th March 2021 and we don’t recommend at all the property to anyone. I will give you the reasons point wise:- 1. Cleanliness: - COVID protocols were not followed at all Pictures are only to fool the tourists. Property was clean but Linen ( Towels etc ) were soiled and dirty we asked the management to change the linen but they said they have a policy of changing after three days that was unacceptable specially in times of pandemic so we visited the market and bought new towels instead. 2. Breakfast: We booked with breakfast option and we were informed that breakfast can be customized; customization was such that we were offered same fruit for continuously four days despite of request to change the fruit as I was allergic to it but nothing was done by the manager. 3. Free Parking: - This was written on website and reconfirmed on phone from the manager that parking was free but actually there was no parking at all and I have to request nearby residents for parking my vehicle there, Thankfully Locals were helping individuals but nobody from the property was ready to help. 4. Others: - Satellites televisions were not recharged and were recharged on the second day after repeated requests from our side. No security guard was there at the property. 5. Staff Behavior: - Staff was ignorant and the manager was an arrogant, misbehaved and rude man. We not at all felt safe and comfortable there. Staff roughly handled our luggage and broke one of our suitcase on arrival and were not sorry at all instead debated that it is done by us. Later on at check out Manager picked fight with us for bringing up all the issues faced by us. All in all travel at your own risk to the property and we thank god that we came out safe. It is both waste of time and money.

Stayed for 3 nights @Villa 243 ..Had a really nice experience.... At first we were sceptical due to the covid situation but the room, washroom and property in general was very clean and hygienic. The owner Abhishek has a Welcoming Nature and he personally guided us for Jaipur places ,the breakfast was also yummy and good quality. My kids enjoyed a sweet small pool completely. Big thanks to the complete staff and to Abhishek.

I had booked villa 243 due to the reviews on this and most other sites. This is a 12 roomed Hotel in residential area which was a quiet location. I had arranged airport pick up prior to arriving which is well worth doing. We were welcomed on arrival by Abhi the owner and Hritik ( Smiler)who over the course of our stay made us feel like we were in a home away from home - In fact Abhi would say every day my home is your home and i believe he meant it. Rooms are of a good in size and quality at a very reasonable price. Tea,coffee, bottled water are supplied, and a clean modern bathroom. The design is chic and simple. Bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the electrics in our room but were moved to another as soon as we reported it. There is a Rooftop terrace where you take your meals, which had lounging areas a couple of sunbeds and a plungepool, nothing flash but just hit the mark as to what we wanted. Breakfast - consisted of fresh orange juice, fruit, tea/ coffee, toast, homemade jam, and a choice of eggs Due to my husbands mobility issues although we wanted to see the sights we could only manage 1/2 days, therefore Abhi arranged for AJ his local driver to take us out and about to the sights we wanted to see - Cost added to your bill. Please use AJ and engage him in conversation he has lead an interesting life .Also advises how much to pay for certain goods we wanted at one of the bazaars. If you are eating your evening (or any) meal at the hotel - ring reception and pre order for the time you wanted to eat - makes it easier for you and the kitchen staff less waiting. One evening we wanted pizza to be delivered however were unable to do online as we didn't have an indian phone number but the hotel ordered on our behalf and offered to pay so it would have just been added to our bill I would thoroughly recommend Villa 243 for a place to stay in Jaipur a big thanks for making our stay a most enjoyable one

After a challenging few days in Delhi and Agra staying in subpar accommodation, I was worried about what we would find in Jaipur. We booked villa 243 last minute due to these previous fears but once we arrived, Abhishek (owner) and Hritik (junior manager) made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Positives: Staff- Abhishek and his team were available at all times, were friendly and courteous, and provided excellent recommendations of where to visit and eat. Room- our room surpassed expectations in size and quality at a very reasonable price. No horns, quiet aircon and fan, tea and coffee, bottled water, and a clean modern bathroom. The design is chic and simple. Bedding was very comfortable. Rooftop terrace- peaceful, and secluded. Very minimalist but sometimes that is all you want to relax with a book. Breakfast- consisted of fresh orange juice, tea/ coffee, toast, homemade jam, and a choice of eggs- recommend masala cheese omelette! Location- I am so glad we didn’t stay in the centre of Jaipur near the pink city in the end. After days of horns in Agra and Delhi, this peaceful suburb was a joy. Do not let the slight journey put you off. We simply downloaded Ola/ Uber and journeys from the hotel to the pink city were approximately 120-140 rupees one way. Overall, Villa 243 surpassed all our expectations and really made a difference to our experience of Jaipur. Thank you to Abhishek and his team for all the kindness and help.

An excellent boutique hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin: the rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff are great; and the breakfast is delicious and tasty. Wonderful and friendly staff, such as Hrithik, makes up for certain small shortfalls of the hotel such as a lack certain amenities and certain comforts e.g. towels and bedding was frayed. The hotel is located in the suburbs which means that you have to spend time commuting to and from the tourist attractions. However, I believe the location contributes to the tranquillity and allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic Jaipur!! If you are looking for a tranquil boutique hotel with exceptional staff, Villa243 is your hotel!

I can not recommend this Villa enough. Not only was it beautifully decorated but the staff went above and beyond to make my stay not comfortable but outstanding. One of the best places I have stayed in and that says a lot because I am a seasoned traveller. And the food... omg.. everything on the menu was just delicious!! And breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace is just the perfect start to a day. There is also an in-house personal yoga instructor and massage therapist. The whole experience was just fab and really made my first trip to Jaiphur as a solo female so much nicer!!

We stayed at Villa 243 for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating, the environment was beautiful, and the food was great. We enjoyed coming home to the hotel after long days of tourism in Jaipur. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially paired with the view from the rooftop deck and homemade jam. Trust the front desk’s recommendations for restaurants and shopping around the city, as we thoroughly enjoyed all of the places recommended to us! We would absolutely stay again and recommend Villa 243 to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Best place in India! You get value for your money since the hotel is not only super clean and tidy, but also has a great atmosphere :) Someone with sense for detail did a great job here! The rooftop is also very cozy and relaxing with the pool & at night they light candles here. Last but not least the food & staff are amazing as well, so you don´t need to go out for dinner every night if you don´t want to. All in all, this such a relaxing home away from home in Jaipur, I recommend everybody who visits Jaipur to stay in this place.
