The welcome is warm and very impressive. The rooms are clean and private, with hot water in the market, may have loud horns. Breakfast started at 8 o'clock but some days we needed to get out early. He has prepared very well.

Lovely host who was a real gentleman and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a mix of very good Indian and western and filled us nicely for the day. The location is in the centre of the market so really great. The room and bathroom were good and spacious and there was always hot water.

Enjoyed the stay and hosts were really kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. Situated in city and easy to visit all tourist places. Even hosts book our travel for site seeing and Delhi Train tickets, it was econmical and great assistance. Highly recommend.

We stayed in "Doongri Haveli" in May, 2017 Dates 19 and 20. Place is situated in Old City with full of people and streets and also near to MI Road ( Nearly 100 Metres) which gives us opportunity to know true taste of Jaipur Old City.. We stayed in Room No 301 having terrace and Nahargarh Fort View, Room and Bathroom was clean.
Hosts were friendly and supportive. Cooking Classes were awesome !!!!

Large clean room. Quiet and huge terrace area. Doongri is in a prime position inside a bustling bazaar. Easy walk to site of JLF and the fabulous Raj Mandir cinema. A lovely freshly cooked breakfast served anytime you would like. The family are truly lovely. Samarth and his parents and wife have a vast level of local knowledge and will give you first class info and help on anything you need help with. Dinner is great too with freshly cooked vegetarian food, the usual dinner of most Indian people. Doongri is a quiet , loved home that warmly welcomes guests and goes out of the way to make your experience of amazing Jaipur even better. Price is excellent too

We didn’t plan to stay at this property but due to some unavoidable circumstances we landed up here. We were pleasantly surprised after reaching at the property in the late night. It is actually a home away home! The owners behaved in such a manner as if we were their relatives! The location is perfect for visiting some of the places of old Jaipur. Looking at the entrance of the property one may have a different feeling but once you reach at the third floor, you will be in a different mood altogether! Since we were total six heads, we virtually booked the entire floor ( Two Rooms )! We stayed there only for ten hours (night stay only) and we wish that we should have stayed for more. The breakfast was delicious and we actually had breakfast at the dining area of the owners!
If you are looking for a proper Homestay, this one will definitely enlighten you.

Room is clean and cleaned, the family of doongri Haveli is really super nice and takes care of what you need, and tell you what you need to know about India, really welcoming! The House is placed into Jaipur and you have easy access to evrything, i enjoyed my month there :)!

We had the most beautiful time at Doongri house, Divya and her family are so welcoming and lovely. We visited on Makar Sankranti (without knowing what it was at the time!) and they invited us up to the rooftop to watch the thousands of kites all the locals were flying and gave us lovely home made food and we flied kites with them and lit lanterns. It was an amazing cultural experience and will always remain a very beautiful memory for us. The terrace outside the rooms and the rooftop terrace is perfect, you are right in the heart of Jaipur with panoramic views of the new and old city - if you are a fan on watching sunrises and sunsets this is an awesome spot!
The rooms are spotlessly clean, light airy and modern and amazing value for money. The man who works there Nom is so hospitable and kind, plus he makes great breakfasts - they were the best we had in India!
They also arranged pickup from Jaipur train station which was a great weight off our mind and had a laundry service that was super handy.
We would definately recommend Doongri house and thankyou again for such a lovely stay we really appreciate it, All the best! Michalis & Amalia
