+Hotel rooms are quite spacious +The garden/pool and other common areas are pretty. +Location is good.
The staff is friendly but lacks… professionalism. For instance we specifically told the restaurant waiter that we need non spicy pasta (for a child) multiple times and yet he got chillies added.
Breakfast management was not good, items refilled after long wait times.
Room cleaning is very basic. You remove the dustbin and can see dirt accumulated underneath it. Only the visible area is cleaned.
It seems owners have decided to maintain the property in a beautiful manner only from the outside. If they can spend more and train their staff or probably spend more on interior things it’ll make for a better stay.
Overall the hotel met our needs but I’d likely find someplace else esp given the tariffs in Nov (peak season) when I travelled.

I stayed for three days with family in the suite room of Hotel Rajasthan Palace (HRP), in second week of March 2022. My stay experience was beyond my expectation.
Pros: 1. The place is located in central Jaipur. It is in a residential area, slightly tucked in from the main road, so the ambience is very quite and peaceful. You can just walk out of the hotel and at 50 M is the Moti Dungri Road where you can take an e-rickshaw to Hawa Mahal or City Palace or Albert Hall Museum, just five mins ride. 2. The property is very very well kept. Owned and managed by a family, who themselves stay in the ground floor of this property. 3. The food for guests is also cooked in the household kitchen, and I have to appreciate the quality and attention to cleanliness and hygiene. 4. Other than the evening when I went to Chowki Dhani and had dinner there, I had all my meals in HRP. The food was safe, tasty and very good. 5. There is a very nice pool on the terrace of this property. I didnt swim but enjoyed the sit-out next to the pool in the evenings, specially on the large swing. 6. There are sitting areas in the common places, magazines and newspapers were available. The suite room was almost 18x 12 feet in size, also had a hanging window, which had a place to sit or even lie down and relax. My daughter loved this corner of the room. 7. The last but not the least the staff are very friendly and caring. They take care of you like family. The hospitality was something that I have never experienced before. 8. The hotel also arranged for vehicles for local sight seeing, at reasonable rates.
Cons: 1. Though the bathroom was clean, but there is a scope of improving the bath fittings.
Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone who would visit Rajasthan for a relaxed vacation.

Very nice property with friendly staff and clean rooms. Rates are affordable, food is solid, and has several (slightly pricey) restaurants a stones throw away. Close to the Old Pink City and centrally located near most major tourist attractions. Would stay here again!

The experience in the hotel was very lovely . Located on slight outskirts of the main city , it was very peaceful and beautiful decorated place . The rooms were very clean and the staff behaviour was very comfortable and friendly. The food in the hotel was very delicious but it seems very overpriced . I would like to give special thanks to Mr Vikram Singh who was the hotel 's main traveler guide whose behavior was very good and thanks that it gave trip to us to various other places for sightseeing in jaipur .

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Rajasthan Palace including NYE. It’s a wonderful place to stay perfectly located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaipur. The staff was friendly, attentive and on point. Breakfast was excellent with a different menu every day.
Rooms are spacious and clean, with big bathrooms. The heritage building is kept in great shape and I wish we had time and warm weather to dip in the pool. We would stay here again without hesitation.
Also, the Hotel Rajasthan Palace NYE party was amazing: the food for the evening with the traditional dancers and music from the area made for a NYE celebration we’ll never ever forget, forever unmatched in its quality and specificity.

Premium, Clean, cozy place with a good vibe and welcoming host. We enjoyed our chats with Amar and his lovely mother. Amar is a powerhouse of knowledge, so do, do have a chat with him. Belonging to an aristocratic lineage himself, he tells you fascinating stories on the culture and history of Rajasthan. His mom treated us to authentic Rajasthani cuisine and yummy home made Diwali sweets. Their hospitality is something I will always cherish. Thank you :) A special mention to Prithvi who runs about tirelessly and always serves with a smile. As for Rajasthan Palace it’s a quiet boutique hotel with good sized rooms and very clean modern washrooms Being centrally located, every landmark is within easy reach. For an evening chill out hop across to Townsend lounge for live sessions and whiskey sour. Am sure you will love Rajasthan Palace like we did.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rajasthan Palace and overall, it was a delightful experience, earning a solid 4-star rating. The hotel exudes charm and offers comfortable accommodations, making it a great choice for travelers.
The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth and pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: 1. **Towels** – The towels provided were quite worn out and should be replaced to match the overall quality of the hotel. 2. **Breakfast Variety** – While the breakfast was tasty, adding more variety to the menu would enhance the experience for guests. 3. **Access to Third-Floor Rooms** – Our room was on the third floor, and the walk from the lift to the room felt unsafe at night. The terrace had items strewn around, and the lighting was inadequate. Addressing this would greatly improve the guest experience and safety.
Despite these minor issues, I would recommend Hotel Rajasthan Palace for its charm and hospitality. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to become an even more outstanding destination.

Stayed for 3 nights over new years eve. Hotel had a wonderful party with entertainment and made new friends. It was a new years I won't soon forget.
The hotel is very good value and well priced for even the royal suite rooms. It was lovely to see in the morning on new years day, peacocks strutting around in the hotel grounds from my own balcony.
The hotel is a traditional design and has lovely common areas and a pool. The restaurant is great, the food is really good - although as a westerner I would have liked to be able to have dinner a little bit earlier. 6 or even 6:30pm would have been great. My only real criticism was that the breakfast was a bit hit and miss and often not ready on time, which made things difficult when I was due to depart.
The location is outside the pink city, but it isn't too far and there are always reasonably priced tuk tuks around to get you where you want to go. They also have a reasonably priced laundry service - so if you're traveling for a while in India do your laundry here as you won't be charged a small fortune and it's convenient.
Overall, it was a really great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a traditional Indian hotel with charm that is situated down a lane off a main road. The entrance is through two large gates that are closed at night which leads to a front garden all lit up with fairy lights. When you get your key and go through the doors it opens up into a large square courtyard where at night lights a fires where guests can sit around and just have a chat. The room was spacious bed very comfy and it is extremely quiet. In the neighbourhood you have two fantastic restaurants called Clock Tower which is across the entrance and the other one around the corner next to Starbucks. My only complaint was the shower which didn’t work properly and although we did get hot water it just came out slowly which I didn’t like. Apart from that I slept well and it was enjoyable

Excellent hotel. Central location. Personal service. One drawback: no lift. Food is fresh. Nothing extravagant, but nicely done. A rooftop bar near the pool would have been just fantastic. Also outside shower and baskets for fresh and used towels would be convenient

Hi Praveen. I am not on the Hotel team but I visit Jaipur on business 3-4 times a year. I stay at the Rajasthan Palace for longish stays. I was there last in mid August 2018. But I can answer your question. Yes they have a gorgeous roof top pool and terrace. The hotel is absolutely the most beautiful hotel in jaipur for their reasonable rates. Have fun.
There are more places to choose from in the Jaipur area.
