This place is near to station and lots of other city attraction, rooms were clean but only Indian food is good at this property, other cuisine are below par. I visited this property with family and all the rooms provided to us were good & staff were good and professional
This place is super affordable but you’re better off staying at a backpackers joint as it’s the same price. It’s rather unclean (you can see the staircase as you walk in has dirt all over it), dead moth on the floor in our room, bathroom and facilities are run down it’s in need of an upgrade. Staff aren’t very professional but they are nice. Organised a cab for us last minute which was very useful and we appreciated that.
Hotel and staff both were dam good. Hotel has personal resturant on roof top which gives awesome view of pink city. Food was lajawab like home. 24 hour service available. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned. Whole staff was too polite and prompt. Really it makes your trip fabulous. Should go for it. Feel Atmosphere like home. Grt hotel in moderate budget.
Great location, nice rooftop, although the bathroom and overall conditions are dirty, shower doesn’t work, some of the staff are nice but others don’t stop insisting you on writing a good review on this site, even asking for my phone for them to write them when we were checking out. 2 out of 5
Nice place for moderate budget. I booked 2 nights, then decide to stay 1 more week here, very close to train station, staff are very helpful. Room was big and clean enough , hot water. There are different kinds of rooms. Rooftop is nice and food also good. Maybe a bit slow service. It would be great if all staff speak english..
I was there in March, 2019 for 2 Nights with my family. I really appreciate the service level of the Hotel staff they are very polite and very prompt in help always. Hotel is very beautiful and economical to the pocket. They do provide pick up and drop to Jaipur Railway station.
A quite nice hotel with a good value for money. The hotel is not in the center of Jaipur, though there are a number of street food options available nearby. Rooms can be vary in size. We had two rooms and they were completely different in size. The rooftop restaurant is okay but it takes a lot of time for them to prepare the food.
I had just returned to my primary overnight next door at the Vinayak Guesthouse and desperately needed smaller bills to pay the driver. Unfortunately, my own reception couldn’t make change, but reception here could. So you may be wondering how I can give them 5-stars AND my coveted “Wheel if Approval!” If you’ve traveled, you know the immense value of assistance whilst moving, whether carrying an overloaded backpack (for me) up/down stairs, providing super service, making change, etc. The eatery on the rooftop has delicious/nutritious food. Excellent WiFi. And the lift/elevator, something I increasingly look for, especially now that I am “ageing out”! The prices are simply perfect, and it’s the small things make such a huge difference!
My family and I didn’t stay at this hotel, but we ate at its rooftop restaurant. The restaurant featured a nice view of the Amber Fort and tasty food. However, the restaurant hired an entertainer who turned out to be more of a hawker than anything else. He interrupted our conversation several times to peddle his dolls and show, even after we didn’t express interest in either. He played a couple loud songs that clashed with the music the restaurant was already playing. He kept looking over and engaging with us when we clearly weren’t inviting his attention. After a long day of confronting hawkers, we were hoping for a little relief. This restaurant didn’t provide that.
If you are looking out for family atmosphere and for your people, you found the place to be. Smart and loving people are running this place with heritage and welcome you with the emotional intelligence of India. Welcome to the cradle of mankind!
