Reception staff was well groomed and soft spoken, I was very happy with overall experience, service staff was polite and very prompt, excellent food quality, cleaning and hygiene up to the standard, unfortunately we could not dine in the restaurant as it was closed for operation but same thing we got it deliver fresh in my room.
I recently visited jaipur two months back . I ate food in this hotel and also I stayed in this hotel for one day .. Taste is very very good . Maintainence also good . Best place I have seen in jaipur.
My experience was really nice at Krishna Palace. The hotel is located in a quite and green neighborhood. The building itself is very beautiful with a mix of rajasthani and mughal architecture. The rooms are spacious with neat and clean washrooms with great hot shower 24hrs. The staff was also very helpful and always welcoming. They also have rooftop restaurant which serves tasty food and at good price. Overall it was a value for money deal for me and when ever i am in Jaipur again krishna palace would be my thing for sure.
Boutique Heritage Hotel. Delicious Food. I visit the restaurant at my birthday and it's Soo beautiful . I felt very comfortable and the staff is friendly and cooperative and I saw different types of arts on the walls and it was giving a feel of a proper heritage building like a small Oasis palace
Disapointing that the ads for this hotel do not mention that the building is unfinished and that work is still undergoing. We had rooms that were advertised as 'luxury' and that we were expecting and what we paid for. what we got were unfinished rooms with wires hanging out of the wall. Windows that had been reglazed but with broken glass around the edges which stood proud of the frame. Only one of us had a TV but that was inoperable. Food was expensive and certainly not very good . We raised our concerns and asked for a discount based on the quality of the rooms and were told we could leave. Eventually after much negotiation they offered us an acceptable discount but from therein were less than pleasent to us.
Krishna’s palace is a gorgeous hotel with traditional vibes. The rooms were spacious and clean and the service was spectacular. Our waiter Singh was gregarious and helpful. After providing us a wonderful meal, he setup our driver for the next day to tour the sites of Jaipur! The lovely, free, and informal yoga class that Kartik led us through prepared us wonderfully for a day of walking! We were sad to have to leave.
The place is situated centrally and is quite good for the solo or trips with friends and families. All tourist destinations are easily reachable. Staff is polite. Rooms are spacious and well lit. A mini palace in budget. 🙂
This hotel is so bad in many ways. Firstly it looks nothing like the pictures. We arrived to a miserable man coughing behind the counter. He coughed all over our passports and all over us. It was vile. Since then we have had colds ... The room was utterly disgusting. Dirty towels, dirty mats, dirty bed sheets, hairs everywhere. The beds are foam cheap mattresses it was so uncomfortable. It was so cold we slept in our coats. The staff were mostly unhelpful and it seemed like they were offended that we were paying to stay there. Please do not waste your money. For £10 more you can stay somewhere 100 times better. Avoid it
Big no shout for this Haveli, 1 star for staff they were helpful, but infinite times no for this Haveli, worst rooms, we saw most of the rooms, please don’t go for other reviews. No no no no no no. You can’t charge ur phones mostly plugs were not working, can’t relax the atmosphere u don’t feel relaxing. No garden, as shown in pictures. Big shout for no
A surprise package! A heritage haveli ( old traditional mansion) which has been converted into a hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Auto ( tuk tuk) and cabs are easily available. Its about 10 to 15 minutes from all the tourist attractions. The traditional 'angan"(central courtyard)was beautiful where I spent some quiet moments admiring the ornate architechture and fittings.Rooms are spacious clean with clean linen and bathrooms and some genuine antique furniture. All the staff are efficient friendly and cooperative( got some excellent shoping tips from the warm and friendly owners). The rooftop is a place for some delicious home style meals, my suggestion is that they should include some rajasthani items also Some renovations are going on at present - quite discreetly I have never stayed at such a beautiful budget hotel, indeeed a hidden gem! Do keep in mind that it is a small family run enterprise and do not expect uniformed waiters and the polish of a hotel chain, this hotel has its own charm.…
