The old rooms may not give you the same level of experience. It is a small hotel running out of a semi-commercial area called Kanti Nagar, Bani Park in Jaipur. The hotel is a popular choice purely because of its rooms. There is nothing fancy about the hotel. Customers generally appreciate the hygiene standard in this hotel; size, decor & amenities offered in the room; food served & the friendly staff. It was wonderful to turn off to bus stand. We came here in middle of april. The welcome qnd service that we received exceptional and good. Mainly room was good and well designed. Room space are good and bathroom was also spacious. Staff were very helpdul and friendly.

-Reached Jaipur late in Evening we were received with warm greetings by the pickup facility,which is complementary with the stay ,Mr vikram solanki (General Manager)Personally came to receiv us ..i felt so good bcz its a unknown place for me,
-Staff of Golden hotel was very co-operative well mannered and courteous.stay arrangements were very good and rooms were well furnished and good hygiene standards were maintained.they can arrange food at anytime in NIght also.Food sereved was of good qualityThe room was clean which i loved the most with warm cozy bedding's.The morning breakfast & Dinner was also good.The cleaning staff too came up for cleanliness.
-And if u dont wana hav hotel food so no need to just miss your favorate pizza hut,, just move 30step s from golden and Enjoyyour favrt. Pizza bcz i enjoy alot in stars lyt at 11pm.
-The place is located at a very convenient, safe and easy to commute location from the bus stand & Railway station,
-They also arrange cab for city tour in cheap Rates.

The property is BEAUTIFUL! In budget and expertly manicured, it took our breath away. I found the rooms that waa vwey space and well desinged and quaint, although beautifully decorated.Everthing was superb and good. I got a lot of exprience.

In compare was good becuase of 24 checkout timing and warm shower and clean towel. and accesability to transportaion.
We did not try food here. Staf was polite and helpfell but lacking of english language.
There was calm place to rest and far from the noisy aria.

After seeing the review of this hotel I booked it.
Most terrible experience in my last 10 years of travelling .
I travel very often for business and leisure both.
I booked this hotel in january for 4 days stay.
I read on tripadvisor about this hotel and reviews were also good.
I was deceived for the first time by the reviews.
They had told me they will pick me up from railway station.
After calling the mobile number several times NO ONE CAME .
The person even did not take my calls in the morning.
Pathetic situation started right from the start.
Took a auto(tuk tuk) and reached the hptel
Then as per their advertisement all rooms with jacuzzi .
But no where did they mention that you will get hot water..(joke).
Cold water for jacuzzi in the month of January who will use it????
No heater in the room.
My partner was feeling too cold in the night.
So I had to ask them for heater.
For which they charged me but it was useless.
Checked out in 2 days instead of 4.
And booked a different hotel.
Not recommended.
For this price you can always get a better hotel.
Worst worst worst.
I m amazed how they got so many good and best reviews.

Google gives you this hotel one of the best option for budget stay. Still the word budget seems to be incorrectly interpreted here.
BUDGET Hotel ideally means without additional amenities like gym/spa ,spacious rooms with good quality beds and in room facilities. But there cant be a compromise with the basics like cleanliness and security of the guest.....
This hotel really makes you feel that you stay in cheap. 3rd graded Motel.
Don't get fooled by the pictures they have provided on the internet. The actual hotel is no where close to what they have shown on the website.
I fell into the trap thanks to excellent marketing by Mr Shailesh Yadav (the marketing team) though i never saw him at the hotel anytime during my stay
Our deal was a package of 10k for 3 days including sight seeing by sedan car.
Thinking that i had cracked a good deal , I landed @ Jaipur airport with my friends which was the starting point of the all the agony i would be going through in next 3 days.
We were expecting a sedan car for airport pick up (we had already asked for one due to big luggage bags) but instead they sent a old TATA INDICA. When complained Driver said that they usually give small cars for local sight seeing and sedan for long trips. However, i insisted upon a sedan for sight seeing and they managed to get an TATA INDIGO next day.

There was already a guy having heated arguement at the reception counter which i believe i would have also done at the end of my tour. Check in was fast since there was no other guest visible at all.
Rooms:-
We got 2 double bedded A/C family room. The room was not at all proper ventilated and had to put lights during day time too. Room TV LED was size of small 14 inch laptop screen
Bathrooms were stinky and no soaps were provided.
The bathroom curtain had blood stains over it and you can imagine what would have happened inside there.
A/C was falling insufficient considering its capacity to cover room area and the fans seemed to be vintage material.
Food:-
Basic veg meals are available with option of eggs. So non veggies will have a bad time. Taste is average. We liked nothing else except Bread Omlette
Sight Seeing Package:-
DONOT ever book sight seeing package with this hotel. Their travel desk is complete failure.
The driver Mr. Shyam Singh was an old chap with full of arrogance and temper. He had no hospitality at all. We were bit late to start sight seeing on first day since we had a delayed flight, Mr. Shyam Singh replied arrogantly to all our queries. This is certainly not expected from city which thrives on tourism.
He was not ready even to drive 100 meters when requested to drop in local market for shopping. We later realised that this old man had commission with some shops and hence was insisting us to do shopping there. But we refused and hence the behaviour.
Still this guy made us stop at the poor restaurant which has pathetic food options where again he had commission set with hotel.
Overall:- Please try to avoid this Driver- Mr Shyam Singh who is not worth even talking forget alone travelling. Also dont buy sight seeing package from this hotel. They don't have good cars.

I asked for Bill for stay,travel & food package to which the Owner Mr. Sood simply denied. I was ready to pay additional tax for the bill still Mr,Sood denied saying that the travel desk person was not available and hence bill couldnt be given. Something was not right with the intention of these guys running the hotel operations and it felt fishy.
The only good take away from this hotel is
1) Good and fast room service since they have roof top restaurant. But I presume we were the only ones who ordered food and hence would have received quick service. Also be ready to pay 10% extra for room services
2) The hotel is close to Sindhi Camp stand and hence you have the option of walking down and go to roadside restaurants which serve far better food than this hotel
To conclude,
i would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. These guys have partnership with all booking sites like make my trip, cleartrip etc...Hence you will always hear good reviews on their websites which are fake.
These hotel guys have zero hospitality and will leave your vacation trip with bad memories.

Only one word "TERRIBLE" , the hotel is in odd place having busy street. The photo which they have posted is fake. The hotel is offering Jacuzzi but it's terrible, the staff is dull & non-cooperative. The only thing which is good is food. The lal- gosth was good. NOTHING ELSE

I had to cancel my trip to Jaipur, thus had to cancel my booking with this hotel. The sum they reverted was far less than the money they could deduct based on their own policy. On call, the hotel staff, not only made communication difficult, by speaking only in Hindi, which is not our native language. The same person, could speak reasonably fluent English, during our booking. They also insisted that we do our own calculation and revert back to consider the remaining refund. If only, we had not been mindful of the money reversal, which is typical during cancellations (we usually assume business to at least go by their own policy), we could have been cheated. We never traveled so, I have to select the current month as my travel date, for this review to appear.

Room is simply just OK kinds, old property with a severe need of repairs. But that hardly matters with a fixed rate of Rs.850/per day, however if you buy a deal from Goibibo you get the same room for Rs.1630/- which I did and became a smart fool. Buying a deal for 1650/- I thought that it would atleast have some standards but fact finding the real rates here made me insane. Suggestion - It's better to directly walk in to such hotels and bargain for rates.
Very unprofessional team of jokers and even the management had a very casual approach towards business. Not at all helpful even after requesting for an option.
Simply "NO' NO" kind of hotel. Weird experience which I would like to share with anyone approaching this hotel even in case of emergency, rather cancel or postpone your trip.
Vicinity: terrible vicinity, almost a village. Not at all accessible easily. . .

I had booked this hotel as a transit halt for 1st January morning as we were to reach Jaipur during wee hours of morning. I had explicitly communicated this to the hotel executive and was assured that the room would be reserved for us. Additinally I also called up and confirmed this with their executive the previous day to avoid any confusion. But to my suprise on reaching the hotel at 7:30 am I was told that no rooms were available. The person at the reception told me that he arranged a small room to freshen-up as a favour as our booking was for yesterday and he was not obliged to provide us the room. I refused to accept a sub-standard room and showed him my booking. He curtly told me to speak to the person with whom I made the reservation. On calling the executive the room was arranged. This was not the end of our misery. On entering the room I found the bedsheets were dirty. The bathroom was clogged with hair strands. The tap didn't have hot water and on calling the room service was informed that they had swithed off the common heater as keeping it on for too long would cause tripping. We left the place immediately. This was the worst experience of my stay in hotel till date.
