WelcomHeritage Traditional Haveli, Jaipur was constructed in late 1940's by Rai Sahib Laxmi Pati Singhania and was used as his private residence until 1956. Later in 1958, this property was sold to Badiyal Thakur, who partially used the Haveli to entertain his personal guests and later converted it into a Hotel. During 2012, the present owners, Mr. Dinesh Goyal of Lisadiya Village in Sikar district, purchased this spectacular Haveli and made some laudable up-gradations, to delight the travellers.

Stayed for 2 nights in this traditional heritage haveli with wonderfully decorated halls, rooms and terrace, where beautiful peacocks are seen to play around in the neighborhood. Peaceful stay, although AC was not properly cooling on the first day, on request, they did servicing of AC, so it worked well thereafter. Travel desk run by Dhiraj Chowdhury is quite good and very reasonably priced. Food taste is very good with excellent breakfast spread, they even gave us hygeinically packed food for our night train journey. Very much recommended

The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant. As soon as we reach the place Ms Mamoni gave us a warm welcome in traditional haveli Rooms are decorated keeping traditional haveli(traditional home) theme in mind. Rooms are awesome with neat and clean washrooms(also with quite a few goodies) The ambiance overall is pleasing. They have a lobby area on each floor with bookshelves with few books. They have porch/balcony kind of thing on second floor that's really quiet and soothing in the night. Also the best place to read books. Hotel is safe. It has an in-house cafe, restaurant, rooftop restaurant and bar. Complimentary food is served in indoor restaurant only. Also they welcome you in the grand way. The place is 4km away from the hawa mahel/market area.

The accommodation was clean, and very well presented. Traditional painting on the walls and ceiling made the room much different to the other hotels on the trip. This was by far the best!
The shower was hot which was a great relief after a few days in the forest.
We used the Bottles and Chimney bar - buy one get one free on beers all day and night is very good.
The restaurant on the ground floor was very good - the portions were big, so don’t go crazy. It’s good value for money, one of the cheaper hotels of the trip.

Booking Hiccup: While my call center booking was smooth, the front desk wasn't initially informed. Despite having confirmation, it took 15 minutes to access our rooms due to internal communication issues. Unfortunately, attempts to reach customer care were unsuccessful.
Room & Food: The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. However, there were some drawbacks.
Areas for Improvement:
Bedding: The bedding quality could be improved for a better night's sleep. Water Policy: Only one water bottle per double occupancy room seems restrictive. Consider providing more or offering them at a reasonable price (not exceeding MRP). Internet: Consistent internet access would enhance the guest experience. Parking: The hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking space, which could be an inconvenience for guests arriving by car. Overall: While the rooms and food were good, the initial check-in hassle, other shortcomings, and lack of dedicated parking brought down the overall experience.

This hotel may not have the fancy street location but the minute you walk through the door you know you booked at the right place. I was greeted with a mint lemon drink which I instantly loved and was able to get the recipe for. Yum thanks for sharing Cafe staff! This is a small boutique style hotel with old world Indian charm, in the lobby there was a camera crew filming two beautifully dressed women, I was told it was for a dress company. I can see why they would want to do the photo shoot here, man is it pretty. All of the floors both hallways and rooms as well as the stairwells are made of inlaid marble and sandstone. The rooms were small but very quaint and stylish, my room attendant was gracious and polite and did not make me feel as though I was wasting his time asking for his help. The air conditioner was the only one out of all the hotels I stayed in during my 28 days that did not blow directly at you while in bed. It cooled the room, it did not blow you off the bed. I asked for a room with a safe and was given a room with a locking cupboard within which was a locking drawer, lol. Well I guess this is better than a small room safe which is secured to nothing! The breakfast was included and they made a lovely omelette, as well they served several local breakfast delights. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it to my friends.

We stayed at an upgraded premium room which was nicely decorated like rest of the property. The linen were clean, hygiene had been well maintained. Except the fact that the windows could not be opened, [due to adjacent properties], which made the room stuffy and devoid of natural light and air, the other major drawback was that the bathroom faucet was leaky. To add to the wastage of water, there was no bucket to atleast prevent the loss of water due to the leaky faucet. The service of the hotel in regular room cleaning is well appreciated, but it must NEVER be done without prior intimation/approval of the guest, NOT when the guests have stepped out and have not sought any cleaning. Came as a surprise to us, so a word of caution. Wake up service was offered on the day we were supposed to check out, without us asking for it. Since we had only one meal, found quality of food average. Avoid having hard drinks since they cost a bomb here. Overall a nice place to stay.

The Traditional Haveli in Jaipur is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are very friendly and professional and go out of the way to help you, especially on Holi day, they made us feel so welcome in celebrating with them. The room we stayed in was clean and cleaned daily. The room had good storage, shower, reverse cycle air con, fan, and TV. The hotel is stunning with its traditional design, lots of marble and chairs covered in gold colour. There are three places to eat, each with a unique vibe. Food and service were of good quality. We went to the bar in the basement, where live modern music Jaipur style was played and you could watch cricket at the same time. Food is available in all 3 areas; roof top and ground floor, roof top on certain days, and prompt room service. A small pool is near the top floor, cold but handy for cooling off. Limited sunbathing as it is partially covered. There is a Spa, for massages, and a clean lift to get to most areas. Good shower pressure and a clean working toilet. Overall, we really recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is at best 3 to 3.5 stars. While the service was decent, the hotel was lacking a lot amenities, walls were paper thin. We rented 3 rooms, 1 had only a bathtub with a hand shower. That room was right above the kitchen and food smells were pungent. Visited the week between Christmas and new year Fri to Sunday. Very noisy with bar lounge loud with music till after midnight. When reception was asked, they said that the music would end at 1030 pm. It did not. No hair dryers or shower caps provided. These had to be requested. Overall, not a good experience. If you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star xprience, look elsewhere.

The room was fine although the beds were hard. The shower leaked over the floor as the door didn’t close properly.
I requested a hairdryer and it was promptly provided but was tiny and took me an age to dry my hair. WiFi was patchy at best.
Staff were friendly.
There was confusion at the bar re the 2 for 1 and the drink I requested was denied due to the 2 for 1 even though it was part of the offer.

A very neat and clean haveli, decor is pristine, staff is good, food is good, location is terrific, cafe in the hotel premises belches out terrific coffee. A minus on the bed sheets being old and worn and lag in attending to issues with bathroom exhaust. Overall a courteous and helpful staff. Parking of own car is on a adjacent plot of land yet secure. Location centre of the city.

It is quite a ways to Agra from Jaipur like 6 hour drive., I would overnight in Agra. I did not book through the hotel used golden triangle tours - gopal as there are multiple companies by this name.
There was a suite room, maybe only that has some natural sunlight because as mentioned by others, the property is surrounded by other buildings so you dont actually feel like opening windows. But the bathrooms are clean and overall hospitality is good.
There are more places to choose from in the Jaipur area.
