Stayed in the hotel for a night in triple bedroom. The room was just ok though not much space to move around in the room. The bathroom was clean. It also has a restaurant though the food quality needs improvement. Parking is on the front of the hotel on the road. Nearby to major tourist attractions.

Hotel is Ok kind where Deluxe NON AC room means a double bed, an almirah, 2 chairs, 1 table and a small TV. Attached bathroom was good in size with hot water available in morning. I saw the Deluxe AC room also where the difference was a bigger room size and chair had covers on them and rate was much higher. The major Jaipur attractions like Hawa Mahal, Pink City Market, City Palace, Raj Mandir, Bapu Bazaar, Sindhi Bus Camp- all are in radius of max 2 kms only. The hotel is in middle of a market and it doesn't have any paid parking. Cars are parked on road in front of the hotel. In all ours was a fine experience because most of the time we were out and used to stay in night for 7-8 hours only. Thanks

Restaurant food &service is worst...room service is below average. They should focus cleanness and services...If you want a economical stay and want a hotel to stay at nights, then you can go for it but remember you are not going to get good food ..if you love non-veg then you can try HOT-SPOT (0141-3912142) which is near by Hotel Mangal ,they will deliver your order right to your room abslotuly at no cost.

Management: - We stayed in September 2013 for one night, and we chose a luxurious double bedroom. When we booked the room, we were told that the (quoting the exact words) that it was the "full amount" that we were paying. However, the next day when we checked out, we were not allowed to leave until we cleared the "taxes". I was surprised - I told them that we shouldn't be paying any taxes since we already paid the "full amount" yesterday. If there were such charges, we should've been told before payment, or taken the payment yesterday itself. We felt cheated. The Management was also VERY RUDE and didn't listen to what we were saying. Service: - The TV was not working. They fixed it in the morning though. (This was a luxurious double bedroom. I wonder what'll happen to economy rooms!) The room service was very polite but didn't do any of the jobs that we asked for, except give us two bottles of mineral water at arrival. He told us that he was the "only guy" to help customers that night so he cannot help much. He was very polite & sincere though. The AC was working, but that's it. You cannot customize it to your needs. Just ON/OFF and the Direction. We asked for blankets and it seems the blankets were not clean enough, because I felt itchy and couldn't sleep properly the whole night after taking the blankets. Overall: Never book this hotel. The Management is very rude. I can tolerate some ups & downs in services, but rude people? That's very bad. I didn't read reviews of hotel before booking, that was my mistake. Read reviews of this hotel by other customers.
